Abstract

本发明涉及一种复合型油膜轴承润滑油,由以下重量百分比的原料混合制备而成:(A)极压抗磨剂,含量为0.05~2.5重%;(B)至少一种抗氧剂,含量为0.05~2.0重%;(C)至少一种防锈剂,含量为0.01~1.0重%;(D)抗乳化剂,含量为0.005~0.01重%;(E)消泡剂,含量为0.001~0.01重%;(F)金属减活剂,含量为0.1~1.0重%;(G)基础油,余量。本发明的有益效果为:满足在高温、高速、高湿度、重载荷等条件下,油膜轴承油的使用寿命长,抗氧化、防腐防锈、抗乳抗泡,提高设备运行稳定性。

Description

复合型油膜轴承润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合型油膜轴承润滑油,是一种具有抗氧性、抗乳化性和抗磨性的复合型油膜轴承润滑油,尤其适用于高速板材和高速线材等轧机支撑辊处油膜轴承的润滑,属于石油化工领域。
背景技术
油膜轴承亦称液体摩擦轴承,它是滑动轴承的一种,是各主要零件的加工精度、表面粗糙度以及各种相关参数(包括润滑油及载荷等)的匹配都非常理想的滑动轴承。工作时在轴与轴承的工作区域形成一个完整的压力油膜,使金属脱离接触,形成纯液体摩擦。由于油膜轴承具备承载能力大,使用寿命长抗冲击能力强等特点,被广泛应用于冶金、玻璃、喷漆设备等机械设备,是现代化轧机关键核心部件之一。
油膜轴承多数处于高温、多尘、有冲击负荷并与水直接接触的苛刻工况条件下,因此对油膜轴承油在分水性能、极压抗磨性能提出了苛刻的要求,开发一种性能优越的复合型油膜轴承油尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合型油膜轴承油,使其在轴承苛刻的条件下抗氧、抗磨、抗乳化、防腐防锈。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现。
一种油膜轴承油组合物,其特征在于,所述油膜轴承油由以下重量百分比的原料混合制备而成。
至少一种极压抗磨剂,含量为0.05~2.5重%。
至少一种抗氧剂,含量为0.05~2.0重%。
至少一种防锈剂,含量为0.01~1.0重%。
抗乳化剂,含量为0.005~0.01重%。
消泡剂,含量为0.001~0.01重%。
金属减活剂,含量为0.1~1.0重%。
基础油,余量。
进一步地,所述的组合物中组分(A)为多烷基苄硫化物,或硫代磷酸酯及其胺盐衍生物,或硫代磷酸三苯酯,或二烷基二硫代磷酸锑,或它们任意组合的混合物。
进一步地,所述的组合物中组分(B)为二烷基硫代氨基甲酸锌,或N-苯基-α-萘胺,或烷基化二苯胺,或噻二唑的衍生物,或它们它们任意组合的混合物。
进一步地,所述的组合物中组分(C)为中性或碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡,或烯基丁二酸及其衍生物,或它们任意组合的混合物。
进一步地,所述的组合物中组分(D)为胺与环氧乙烷缩合物,或油溶性聚醚类高分子化合物,或环氧乙-丙烷嵌段聚醚,或它们任意组合的混合物。
进一步地,所述的组合物中组分(E)为丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物,或甲基硅油。
进一步地,所述的组合物中组分(F)为噻二唑衍生物。
进一步地,所述的组合物中组分(G)为加氢油与烷基萘混合物,40℃粘度为80~250mm2/s。
本发明提供的复合型油膜轴承油有益效果为:具有优异的抗氧化性能,润滑油使用寿命提高3倍以上;优良的防锈性能,有效防止轴承等零部件磨损和锈蚀;抗磨性能提高,主要体现在机械轴承振动减小,噪音降低,运行平稳;抗乳化性能卓越,在长期使用过程中能迅速分离润滑油中的水分,并且在油中水含量达到3%仍可形成油膜保持重载和抗磨性。
实施案例1。
取硫代磷酸三苯酯1.0kg,烷基化二苯胺0.8kg,碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡0.1kg,胺与环氧乙烷缩合物0.01kg,甲基硅油0.005kg,噻二唑衍生物0.5kg,然后依次加入到97.585kg40℃粘度为100mm2/s的基础油中(加氢基础油:烷基萘=3:1),在70℃下混合搅拌3小时,制成本发明的产品。
实施案例2。
取二烷基二硫代磷酸锑0.5kg,烷基化二苯胺1.0kg,碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡0.1kg,胺与环氧乙烷缩合物0.01kg,甲基硅油0.005kg,噻二唑衍生物0.5kg,然后依次加入到97.985kg40℃粘度为100mm2/s的基础油中(加氢基础油:烷基萘=2:1),在70℃下混合搅拌3小时,制成本发明的产品。
实施案例3。
取多烷基苄硫化物0.8kg,二烷基硫代氨基甲酸锌0.5kg,碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡0.1kg,胺与环氧乙烷缩合物0.01kg,甲基硅油0.005kg,噻二唑衍生物0.5kg,然后依次加入到98.085kg40℃粘度为100mm2/s的基础油中(加氢基础油:烷基萘=1:1),在70℃下混合搅拌3小时,制成本发明的产品。
表1是本发明制成的油膜轴承油的性能指标及其与市售产品的比较。通过表1可以看出,本发明提供的复合型油膜轴承油具有优异的抗氧、抗磨、抗乳化、防锈等性能。

Claims (8)

1.一种油膜轴承润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述油膜轴承润滑油由以下重量百分比的原料混合制备而成:
(A)至少一种极压抗磨剂,含量为0.05~2.5重%;
(B)至少一种抗氧剂,含量为0.05~2.0重%;
(C)至少一种防锈剂,含量为0.01~1.0重%;
(D)抗乳化剂,含量为0.005~0.01重%;
(E)消泡剂,含量为0.001~0.01重%;
(F)金属减活剂,含量为0.1~1.0重%;
(G)基础油,余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分(A)为多烷基苄硫化物,或硫代磷酸酯及其胺盐衍生物,或硫代磷酸三苯酯,或二烷基二硫代磷酸锑,或它们任意组合的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分(B)为二烷基硫代氨基甲酸锌,或N-苯基-α-萘胺,或烷基化二苯胺,或噻二唑的衍生物,或它们它们任意组合的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分(C)为中性或碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡,或烯基丁二酸及其衍生物,或它们任意组合的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分(D)为胺与环氧乙烷缩合物,或油溶性聚醚类高分子化合物,或环氧乙-丙烷嵌段聚醚,或它们任意组合的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分(E)为丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物,或甲基硅油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分(F)为噻二唑衍生物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,组分(G)为加氢油与烷基萘混合物。
