背景技术
摩擦磨损是普遍存在的自然现象,而润滑油是降低摩擦减少及抗御磨损最有效的途径之一,对磨损表面在运动中进行原位修复一直是润滑工作者不断追求的目标。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可以弥补和改善基础油的某些性能。润滑油按其来源分动、植物油,石油润滑油和合成润滑油三大类。石油润滑油的用量占总用量97%以上,因此润滑油常指石油润滑油。主要用于减少运动部件表面间的摩擦,同时对机器设备具有冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘、功率传送、清洗杂质等作用,主要以来自原油蒸馏装置的润滑油馏分和渣油馏分为原料。润滑油最主要的性能是粘度、氧化安定性和润滑性,它们与润滑油馏分的组成密切相关。粘度是反映润滑油流动性的重要质量指标,不同的使用条件具有不同的粘度要求,重负荷和低速度的机械要选用高粘度润滑油,氧化安定性表示油品在使用环境中,由于温度、空气中氧以及金属催化作用所表现的抗氧化能力。油品氧化后,根据使用条件会生成细小的沥青质为主的碳状物质,呈粘滞的漆状物质或漆膜,或粘性的含水物质,从而降低或丧失其使用性能。润滑性表示润滑油的减磨性能。润滑油添加剂概念是加入润滑剂中的一种或几种化合物,以使润滑剂得到某种新的特性或改善润滑剂中已有的一些特性。添加剂按功能分主要有抗氧化剂、抗磨剂、摩擦改善剂(又名油性剂)、极压添加剂、清净剂、分散剂、泡沫抑制剂、防腐防锈剂、流点改善剂、粘度指数增进剂等类型。市场中所销售的添加剂一般都是以上各单一添加剂的复合品,所不同的就是单一添加剂的成分不同以及复合添加剂内部几种单一添加剂的比例不同而已。
目前国内外研究和应用的绝大多数都是有机添加剂,而对无机添加剂的研究很少,其应用更是凤毛麟角。随着润滑油领域中研究的深入发展,人们逐渐发现很多无机添加剂显示出了良好的性能,有些甚至明显优于有机添加剂,但是,由于无机添加剂不溶或难溶于油,也难稳定地分散在润滑油中,其应用收到了限制。近些年来,国内外学者在寻求抗磨减摩添加剂的过程中,发现某些纳米粒子通过摩擦自修复作用能都显著改善润滑油的摩擦学性能,达到抗磨减摩的目的。因此,将纳米颗粒作为润滑添加剂应用于润滑油中的研究已成为近年来摩擦学领域研究的重点。
生产工作中,曲轴和连杆瓦产生的铁粉和泥油,常常会影响器械的运作,久之甚至加速器械的老化,现有技术中的润滑油添加剂,抗磨减摩性能、热稳定性还不是很好,而且不能有效解决铁粉和泥油问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种纺织机械用润滑油,能大大改善润滑油的抗磨减摩性能,增强热稳定性,还能使曲轴和连杆瓦在工作产生的铁粉和油泥变成纳米级的滚珠,从而减少机器的摩擦,降低油温,延长润滑油和机器的寿命。

在上述配方中,清净分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者一种以上的混合;抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐中的一种或者一种以上的混合;极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃、磷酸酯或氮化物;增粘剂为聚乙烯基正丁基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物、顺丁橡胶中的一种或一种以上的混合。
本发明润滑油由多种添加剂共同组合搭配,大大改善了润滑油各方面的性能, 增加润滑油稳定性,增强润滑效果,延长润滑油的使用寿命,此润滑油可广泛应用于机械润滑,能很好的保护机械,而且节能减耗,因此具有广泛的应用前景。
本发明的润滑油对机器设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用,使用时摩擦力小,润滑效果好。

Claims (5)
1.一种纺织机械用润滑油,其特征在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
清净分散剂23-28份,机油65-69份,抗氧抗腐剂13-17份,山梨醇4-6份,极压抗磨剂3-11份,聚氨酯4-7份,增粘剂21-25份,烷基磷酸酯3-5份,铁氧基磁流体2-3份,氯仿1-3份,基础油35-67份,苯并三氮唑1-2份,二异辛基二苯胺2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织机械用润滑油,其特征在于:所述清净分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者一种以上的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纺织机械用润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐中的一种或者一种以上的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纺织机械用润滑油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃、磷酸酯或氮化物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纺织机械用润滑油,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚乙烯基正丁基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物、顺丁橡胶中的一种或一种以上的混合。
