本发明的机械设备用润滑油按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:

在上述配方中,清净分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者一种以上的混合;抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐中的一种或者一种以上的混合;极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃、磷酸酯或氮化物;增粘剂为聚乙烯基正丁基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物、顺丁橡胶中的一种或一种以上的混合。
本发明润滑油由多种添加剂共同组合搭配,大大改善了润滑油各方面的性能, 增加润滑油稳定性,增强润滑效果,延长润滑油的使用寿命,此润滑油可广泛应用于机械润滑,能很好的保护机械,而且节能减耗,因此具有广泛的应用前景。
本发明的润滑油具有良好的粘附性、高热稳定性,良好的密封性,高压负载,同时具有良好高热稳定性能,优异的润滑性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种机械设备用润滑油,其特征在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
清净分散剂23-28份,对羟基苯甲基醛5-8份,抗氧抗腐剂13-17份,柠檬酸单甲酯4-7份,极压抗磨剂3-11份,桦叶菊萜酸3-5份,增粘剂21-25份,润滑油基油5-9份,铁氧基磁流体2-3份,盐酸3-6份,基础油35-67份,防锈剂4-9份,二异辛基二苯胺2-3份,氯化石蜡9-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械设备用润滑油,其特征在于:所述清净分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者一种以上的混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机械设备用润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗氧抗腐剂为硫磷丁辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、碱式硫磷双辛伯烷基锌盐、硫磷丙辛仲伯烷基锌盐、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐中的一种或者一种以上的混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机械设备用润滑油,其特征在于:所述极压抗磨剂为硫化烯烃、磷酸酯或氮化物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的机械设备用润滑油,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚乙烯基正丁基醚、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物、顺丁橡胶中的一种或一种以上的混合。
