本发明涉及一种液压机用润滑油,按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:基础油98‑124份;清净分散剂 12‑18份;亚磷酸脂6‑12份;铁氧基磁流体 3‑6份;增粘剂2‑3份;极压耐磨剂 6‑18份;滑石粉6‑11份;磷酸12‑18份;山梨醇1.5‑2.5份;抗氧抗腐剂0.7‑1.5份。本发明的优点在于:本发明的润滑油可以解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小,润滑质量好,抗氧化能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及液压机领域,特别涉及一种液压机用润滑油。
背景技术
液压机是一种以液体为工作介质,用来传递能量以实现各种工艺的机器。液压机除用于锻压成形外,也可用于矫正、压装、打包、压块和压板等。液压机包括水压机和油压机。以水基液体为工作介质的称为水压机,以油为工作介质的称为油压机。液压机的规格一般用公称工作力(千牛)或公称吨位(吨)表示。锻造用液压机多是水压机,吨位较高。为减小设备尺寸,大型锻造水压机常用较高压强(35兆帕左右),有时也采用 100兆帕以上的超高压。其他用途的液压机一般采用 6~25兆帕的工作压强。油压机的吨位比水压机低。
在液压机工作的过程中,为了使得各个部件能够顺利的工作,需要在各个活动部位之间添加润滑油,以确保能够灵活的活动,防止出现卡死现象。因此,润滑油质量的好坏对于液压机是否能够顺利的工作至关重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种润滑效果好的液压机用润滑油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种液压机用润滑油,其创新点在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
基础油98-124份;
清净分散剂 12-18份;
亚磷酸脂6-12份;
铁氧基磁流体 3-6份;
增粘剂2-3份;
极压耐磨剂 6-18份;
滑石粉6-11份;
磷酸12-18份;
山梨醇1.5-2.5份;
抗氧抗腐剂0.7-1.5份。
进一步的,基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
进一步的,增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
进一步的,清净分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者一种以上的混合。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的润滑油可以解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小,润滑质量好,抗氧化能力强。

实施例1
本发明的液压机用润滑油按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ类基础油98份;
低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙 12份;
亚磷酸脂6份;
铁氧基磁流体 3份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯2份;
极压耐磨剂 6份;
滑石粉6份;
磷酸12份;
山梨醇1.5份;
抗氧抗腐剂0.7份。
实施例2
本发明的液压机用润滑油按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ类基础油124份;
低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙 18份;
亚磷酸脂12份;
铁氧基磁流体 6份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯3份;
极压耐磨剂 18份;
滑石粉11份;
磷酸18份;
山梨醇2.5份;
抗氧抗腐剂1.5份。
实施例3
本发明的液压机用润滑油按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ类基础油112份;
低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙 15份;
亚磷酸脂8份;
铁氧基磁流体 4份;
聚甲基丙烯酸酯2.5份;
极压耐磨剂 12份;
滑石粉8份;
磷酸15份;
山梨醇2份;
抗氧抗腐剂1.1份。
本发明的润滑油可以解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小,润滑质量好,抗氧化能力强。

1.一种液压机用润滑油,其特征在于:按重量分数配比由以下组分制成:
基础油98-124份;
清净分散剂 12-18份;
亚磷酸脂6-12份;
铁氧基磁流体 3-6份;
增粘剂2-3份;
极压耐磨剂 6-18份;
滑石粉6-11份;
磷酸12-18份;
山梨醇1.5-2.5份;
抗氧抗腐剂0.7-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压机用润滑油,其特征在于:基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液压机用润滑油,其特征在于:增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液压机用润滑油,其特征在于:清净分散剂为低碱值合成烷基苯磺酸钙、高碱值线型烷基苯合成磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸钙、高碱值合成二烷基苯磺酸钙、长链线型烷基苯高碱值合成磺酸镁、高碱值硫化烷基酚钙、聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺、硼化高分子量聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺中的一种或者一种以上的混合。
