本发明公开了一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油2‑8份,苯基硅油1‑6份,滑石粉2‑8份、磷酸3‑7份、山梨醇1‑3份、荷荷巴油6‑9份,环氧乙烷5‑8份,肉桂醇4‑8份,丙烯酸甘油酯4‑7份,松节油4‑9份。本发明的所公开的延缓机械磨损的润滑油,配方科学合理,由多种添加剂共同组合搭配,大大改善了润滑油各方面的性能,增加润滑油稳定性,增强润滑效果,延长润滑油的使用寿命,此润滑油可广泛应用于各种机械润滑,延缓机械磨损,很好的保护采掘机械,而且节能减耗,因此具有广泛的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,特别涉及一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。为改善润滑油的品质,往往要在润滑油基础油中加入添加剂来改善润滑油的各种性能,市场中所销售的添加剂一般都是以上各单一添加剂的复合品,所不同的就是单一添加剂的成分不同以及复合添加剂内部几种单一添加剂的比例不同而已。但是,添加剂添加后的协同作用较差,在提高某一种性能的同时,会造成另一种性能的降低,造成润滑油的某种性能出现欠缺,增加机械磨损程度,影响机械使用寿命。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油2-8份,苯基硅油1-6份,滑石粉2-8份、磷酸3-7份、山梨醇1-3份、荷荷巴油6-9份,环氧乙烷5-8份,肉桂醇4-8份,丙烯酸甘油酯4-7份,松节油4-9份。
进一步地,所述延缓机械磨损的润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至30-40℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入滑石粉、磷酸、山梨醇、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、肉桂醇、丙烯酸甘油酯以及松节油升温至50-60℃,匀速搅拌60-100分钟。
有益效果:
本发明的所公开的延缓机械磨损的润滑油,配方科学合理,由多种添加剂共同组合搭配,大大改善了润滑油各方面的性能,增加润滑油稳定性,增强润滑效果,延长润滑油的使用寿命,此润滑油可广泛应用于各种机械润滑,延缓机械磨损,很好的保护采掘机械,而且节能减耗,因此具有广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油2份,苯基硅油1份,滑石粉2份、磷酸3份、山梨醇1份、荷荷巴油6份,环氧乙烷5份,肉桂醇4份,丙烯酸甘油酯4份,松节油4份。
进一步地,所述延缓机械磨损的润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至30℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入滑石粉、磷酸、山梨醇、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、肉桂醇、丙烯酸甘油酯以及松节油升温至50℃,匀速搅拌60分钟。
实施例2:
一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油5份,苯基硅油3份,滑石粉4份、磷酸5份、山梨醇2份、荷荷巴油8份,环氧乙烷6份,肉桂醇6份,丙烯酸甘油酯5份,松节油6份。
进一步地,所述延缓机械磨损的润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至35℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入滑石粉、磷酸、山梨醇、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、肉桂醇、丙烯酸甘油酯以及松节油升温至55℃,匀速搅拌80分钟。
实施例3:
一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油8份,苯基硅油6份,滑石粉8份、磷酸7份、山梨醇3份、荷荷巴油9份,环氧乙烷8份,肉桂醇8份,丙烯酸甘油酯7份,松节油9份。
进一步地,所述延缓机械磨损的润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至40℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入滑石粉、磷酸、山梨醇、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、肉桂醇、丙烯酸甘油酯以及松节油升温至60℃,匀速搅拌100分钟。

1.一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油,其特征在于:由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油2-8份,苯基硅油1-6份,滑石粉2-8份、磷酸3-7份、山梨醇1-3份、荷荷巴油6-9份,环氧乙烷5-8份,肉桂醇4-8份,丙烯酸甘油酯4-7份,松节油4-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种延缓机械磨损的润滑油,其特征在于:所述延缓机械磨损的润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至30-40℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入滑石粉、磷酸、山梨醇、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、肉桂醇、丙烯酸甘油酯以及松节油升温至50-60℃,匀速搅拌60-100分钟。
