本发明公开了一种抗磨润滑油,按质量份计,按质量份计,包括100~200份的中性基础油,0.05~0.1份氟化石墨,0.01~0.03份10~20nm的纳米石墨,1~3份表面改性剂,3~7份粘度指数改进剂,1~5份抗氧化剂,1~3份助分散剂。本发明的润滑油中添加有氟化石墨及纳米石墨,氟化石墨、纳米石墨与基础油的相连性好,在基础油内的分散性好,不出现团聚的现象,既增大了润滑油的润滑性、耐磨性、强度、使用寿命,同时增大了润滑油的化学稳定性和热稳定性,提高了润滑油品质。

本发明涉及润滑油的技术领域。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑性能特别优异、强度大、减震、耐磨、使用寿命长的润滑油。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种抗磨润滑油,按质量份计,包括100~200份的中性基础油,0.05~0.1份氟化石墨,0.01~0.03份10~20nm的纳米石墨,1~3份表面改性剂,3~7份粘度指数改进剂,1~5份抗氧化剂,1~3份助分散剂。
优选的是:所述表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种。
另外优选的是:所述助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种。
另外优选的是:所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000~50000。
另外优选的是:所述纳米石墨为膨胀石墨。
本发明的润滑油中添加有氟化石墨及纳米石墨,氟化石墨、纳米石墨与基础油的相连性好,在基础油内的分散性好,不出现团聚的现象,既增大了润滑油的润滑性、耐磨性、强度、使用寿命,同时增大了润滑油的化学稳定性和热稳定性,提高了润滑油品质。

一种抗磨润滑油,包括200份的中性基础油;0.1份氟化石墨;0.01份20nm的膨胀石墨;3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠;7份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物,该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为30000;5份抗氧化剂; 3份油酸。
实施例2
一种抗磨润滑油,包括100份的中性基础油;0.05份氟化石墨;0.03份10nm的膨胀石墨;2份十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,3份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物,该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为50000,3份抗氧化剂,2份三聚甘油单月桂酸酯。
实施例3
一种抗磨润滑油,包括150份的中性基础油;0.07份氟化石墨;0.02份10nm的膨胀石墨;1份硅烷偶联剂;3份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物,该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为40000;1份抗氧化剂;2份硬脂酸单甘油酯。

1.一种抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:按质量份计,包括100~200份的中性基础油,0.05~0.1份氟化石墨,0.01~0.03份10~20nm的纳米石墨,1~3份表面改性剂,3~7份粘度指数改进剂,1~5份抗氧化剂,1~3份助分散剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物,其平均分子量为30000~50000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨润滑油,其特征在于:所述纳米石墨为膨胀石墨。
