本发明揭示了一种多功能低温环保耐用润滑油,由脂肪酸甘油酯、降凝剂、粘度指数调节剂、清净分散剂、抗泡沫剂以及防腐蚀剂组成,所述多功能低温环保耐用润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占90‑105份,所述降凝剂占7‑14份,所述粘度指数调节剂占5‑12份,所述清净分散剂占2‑9份,所述抗泡沫剂占3‑10份,所述防腐蚀剂占4‑11份。本发明具有环保、耐磨性好、耐低温性好、低温流动性好、润滑性好、抗腐蚀、耐高温性好、稳定性好的特点。

一种多功能低温环保耐用润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能低温环保耐用润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。但是润滑油同样存在很多不足,如润滑性达不到要求,在使用过程中由于过热导致耐磨性失效,稳定性欠佳,在低温条件下容易出现泡沫,低温流动性差,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有环保、耐磨性好、耐低温性好、低温流动性好、润滑性好、抗腐蚀、耐高温性好、稳定性好的特点的多功能低温环保耐用润滑油。
本发明的技术方案是,一种多功能低温环保耐用润滑油,由脂肪酸甘油酯、降凝剂、粘度指数调节剂、清净分散剂、抗泡沫剂以及防腐蚀剂组成,所述多功能低温环保耐用润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占90-105份,所述降凝剂占7-14份,所述粘度指数调节剂占5-12份,所述清净分散剂占2-9份,所述抗泡沫剂占3-10份,所述防腐蚀剂占4-11份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述降凝剂为烷基聚苯乙烯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘度指数调节剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述清净分散剂为丁二酰亚胺。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗泡沫剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐蚀剂为聚天冬氨酸。
本发明所述为一种多功能低温环保耐用润滑油,本发明具有环保、耐磨性好、耐低温性好、低温流动性好、润滑性好、抗腐蚀、耐高温性好、稳定性好的特点。

一种多功能低温环保耐用润滑油,所述多功能低温环保耐用润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占93份,所述烷基聚苯乙烯占8份,所述聚丙烯酸酯占7份,所述丁二酰亚胺占3份,所述聚氧丙烯甘油醚占5份,所述聚天冬氨酸占6份。

一种多功能低温环保耐用润滑油,所述多功能低温环保耐用润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占104份,所述烷基聚苯乙烯占12份,所述聚丙烯酸酯占11份,所述丁二酰亚胺占8份,所述聚氧丙烯甘油醚占9份,所述聚天冬氨酸占10份。
本发明所述为一种多功能低温环保耐用润滑油,本发明具有环保、耐磨性好、耐低温性好、低温流动性好、润滑性好、抗腐蚀、耐高温性好、稳定性好的特点。
