Abstract
一种防冻润滑油,属于精细化工技术领域。本发明防冻润滑油由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油80‑100份,十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯4‑5份,不饱和脂肪酸3‑4份,丙烯酸甘油酯2‑3份,乙二醇3‑8份,12‑羟基硬脂酸锂1‑3份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.1‑2份和油酸酰胺0.5‑3份。本发明发动机专用润滑油性质稳定,辅助添加剂可以优化基础油的润滑、防腐、抗凝、抗氧化、耐压等性能,清洁性好、可以减少油泥和积炭;同时,本发明可在低温(不超过‑30℃)条件下使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冻润滑油,属于精细化工技术领域。
背景技术
润滑油按其来源分动物油,植物油,石油润滑油和合成润滑油四大类。
石油润滑油的用量占总用量90%以上,因此润滑油常指石油润滑油。主要用于减少运动部件表面间的摩擦,同时对机器设备具有冷却,密封,防腐,防锈,绝缘,功率传送,清洗杂质等作用。主要以来自原油蒸馏装置的润滑油馏分和渣油馏分为原料。润滑油最主要的性能是粘度,氧化安定性和润滑性,它们与润滑油馏分的组成密切相关。粘度是反映润滑油流动性的重要质量指标。不同的使用条件具有不同的粘度要求。重负荷和低速度的机械要选用高粘度润滑油。氧化安定性表示油品在使用环境中,由于温度,空气中氧以及金属催化作用所表现的抗氧化能力。油品氧化后,根据使用条件会生成细小的沥青质为主的碳状物质,呈粘滞的漆状物质或漆膜,或粘性的含水物质,从而降低或丧失其使用性能。
润滑油添加剂按功能分主要有抗氧剂和金属减活剂,极压抗磨剂,摩擦改善剂(又名油性剂),清净分散剂,泡沫抑制剂,防锈剂,抗氧防腐剂,流点改善剂,粘度指数增进剂,抗乳剂等类型。市场中所销售的添加剂一般都是以上各单一添加剂的复合品,所不同的就是单一添加剂的成分不同以及复合添加剂内部几种单一添加剂的比例不同而已。
冬季寒冷气候下,机械作业对润滑油品质要求更高,不仅要求良好的润滑性能,等要求其在低温下不凝结,性状不发生变化。

本发明的目的是提供一种防冻润滑油。
本发明的技术方案包括如下:
本发明防冻润滑油由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油80-100份,十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯4-5份,不饱和脂肪酸3-4份,丙烯酸甘油酯2-3份,乙二醇3-8份,12-羟基硬脂酸锂1-3份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.1-2份和油酸酰胺0.5-3份。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明发动机专用润滑油性质稳定,辅助添加剂可以优化基础油的润滑、防腐、抗凝、抗氧化、耐压等性能,清洁性好、可以减少油泥和积炭;同时,本发明可在低温(不超过-30℃)条件下使用。

实施例1
基础油100份,十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯5份,不饱和脂肪酸4份,丙烯酸甘油酯3份,乙二醇8份,12-羟基硬脂酸锂3份,十二烷基磺酸钠2份和油酸酰胺3份。
实施例2
基础油80份,十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯4份,不饱和脂肪酸3份,丙烯酸甘油酯2份,乙二醇3份,12-羟基硬脂酸锂1份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.5份和油酸酰胺0.5份。

基础油90份,十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯4份,不饱和脂肪酸4份,丙烯酸甘油酯3份,乙二醇8份,12-羟基硬脂酸锂3份,十二烷基磺酸钠2份和油酸酰胺3份。

1.一种防冻润滑油,其特征在于,所述防冻润滑油由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油80-100份,十二烷基酸性亚磷酸酯4-5份,不饱和脂肪酸3-4份,丙烯酸甘油酯2-3份,乙二醇3-8份,12-羟基硬脂酸锂1-3份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.1-2份和油酸酰胺0.5-3份。
