Abstract

一种可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,包括复合基础油和添加剂,其特征在于:本发明的润滑油组合物由95.645%~92.093%的复合基础油和添加剂组成,复合基础油由季戊四醇酯和聚α‑烯烃复合而成。本发明的液压油组合物,具有优良的抗氧化安定性、抗磨减摩性,能够保护液压元件,确保液压系统动力传递的精确度;具有突出的空气释放性、抗乳化性和抗泡性能,组合物组分稳定,对设备无腐蚀,无毒性,无刺激性气味,具有可生物降解性能,性能良好,适用于各种液压系统。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压油组合物,特别是一种可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物。
背景技术
液压油能有效传递能量、润滑运动副、散热。
近些年来,随着液压系统设计、制造技术的不断发展和日趋完善,液压控制技术在新一代工程装备上得以广泛应用。液压传动是利用液体作为工作介质来传递能量和进行控制的传动方式,液压油是其至关重要的组成部分之一。在液压系统及元件已经定型的情况下,液压油的作用尤为突出,液压系统能否可靠、灵敏、准确、有效而且经济地工作,与液压油的品种及性能密切相关。抗磨液压油是液压油中的一个类别,它应具备良好的抗磨性、氧化安定性、抗泡性及抗乳化性能等,通常应用于大型工程机械、冶金机械和各种运输设备的液压系统中。抗磨液压油在润滑油产品中占有较大份额(约15%),目前使用的液压油除了设备运转的正常消耗及回收利用,还有部分会流入环境中。以矿物油为主要基础油的传统润滑油生物降解能力差,会对环境造成破坏。随着环保法规的逐步完善,环保型可生物降解液压油产品随之受到重视。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种有优良的抗氧化安定性、抗磨减摩性、能够保护液压元件、确保液压系统动力传递的精确度、有突出的空气释放性、抗乳化性和抗泡性能、组分稳定、对设备无腐蚀、无毒性、无刺激性气味、具有可生物降解性能的抗磨液压油组合物。
本发明以如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
本发明的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,采用季戊四醇酯和聚α烯烃作为基础油,配合多种添加剂,各组分的质量百分数为:
以上各组分质量百分比之和为100%。
基础油由质量比40%~70%季戊四醇酯和60%~30%聚α烯烃复合。
制备季戊四醇酯的主要原料来自地沟油,制得的季戊四醇酯理化性质为:运动粘度(100℃)9.37mm2/s,密度(20℃)kg/m3,酸值0.11mgKOH/g,凝点-22℃,闪点216℃。
抗氧剂由质量比50%2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和50%聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯复合。
极压抗磨剂是磷酸三甲酚酯。
摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯。
抗乳化剂是胺型的环氧化合物缩合物;
抗泡剂是聚丙烯酸酯。
本发明的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,有优良的抗氧化安定性、抗磨减摩性,能够保护液压元件,确保液压系统动力传递的精确度;具有突出的空气释放性、抗乳化性和抗泡性能,组合物组分稳定,对设备无腐蚀,无毒性,无刺激性气味,具有可生物降解性能,适用于各种液压系统的润滑。
具体实施方式
本发明中使用季戊四醇酯和聚α烯烃作为基础油,具有粘温性能好、倾点低、蒸发损失小、氧化安定性优良、添加剂感受性良好的优点。制备季戊四醇酯的主要原料来自地沟油,制得的季戊四醇酯的理化性质见表1。本发明中使用了聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯和2,6-二叔丁基混合酚复合作为抗氧剂。聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯是一种磷型抗氧剂,它与酚型抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基混合酚复合使用,可大大提高氧化性能的稳定性,使用过程表现出协同增效作用,能够有效的阻止自动氧化反应,增强油品的抗氧化性能,极大的延长了液压油的使用寿命。此外,本发明中添加的磷酸三甲酚酯和磷酸酯能在金属表面形成致密的化学保护膜,不仅降低了金属表面的摩擦系数,而且增强了金属表面的抗磨极压性能,对液压系统部件起到了保护作用,延长液压系统部件的使用寿命。采用季戊四醇酯和聚α烯烃复合的基础油,属于全合成基础油,其抗泡效果优良,在添加少量的抗泡剂聚丙烯酸酯存在的情况下,能有效抑制液压油工作过程产生的泡沫倾向性,避免因泡沫存在而导致的无效润滑及元件损坏,影响液压系统动力传递的准确性、及时性。

1.一种可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,包括复合基础油和添加剂,其特征是各组分及其质量百分数为:

2.如权利要求1所述的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,其特征是基础油由质量比40%~70%季戊四醇酯和60%~30%聚α烯烃复合。
3.如权利要求2所述的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,其特征是制备季戊四醇酯的主要原料来自地沟油,制得的季戊四醇酯理化性质为:100℃运动粘度9.37mm2/s,20℃密度kg/m3,酸值0.11mgKOH/g,凝点-22℃,闪点216℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,其特征是抗氧剂由质量比50%2,6-二叔丁基混合酚和50%聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸酯复合。
5.如权利要求1所述的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,其特征是极压抗磨剂是磷酸三甲酚酯。
6.如权利要求1所述的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,其特征是摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯。
7.如权利要求1所述的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,其特征是抗乳化剂是胺型的环氧化合物缩合物。
8.如权利要求1所述的可生物降解抗磨液压油组合物,其特征是抗泡剂是聚丙烯酸酯。
