背景技术
机械润滑油，是指涂在机器轴承或者人体某个部位等运动部分表面的油状液体，有减少摩擦、避免发热、防止机器磨损以及医学用途等作用。一般是分馏石油的产物，也有从动植物油中提炼的，亦称“润滑脂”，不挥发的油状润滑剂按其来源分动、植物油，石油润滑油和合成润滑油三大类。润滑油最主要的性能是粘度、氧化安定性和润滑性，它们与润滑油馏分的组成密切相关。粘度是反映润滑油流动性的重要质量指标，不同的使用条件具有不同的粘度要求。重负荷和低速度的机械要选用高粘度润滑油。

针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种水泵内部电机专用润滑油，减少电机工作噪音和功率损耗，使用寿命长，优异的防腐蚀性，良好的防锈性能的发电机润滑油。
为实现以上目的，本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现：一种水泵内部电机专用润滑油，按重量份包括以下组分，润滑油基础油60-85份、橄榄油8-13份、椰子油11-15份、磷酸三甲酚酯5-9份、肌醇六磷酸4-14份、硼酸3-6份、石油醚5-8份、石墨烯2-4份、硬脂酸锌0.5-1.6份、三硬脂酸甘油脂6-12份、纳米硼酸盐1-3份、聚异戊二烯13-15份、环己烷2-4份、石蜡2-4份、乙醇10-14份、硝酸钾1-4份、偏苯三酸三辛酯1-3份、醋酸锌3-6份、氯化钠2-4份、去离子水35-45份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-8份、聚乙烯醇1-2份、表面活性剂5-15份、复合添加剂4-6份、降凝剂5-10份、硅凝胶2-3份、稳定剂1-3份、极压抗磨剂3-9份、摩擦改进剂6-9份、粘度指数改进剂2-5份、抗泡沫剂6-9份。
优选地，所述的稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分，二茂铁1-3重量份、氢氧化钾1-3重量份和氯化铜0.5-1份。
优选地，所述的复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分，滑石粉10-13份，聚环氧乙烷5-10份，三乙醇胺8-10份和硅酸铝10-13份。
本发明提供了一种水泵内部电机专用润滑油，本发明发电机润滑油，能够提高润滑性能，减少电机工作噪音和功率损耗，使用寿命长，具有良好的防锈性能，优异的防腐蚀性，特别适用于发电机使用的润滑油。

优选地，所述的稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分，二茂铁1-3重量份、氢氧化钾1-3重量份和氯化铜0.5-1份。
优选地，所述的复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分，滑石粉10-13份，聚环氧乙烷5-10份，三乙醇胺8-10份和硅酸铝10-13份。
本发明提供的润滑油具有很好的粘性，润滑性、冷却性，具有优异的粘温性能，高粘度指数，低凝点，高闪点，很好的减少齿轮副间的摩擦。
