本发明涉及电机领域,具体涉及一种压缩机内部电机专用润滑油。
背景技术
机械润滑油,是指涂在机器轴承或者人体某个部位等运动部分表面的油状液体,有减少摩擦、避免发热、防止机器磨损以及医学用途等作用。一般是分馏石油的产物,也有从动植物油中提炼的,亦称“润滑脂”,不挥发的油状润滑剂按其来源分动、植物油,石油润滑油和合成润滑油三大类。润滑油最主要的性能是粘度、氧化安定性和润滑性,它们与润滑油馏分的组成密切相关。粘度是反映润滑油流动性的重要质量指标,不同的使用条件具有不同的粘度要求。重负荷和低速度的机械要选用高粘度润滑油。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种压缩机内部电机专用润滑油,减少发电机工作噪音和功率损耗,使用寿命长,优异的防腐蚀性,良好的防锈性能的发电机润滑油。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种压缩机内部电机专用润滑油,其特征在于:按重量份包括以下组分,基础油60~78份,椰子油12~20份,橄榄油25~30份,磷酸三甲酚酯10~15份,复合添加剂4~6份,降凝剂5~10份,增稠剂2~3份,稳定剂1~3份。
优选地,所述的稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分,二茂铁1~3重量份、氢氧化钾1~3重量份和氯化铜0.5~1份。
优选地,所述的复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,滑石粉10~13份,聚环氧乙烷5~10份,三乙醇胺8~10份和硅酸铝10~13份。
优选地,所述的降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5~8份和聚乙烯醇1~2份。
优选地,所述的增稠剂为水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶中一种或者几种。
优选地,所述的增稠剂水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶组合使用时的比例为1﹕2﹕1。

将实施例1、2、3制得的润滑油进行试验,并与市面普通润滑油进行对比。试验结果如下:
