Abstract
一种压铸机专用润滑油,涉及润滑油技术领域,其特征在于:按重量份包括以下组分,基础油80~100份,复合添加剂4~6份,降凝剂5~10份,增稠剂2~3份,稳定剂1~3份;所述的稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分,二茂铁1~3重量份、氢氧化钾1~3重量份和氯化铜0.5~1份。本发明定性好,受杂质和输送介质影响小,且润滑效果好,能够持久的保持润滑效果。

技术领域:
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体是一种压铸机专用润滑油。
背景技术:
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用(Roab)。现有的溶于压铸机的润滑油由于所述的环境较为复杂,常常会受到压铸机送介质以及固体杂质的影响,因此容易产生变性,稳定性较差,长时间使用后润滑效果很快变差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种稳定性好,受杂质和输送介质影响小,且润滑效果好的压铸机专用润滑油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种压铸机专用润滑油,其特征在于:按重量份包括以下组分,
所述的稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分,二茂铁1~3重量份、氢氧化钾1~3重量份和氯化铜0.5~1份。
所述的复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,滑石粉10~13份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠8~10份,三乙醇胺8~10份和硅酸铝10~13份。
所述的降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5~8份和聚乙烯醇1~2份。可以有效防止凝结,可以有效防冻,增加其低温下的润滑效果。
所述的增稠剂为水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶中一种或者几种。有利于增加润滑油的稠度,使得润滑油不容易泄露。
所述的增稠剂水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶组合使用时的比例为1﹕2﹕1。
本发明中添加了复合添加剂,使得润滑油具有较好的润滑效果,受外部环境影响小,能够持久的保持润滑效果。
本发明的稳定剂中的二茂铁可以使得润滑油具有较好的稳定性,特别是在温度较高的情况下,不会影响到且润滑效果。且稳定剂中的氢氧化钾以及氯化铜能够有效防止二茂铁在温度较高的情况下被氧化,使得二茂铁具有持久的效力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明定性好,受杂质和输送介质影响小,且润滑效果好,能够持久的保持润滑效果。

实施例一
一种压铸机专用润滑油,按重量份包括以下组分,
稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分,二茂铁1重量份、氢氧化钾1重量份和氯化铜0.5份。
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,滑石粉10份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠8份,三乙醇胺8份和硅酸铝10份。
降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份和聚乙烯醇1份。
增稠剂为水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶中一种或者几种。有利于增加润滑油的稠度,使得润滑油不容易泄露。
增稠剂水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶组合使用时的比例为1﹕2﹕1。
实施例二
一种压铸机专用润滑油,按重量份包括以下组分,
稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分,二茂铁2重量份、氢氧化钾2重量份和氯化铜0.7份。
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,滑石粉12份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠9份,三乙醇胺9份和硅酸铝12份。
降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯6份和聚乙烯醇1.5份。
增稠剂为水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶中一种或者几种。
增稠剂水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶组合使用时的比例为1﹕2﹕1。
实施例三
一种压铸机专用润滑油,按重量份包括以下组分,
稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分,二茂铁3重量份、氢氧化钾3重量份和氯化铜1份。
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,滑石粉13份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份,三乙醇胺10份和硅酸铝13份。
降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份和聚乙烯醇2份。
增稠剂为水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶中一种或者几种。
增稠剂水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶组合使用时的比例为1﹕2﹕1。
