Abstract
一种耐低温专用润滑油,涉及润滑油技术领域,其特征在于:按重量份包括以下组分,基础油70~80份,复合添加剂2~8份,防冻剂5~10份,增稠剂5~10份,热稳定剂3~9份,所述的防冻剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3~15份,聚异丁烯4~8份、氯化金钾4~8份、强基纤维素钠1~3份和聚乙烯醇1~3份。本发明稳定性好,耐低温效果好,且润滑效果好,能够持久的保持润滑效果。

本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体是一种耐低温专用润滑油。
背景技术:
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用(Roab)。现有的溶于泵的润滑油由于所需的环境较为复杂,常常会受到泵送介质以及固体杂质的影响,特别是在低温下润滑油粘稠度变高,甚至有凝结,因此会导致润滑效果变差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种稳定性好,受杂质和输送介质影响小,且润滑效果好的耐高温泵专用润滑油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种耐低温专用润滑油,其特征在于:按重量份包括以下组分,
所述的防冻剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3~15份,聚异丁烯4~8份、氯化金钾4~8份、强基纤维素钠1~3份和聚乙烯醇1~3份。
所述的热稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分:全氯环戊癸烷5~6份,氯菌酸1~2份,磷酸氢二钠1~2份和氯化金钾3~4份;
所述的复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,磷酸钠8~13份,滑石粉10~13份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1~3份,三乙醇胺2~4份和硅酸铝5~9份。
本发明中添加了复合添加剂,使得润滑油具有较高的稳定性,受外部环境影响小,能够持久的保持润滑效果。
本发明的防冻剂具有耐低温防冻的效果,能够有效阻止润滑油在低温下凝结或者变稠,使得低温下,特别是机械刚起到时,润滑油仍然能够保持较好的润滑效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明稳定性好,耐低温效果好,且润滑效果好,能够持久的保持润滑效果。

防冻剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份,聚异丁烯4份、氯化金钾4份、强基纤维素钠1份和聚乙烯醇1份。
热稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分:全氯环戊癸烷5份,氯菌酸1份,磷酸氢二钠1~2份和氯化金钾3份;
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,磷酸钠8份,滑石粉10份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1份,三乙醇胺2份和硅酸铝5份。
实施例二
一种耐低温专用润滑油,按重量份包括以下组分,
防冻剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份,聚异丁烯6份、氯化金钾6份、强基纤维素钠2份和聚乙烯醇2份。
热稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分:全氯环戊癸烷5.5份,氯菌酸1.5份,磷酸氢二钠1.5份和氯化金钾3.5份;
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,磷酸钠10份,滑石粉11份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠2份,三乙醇胺3份和硅酸铝7份。
实施例三
一种耐低温专用润滑油,按重量份包括以下组分,
防冻剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份,聚异丁烯8份、氯化金钾8份、强基纤维素钠3份和聚乙烯醇3份。
热稳定剂按重量份包括以下组分:全氯环戊癸烷6份,氯菌酸2份,磷酸氢二钠2份和氯化金钾4份;
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,磷酸钠13份,滑石粉13份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠3份,三乙醇胺4份和硅酸铝9份。
