Abstract
本发明公开了一种低温抗磨液压液,是由基础油、极压抗磨剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧化剂、防锈剂、抗泡沫剂、金属减活剂按照一定重量的配比制成;本发明采用基础油和各种添加剂复配制成,各种添加剂之间互相作用,具有协同增效、助溶的作用,制备出的液压油在‑35℃至‑45℃环境下能够正常使用且具有较好的极压抗磨性、抗腐防锈性等,适用于现代液压系统面临的逐步恶劣的环境下使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗磨液压油,具体地说是一种低温抗磨液压油。
背景技术
液压油是利用液体压力能的液压系统使用的液压介质,在液压系统中起着能量传递、系统润滑、防腐、防锈、冷却等作用,由于叶片泵、柱塞泵的操作压力不断上升以及对摩擦副的磨损,对于液压油提出了各种需求,尤其是在铝箔或铜带轧制中对轧机的液压系统用油有更高要求,如:对轧制油无污染,能延长轧制油的使用周期;能够降低因工件染色而引起的产品报废率;具有较好的抗磨损性能;具有优异的抗氧、抗腐性能,不腐蚀金属;粘度适中,能克服泵和液压系统的泄漏,同时较高的黏度指数使油品在高温时不会过度稀释。抗磨液压油可以分为有灰型和无锌型。有灰型抗磨液压油具有很好的抗磨性,能满足叶片泵的使用要求。无锌抗磨液压油在水解安定性、破乳化性,过滤性、热稳定性和氧化安定性方面优于含锌抗磨液压油。
随着液压机械的发展和大范围的使用,以及人类对环境恶劣地区的开发,液压系统将面临更多的来自工作环境的考验,尤其是在极低温环境下的考验,随着温度的降低,油样的粘度逐渐增加,进而影响液压油的各项性能,因此液压系统对抗磨液压油的要求越来越高,现用液压油并不能完全满足现在液压机械的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种低温抗磨液压油,该液压油采用基础油和各种添加剂复配使用,其中的各种添加剂之间互相作用,具有协同增效、助溶的作用,制备出的液压油在-35℃至-45℃环境下能够正常使用且具有较好的极压抗磨性、抗腐防锈性等,适用于现代液压系统面临的逐步恶劣的环境下使用。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油100-120份、极压抗磨剂0.1-0.3份、粘度调节剂0.3-0.5份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.4份、防锈剂2-4份、抗泡沫剂2-4份、金属减活剂5-10份;
所述基础油为MVI类基础油和癸二酸二辛酯按照3:1的重量比制成;
所述极压抗磨剂为改性纳米氧化锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、偏硼酸钠按照0.2:1:3的重量比制成。
所述粘度调节剂为乙丙共聚物。
所述抗氧化剂为改性纳米氧化锌和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚按照1:10的重量比制成。
所述防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸和苯并三氮唑按照1:2的重量比制成。
所述抗泡沫剂为含硅抗泡剂。
所述金属减活剂为2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑。
所述改性纳米氧化锌为硬脂酸改性纳米氧化锌,粒径范围为20-50nm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以基础油为主要原料,辅以多种添加剂,各添加剂之间协同、增效、助溶,尤其极压抗磨剂和抗氧化剂中添加了纳米氧化锌,以纳米粒子特有的特点使制备的产品有优良的抗氧化性能,良好的抗磨损性能和优异的减摩性能,同时本发明产品还具有卓越的粘温性能和低温使用特性、优异的抗腐防锈性、优异的抗剪切性能,确保油品黏度在-35℃至-45℃的低温苛刻工作条件下仍具有良好的保持性,与各种常规密封材料均有良好的适应性,保证系统密封良好无泄漏。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种低温抗磨液压油,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油100份、极压抗磨剂0.1份、乙丙共聚物0.3份、抗氧化剂0.2份、防锈剂2份、聚甲基硅氧烷2份、2-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑5份;其中的,基础油为MVI类基础油和癸二酸二辛酯按照3:1的重量比制成;极压抗磨剂为改性纳米氧化锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸盐、偏硼酸钠按照0.2:1:3的重量比制成。抗氧化剂为改性纳米氧化锌和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚按照1:10的重量比制成。防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸和苯并三氮唑按照1:2的重量比制成。

对本发明实施例1-3的产品液压油的性能进行测试,结果如下表1所示。

从表1的数据中可以看出,本发明通过以基础油为主要原料,添加各种添加剂复配制成,各添加剂之间协同增效、助溶,尤其极压抗磨剂和抗氧化剂中添加了纳米氧化锌,以纳米粒子特有的特点使制备的产品有优良的抗氧化性能,良好的抗磨损性能和优异的减摩性能,本发明产品具有卓越的粘温性能和低温使用特性,确保油品黏度在-35℃至-45℃的低温苛刻工作条件下仍具有良好的保持性,非常适于当今复杂多变的液压系统环境。

1.一种低温抗磨液压油,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油100-120份、极压抗磨剂0.1-0.3份、粘度调节剂0.3-0.5份、抗氧化剂0.2-0.4份、防锈剂2-4份、抗泡沫剂2-4份、金属减活剂5-10份;
