本发明公开了一种全合成工业机器人润滑脂的组合物:采用预制四脲稠化剂,聚α‑烯烃(含茂金属聚α‑烯烃)作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:防锈剂、抗氧剂、金属减活剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、增粘剂、抗氧抗腐剂、粘附剂、补强剂等。本发明组合物具有良好的高低温润滑特性、抗氧化性、泵送性、机械安定性、胶体安定性、抗水特性、防腐蚀性、减摩、抗磨、承载性、抗微动磨损、防尘、抗冲击、减震、低噪以及较好的高真空特性;特别适用于高低温、高负荷、宽速度、强磁场范围等苛刻工况。

背景技术
工业机器人是综合计算机、控制论、机构学、人工智能、仿生学、信息和传感技术等多学科多领域的高新技术。目前机器人的应用,促进我国制造业和勘探业等相关行业的快速发展。随着电子精密机械,核能及海洋工程领域的迅速发展,为了提高生产效率进行大规模化生产的需求;同时也为保障人身安全,减少劳动强度,提高生产质量,降低生产成本,在这些领域,工业机器人得到大量应用。
随着润滑理论和润滑材料技术的飞速发展,新型润滑剂对机械设备,特别是精密机械设备的关键性越凸现重要性。性能突出的现代润滑剂将极大的有助于减少设备磨损,延长设备使用寿命,提高生产效率,减少维护使用成本。由于大多数工业机器人被广泛应用于低温、高温、高速、重负荷、多含有冲击、振动负荷、电磁、有辐射、潮湿、干燥等苛刻的工况下,性能优异的润滑剂对工业机器人就现代尤其重要。

本发明提供了一种全合成工业机器人润滑脂的组合物,其特征在于:采用预制四脲稠化剂,以及聚α-烯烃(含茂金属聚α-烯烃)作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
所述的一种全合成工业机器人润滑脂的组合物,其特征在于:抗氧剂是50%(m)的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚(T502A)与50%(m)的二壬基二苯胺(T558)复合;
所述的一种全合成工业机器人润滑脂的组合物,其特征在于:防锈剂是50%(m)的苯并三氮唑(T706)与50%(m)的烯基丁二酸酯(T747)复合;所述的一种全合成工业机器人润滑脂的组合物,其特征在于:抗氧防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯;
所述的一种全合成工业机器人润滑脂的组合物,其特征在于:极压剂是磷酸三甲酚酯(T306);
所述的一种全合成工业机器人润滑脂的组合物,其特征在于:抗磨剂是二苄基二硫(T322);

1.一种全合成工业机器人润滑脂的组合物,其特征在于:采用预制四脲稠化剂,以及聚α-烯烃(含茂金属聚α-烯烃)作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,以质量百分数计,成分组成为:
