本发明涉及一种利用废轧制油制备的环保型冲压油,该冲压油由废轧制油、增稠剂、极压抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂组成,具备优良的润滑效果和抗磨损性能,是一种环境友好的再生型润滑油,有效降低铝加工成本,减轻环保压力,且使用过程对人体和生态环境无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保再生型冲压油,属于金属加工用冲压油领域。
背景技术
通常,大部分铝加工厂是将废轧制油当废油或燃料油处理,此举既是能源的浪费又提高了铝加工的成本。目前许多废轧制油再生的方法,如蒸馏和精制,确实能达到一定的再生目的,但仍需大量设备与加工成本的投入,经济性不高。因而,如能通过工艺简单、成本低廉的再生方法,将废轧制油循环再利用,将会大大降低企业的加工成本和废油处理成本,减轻企业和社会的环保压力。
冲压油在金属材料冲压加工过程充当润滑保护剂,使冲压件满足精度和表面要求,同时降低设备和模具的磨损,不同的冲压材料要选择配方和参数合适的冲压油,达到相应的防止毛刺、防锈、抗磨损、延长模具寿命等目的。目前,对各类冲压油的配方与应用研究很多,但鲜有直接以废轧制油再生的方法来制备冲压油的研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种价格低廉,性能优良的环保型冲压油,该冲压油以废弃的轧制油为主要原料,以合理的配方制备出一种环保再生型冲压油,可满足金属冲压加工的性能需求。
本发明的技术方案为:利用废轧制油制备的环保型冲压油,由废轧制油、增稠剂、极压剂抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂组成,其组份与质量分数如下:
废轧制油 55~80份
增稠剂 18~40份
极压抗磨剂 1~8份
油性剂 0.4~5份
抗氧剂 0.1~0.5份
上述各组分用量总和为100份。
其中,上述配方中的废轧制油是经过金属加工使用后的轧制油,即基础油和复合添加剂的混合物,该废轧制油的运动粘度为2~8mm2/s;极压抗磨剂是有机硫化物、有机磷化物和有机磷金属盐中的至少一种或多种组合。
本发明的有益效果。
1)本发明以废轧制油为主要原料制备冲压油,以合理的配方获得性能优良的冲压油,使废轧制油无须经过复杂的净化处理,即达到循环再生的目的,节能降耗效果明显,具备重要的环保价值。
2)本发明所制得冲压油使用中性能优良,冲压稳定,精度高,有效保护设备和模具,适用于多种金属材料的冲压加工,大大降低了企业的生产加工成本。
具体实施方法
实施例1
一种利用废轧制油制备的环保型冲压油,其配方与质量分数如下:
废轧制油 62.8份
增稠剂 30.0份
极压抗磨剂 5.0份
油性剂 2.0份
抗氧剂 0.2份
其中,废轧制油粘度2.45mm2/s,极压抗磨剂为硫化植物脂肪酸酯、磷酸酯和磷酸酯胺盐三种组合。制得环保型冲压油用于铝材加工冲压稳定,效果良好,表面光亮,满足工厂冲压加工的技术需求,该配方冲压油主要指标检测如下:

实施例2
一种利用废轧制油制备的环保型冲压油,其配方与质量分数如下:

该配方制得环保型冲压油用于铝材加工冲压稳定,效果良好,表面光亮,主要指标检测如下:

该配方制得环保型冲压油用于铝材加工冲压稳定,效果良好,表面光亮,主要指标检测如下:

1.一种利用废轧制油制备的环保型冲压油,其特征在于,由废轧制油、增稠剂、极压抗磨剂、油性剂、抗氧剂组成,其组份与质量分数如下:
废轧制油 55~80份
增稠剂 18~40份
极压抗磨剂 1~8份
油性剂 0.4~5份
抗氧剂 0.1~0.5份
上述各组分用量总和为100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废轧制油制备的环保型冲压油,其特征在于,废轧制油是经过金属加工使用后的轧制油,即基础油和复合添加剂的混合物,该废轧制油的运动粘度为2~8mm2/s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用废轧制油制备的环保型冲压油,其特征在于,极压抗磨剂是有机硫化物、有机磷化物和有机磷金属盐中的至少一种或多种组合。
