本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体是一种耐低温泵专用润滑油。
背景技术:
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用(Roab)。现有的溶于泵的润滑油由于所述的环境较为复杂,常常会受到泵送介质以及固体杂质的影响,因此容易产生变性,稳定性较差,长时间使用后润滑效果很快变差,有的润滑油在温度较低的情况下容易变稠,甚至冻结,因此其润滑的效果变差。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种稳定性好,受杂质和输送介质影响小,且润滑效果好的耐低温泵专用润滑油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种耐低温泵专用润滑油,其特征在于:按重量份包括以下组分,
所述的耐寒剂按重量份包括以下组分:斜放沸石1~2份、酒精5~10份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠1~2份;
所述的复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,磷酸钠10~13份,滑石粉10~13份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠8~10份,三乙醇胺8~10份、硅酸铝10~13份和氯化钾8~10份。
所述的降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3~15份,聚异丁烯4~8份和聚乙烯醇1~3份。
所述的增稠剂为水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶中一种或者几种。
所述的增稠剂水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶组合使用时的比例为1﹕2﹕0.5。
本发明中添加了复合添加剂,使得润滑油具有较高的稳定性,受外部环境影响小,能够持久的保持润滑效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明定性好,耐寒效果好,受杂质和输送介质影响小,且润滑效果好,能够持久的保持润滑效果。

耐寒剂按重量份包括以下组分:斜放沸石1份、酒精5份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠1份;
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,磷酸钠10份,滑石粉10份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠8份,三乙醇胺8份、硅酸铝10份和氯化钾8份。
降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份,聚异丁烯4份和聚乙烯醇1份。
增稠剂为水溶胶。
实施例二
一种耐低温泵专用润滑油,按重量份包括以下组分,
耐寒剂按重量份包括以下组分:斜放沸石1.5份、酒精8份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠1.5份;
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,磷酸钠12份,滑石粉12份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠9份,三乙醇胺9份、硅酸铝12份和氯化钾9份。
降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯9份,聚异丁烯6份和聚乙烯醇2份。
增稠剂为水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶中。
增稠剂水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶组合使用时的比例为1﹕2﹕0.5。
实施例三
一种耐低温泵专用润滑油,按重量份包括以下组分,
耐寒剂按重量份包括以下组分:斜放沸石2份、酒精10份、聚二硫二丙烷磺酸钠2份;
复合添加剂按重量份包括以下组分,磷酸钠13份,滑石粉13份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠10份,三乙醇胺10份、硅酸铝13份和氯化钾10份。
降凝剂按重量份包括以下组分聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份,聚异丁烯8份和聚乙烯醇3份。
增稠剂为水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶。
增稠剂水溶胶、硅凝胶和骨胶组合使用时的比例为1﹕2﹕0.5。
