本发明揭示了一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,由脂肪酸甘油酯、抗氧防腐剂、粘度指数调节剂、倾点下降剂、热安定剂以及抗泡沫剂组成,所述高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占101‑111份,所述抗氧防腐剂占14‑22份,所述粘度指数调节剂占7‑13份,所述倾点下降剂占5‑11份,所述热安定剂占3‑10份,所述抗泡沫剂占1‑8份。本发明具有抗氧化、防腐蚀、低温流动性好、热安定性好、消泡性好、产品质量稳定、环保的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。但是润滑油同样存在很多不足,如润滑性达不到要求,在使用过程中由于过热导致耐磨性失效,容易被氧化,防腐蚀性欠佳,低温情况下容易出现粘稠现象,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗氧化、防腐蚀、低温流动性好、热安定性好、消泡性好、产品质量稳定、环保的特点的高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,由脂肪酸甘油酯、抗氧防腐剂、粘度指数调节剂、倾点下降剂、热安定剂以及抗泡沫剂组成,所述高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占101-111份,所述抗氧防腐剂占14-22份,所述粘度指数调节剂占7-13份,所述倾点下降剂占5-11份,所述热安定剂占3-10份,所述抗泡沫剂占1-8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗氧防腐剂为二芳基二硒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘度指数调节剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述倾点下降剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热安定剂为乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗泡沫剂为聚甲基硅氧烷。
本发明所述为一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,本发明具有抗氧化、防腐蚀、低温流动性好、热安定性好、消泡性好、产品质量稳定、环保的特点。

本发明所述为一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,由脂肪酸甘油酯、抗氧防腐剂、粘度指数调节剂、倾点下降剂、热安定剂以及抗泡沫剂组成,所述高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占101-111份,所述二芳基二硒占14-22份,所述氧化聚乙烯蜡占7-13份,所述聚甲基丙烯酸酯占5-11份,所述乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物占3-10份,所述聚甲基硅氧烷占1-8份。
实施例一
一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,所述高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占102份,所述二芳基二硒占15份,所述氧化聚乙烯蜡占8份,所述聚甲基丙烯酸酯占6份,所述乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物占4份,所述聚甲基硅氧烷占2份。
实施例二
一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,所述高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占110份,所述二芳基二硒占20份,所述氧化聚乙烯蜡占12份,所述聚甲基丙烯酸酯占10份,所述乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物占9份,所述聚甲基硅氧烷占7份。
本发明所述为一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,本发明具有抗氧化、防腐蚀、低温流动性好、热安定性好、消泡性好、产品质量稳定、环保的特点。

1.一种高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,其特征在于:所述高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油由脂肪酸甘油酯、抗氧防腐剂、粘度指数调节剂、倾点下降剂、热安定剂以及抗泡沫剂组成,所述高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述脂肪酸甘油酯占101-111份,所述抗氧防腐剂占14-22份,所述粘度指数调节剂占7-13份,所述倾点下降剂占5-11份,所述热安定剂占3-10份,所述抗泡沫剂占1-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗氧防腐剂为二芳基二硒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,其特征在于:所述粘度指数调节剂为氧化聚乙烯蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,其特征在于:所述倾点下降剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,其特征在于:所述热安定剂为乙烯甲基丙烯酸共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性低温耐用环保润滑油,其特征在于:所述抗泡沫剂为聚甲基硅氧烷。
