本发明揭示了一种高稳定防护润滑油,所述高稳定防护润滑油由矿物基础油、粘度指数改进剂、极压添加剂、抗氧剂、摩擦缓和剂以及降凝剂组成,所述粘度指数改进剂为聚丙烯酸酯,所述极压添加剂为氯化石蜡,所述抗氧剂为谷胱甘肽,所述摩擦缓和剂为松香酸钠,所述降凝剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺。本发明具有稳定性高、低温流动性好、抗氧化、耐磨性好、润滑性好的特点。

一种高稳定防护润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高稳定防护润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。但是润滑油同样存在很多不足,如低温流动性差,容易被氧化变焦,高温稳定性欠佳,润滑性达不到要求,被涂抹产品容易出现磨损现象,导致使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有稳定性高、低温流动性好、抗氧化、耐磨性好、润滑性好的特点的高稳定防护润滑油。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高稳定防护润滑油,所述高稳定防护润滑油由矿物基础油、粘度指数改进剂、极压添加剂、抗氧剂、摩擦缓和剂以及降凝剂组成,所述粘度指数改进剂为聚丙烯酸酯,所述极压添加剂为氯化石蜡,所述抗氧剂为谷胱甘肽,所述摩擦缓和剂为松香酸钠,所述降凝剂为聚氧乙烯烷基胺,所述高稳定防护润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述矿物基础油占80-95份,所述聚丙烯酸酯占5-10份,所述氯化石蜡占2-6份,所述谷胱甘肽占1-5份,所述松香酸钠占4-8份,所述聚氧乙烯烷基胺占3-7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高稳定防护润滑油中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述矿物基础油占81份,所述聚丙烯酸酯占5份,所述氯化石蜡占2份,所述谷胱甘肽占1份,所述松香酸钠占4份,所述聚氧乙烯烷基胺占3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高稳定防护润滑油中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述矿物基础油占85份,所述聚丙烯酸酯占7份,所述氯化石蜡占3份,所述谷胱甘肽占2份,所述松香酸钠占5份,所述聚氧乙烯烷基胺占4份。
