Abstract

本发明涉及一种高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:基础油70‑120份,石墨烯8‑15份,聚醚醚酮3‑5份,十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.5‑2份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.8‑2.5份,纳米碳酸钙5‑8份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3‑1份。本发明的石墨烯润滑油各组分相容性好,石墨烯在体系中分散稳定,抗磨减磨效果显著,能有效保护机械部件,延长机械部件的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于润滑油领域,具体涉及一种高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油主要由基础油和添加剂构成,为了提高润滑油的润滑性能,通常在基础油中添加各种抗磨减磨的添加剂,目前,抗磨减磨添加剂主要包括油溶性添加剂和固体添加剂。石墨烯具有耐高温、化学性质稳定、润滑性能好、比表面积大的特点,作为润滑油添加剂,显示出良好的润滑性能,要求能稳定的分散在润滑油中。
润滑油中加入纳米系列,可以降低摩擦系数,减小磨损,大幅度提高润滑油的润滑能力和效能。除此之外,纳米物质附着在摩擦副金属的表面还可以修复金属表面的损伤部位;经长时间运行后,会在摩擦副金属表面上形成一层牢固的附着膜,即使更换新的润滑油,该膜仍可牢固地附着在摩擦副金属的表面上,防止磨损。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种分散性好、稳定性高的高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:
基础油70-120份,
石墨烯8-15份,
聚醚醚酮3-5份,
十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-2份,
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.8-2.5份,
纳米碳酸钙5-8份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3-1份。
优选的,高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:
基础油70-120份,
石墨烯8-15份,
聚醚醚酮3-5份,
十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-2份,
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.8-2.5份,
纳米碳酸钙5-8份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3-1份。
具体地,所述基础油为矿物基础油或合成基础油。
具体地,所述纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径为50-150nm。
高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将石墨烯、聚醚醚酮、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺加入基础油中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(2)将十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠依次加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,保持温度60-70℃搅拌1-2h即得石墨烯润滑油。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的石墨烯润滑油各组分相容性好,石墨烯在体系中分散稳定,抗磨减磨效果显著,能有效保护机械部件,延长机械部件的使用寿命。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述,但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:
矿物基础油80份,
石墨烯13份,
聚醚醚酮5份,
十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷1份,
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.8份,
纳米碳酸钙5份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份。
将石墨烯、聚醚醚酮、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺加入基础油中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
将十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠依次加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,保持温度60-70℃搅拌1-2h即得石墨烯润滑油。
实施例2
高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:
合成基础油70份,
石墨烯10份,
聚醚醚酮3份,
十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷2份,
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺2份,
纳米碳酸钙6份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.5份。
将石墨烯、聚醚醚酮、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺加入基础油中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
将十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠依次加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,保持温度60-70℃搅拌1-2h即得石墨烯润滑油。
实施例3
高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:
矿物基础油100份,
石墨烯8份,
聚醚醚酮4份,
十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份,
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺2.5份,
纳米碳酸钙8份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.8份。
将石墨烯、聚醚醚酮、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺加入基础油中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
将十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠依次加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,保持温度60-70℃搅拌1-2h即得石墨烯润滑油。
实施例4
高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,由下述重量份的原料制成:
矿物基础油120份,
石墨烯15份,
聚醚醚酮4份,
十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份,
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺1.5份,
纳米碳酸钙7份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3份。
将石墨烯、聚醚醚酮、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺加入基础油中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
将十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠依次加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,保持温度60-70℃搅拌1-2h即得石墨烯润滑油。

1.高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:
基础油70-120份,
石墨烯8-15份,
聚醚醚酮3-5份,
十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-2份,
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.8-2.5份,
纳米碳酸钙5-8份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3-1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:
基础油70-120份,
石墨烯8-15份,
聚醚醚酮3-5份,
十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷0.5-2份,
聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.8-2.5份,
纳米碳酸钙5-8份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.3-1份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油为矿物基础油或合成基础油。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油,其特征在于,所述纳米碳酸钙的平均粒径为50-150nm。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的高效抗磨的石墨烯润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将石墨烯、聚醚醚酮、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺加入基础油中,搅拌均匀,得混合溶液;
(2)将十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、纳米碳酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠依次加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,保持温度60-70℃搅拌1-2h即得石墨烯润滑油。
