Abstract
本发明公开了一种采掘机械专用润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油 2‑8 份,苯基硅油1‑6份,三苯基硫代磷酸盐2‑8份、甘油单酯酸酯3‑7份、硫化烷基酚钙1‑3份、荷荷巴油 6‑9 份,环氧乙烷 5‑8 份,脂肪皂 4‑8 份,抗氧剂 4‑7 份,松节油 4‑9 份。本发明的所公开的采掘机械专用润滑油,配方科学合理,由多种添加剂共同组合搭配,大大改善了润滑油各方面的性能,增加润滑油稳定性,增强润滑效果,延长润滑油的使用寿命,此润滑油可广泛应用于采掘机械润 滑,能很好的保护采掘机械,而且节能减耗,因此具有广泛的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,特别涉及一种采掘机械专用润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械的液体或半固体 润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。对于采掘机械而言,由于其工作环境的特殊性,对于润滑油各特性的要求也非常高,现有技术中,通常采用通用润滑油对采掘机械进行润滑,润滑效果并不理想,需要为采掘机械研发一种专用的润滑油。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种采掘机械专用润滑油。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种采掘机械专用润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油 2-8 份,苯基硅油1-6份,三苯基硫代磷酸盐2-8份、甘油单酯酸酯3-7份、硫化烷基酚钙1-3份、荷荷巴油 6-9 份,环氧乙烷 5-8 份,脂肪皂 4-8 份,抗氧剂 4-7 份,松节油 4-9 份。
进一步地,所述采掘机械专用润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至50-60℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入三苯基硫代磷酸盐、甘油单酯酸酯、硫化烷基酚钙、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、脂肪皂、抗氧化剂以及松节油升温至70-80℃,匀速搅拌 60-100分钟。
有益效果:
本发明的所公开的采掘机械专用润滑油,配方科学合理,由多种添加剂共同组合搭配,大大改善了润滑油各方面的性能, 增加润滑油稳定性,增强润滑效果,延长润滑油的使用寿命,此润滑油可广泛应用于采掘机械润 滑,能很好的保护采掘机械,而且节能减耗,因此具有广泛的应用前景。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种采掘机械专用润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油 2份,苯基硅油1份,三苯基硫代磷酸盐2份、甘油单酯酸酯3份、硫化烷基酚钙1份、荷荷巴油 6份,环氧乙烷 5份,脂肪皂 4份,抗氧剂 4份,松节油 4 份。
进一步地,所述采掘机械专用润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至50℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入三苯基硫代磷酸盐、甘油单酯酸酯、硫化烷基酚钙、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、脂肪皂、抗氧化剂以及松节油升温至70℃,匀速搅拌 60分钟。
实施例2:
一种采掘机械专用润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油5份,苯基硅油3份,三苯基硫代磷酸盐4份、甘油单酯酸酯5份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、荷荷巴油 8份,环氧乙烷 6 份,脂肪皂 6 份,抗氧剂5 份,松节油 6 份。
进一步地,所述采掘机械专用润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至55℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入三苯基硫代磷酸盐、甘油单酯酸酯、硫化烷基酚钙、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、脂肪皂、抗氧化剂以及松节油升温至75℃,匀速搅拌80分钟。
实施例3:
一种采掘机械专用润滑油,由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油8 份,苯基硅油6份,三苯基硫代磷酸盐8份、甘油单酯酸酯7份、硫化烷基酚钙3份、荷荷巴油 9 份,环氧乙烷 8份,脂肪皂 8 份,抗氧剂 7 份,松节油 9 份。
进一步地,所述采掘机械专用润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至60℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入三苯基硫代磷酸盐、甘油单酯酸酯、硫化烷基酚钙、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、脂肪皂、抗氧化剂以及松节油升温至80℃,匀速搅拌100分钟。

1.一种采掘机械专用润滑油,其特征在于:由下列重量分数的各组分组成:机油 2-8份,苯基硅油1-6份,三苯基硫代磷酸盐2-8份、甘油单酯酸酯3-7份、硫化烷基酚钙1-3份、荷荷巴油 6-9 份,环氧乙烷 5-8 份,脂肪皂 4-8 份,抗氧剂 4-7 份,松节油 4-9 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采掘机械专用润滑油,其特征在于:所述采掘机械专用润滑油的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按比例将机油与苯基硅油反应釜中,升温至50-60℃,匀速搅拌;
2)依次向反应釜中按比例加入三苯基硫代磷酸盐、甘油单酯酸酯、硫化烷基酚钙、荷荷巴油、环氧乙烷、脂肪皂、抗氧化剂以及松节油升温至70-80℃,匀速搅拌 60-100分钟。
