本发明是一种新型液压油添加剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:抗氧防腐剂5‑15%、极压抗磨剂1‑5%、摩擦改进剂1‑10%、金属减活剂5‑15%、防锈剂3‑9%、抗泡剂2‑3%、抗乳化剂1‑5%、基础油11‑19%、清净剂5‑7%、破乳剂3‑5%、稀释剂3‑5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1‑5%、硫化烯烃5‑10%,本发明的新型液压油添加剂具有优良的抗氧化性能,油泥生成量少,不易挥发。

技术领域
本发明是一种新型液压油添加剂的配方。
背景技术
液压油是利用液体压力能的液压系统使用的介质,在液压系统中被称为“血液”;液压油起着能量传递、体统润滑、防腐、防锈、冷却等作用,随着液压设备的小型化、精密化、自动化等技术的发展,尤其是工程机械的工作压力不断提升,邮箱尺寸的不断缩小,油品循环次数的增加,这将加速油品的氧化,油泥和沉积物增多,堵塞过滤器,因此要求液压油具有良好的抗氧化性能。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种新型液压油添加剂的配方,具有优良的抗氧化性能,油泥生成量少,不易挥发。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种新型液压油添加剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:抗氧防腐剂5-15%、极压抗磨剂1-5%、摩擦改进剂1-10%、金属减活剂5-15%、防锈剂3-9%、抗泡剂2-3%、抗乳化剂1-5%、基础油11-19%、清净剂5-7%、破乳剂3-5%、稀释剂3-5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-5%、硫化烯烃5-10%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备新型液压油添加剂具有优良的抗氧化性能,油泥生成量少,不易挥发。

一种新型液压油添加剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是抗氧防腐剂5%、极压抗磨剂1%、摩擦改进剂1%、金属减活剂5%、防锈剂3%、抗泡剂2%、抗乳化剂1%、基础油11%、清净剂5%、破乳剂3%、稀释剂3%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1%、硫化烯烃5%,此时新型液压油添加剂具有优良的抗氧化性能,但是油泥生成量较多。
实施例2
一种新型液压油添加剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:抗氧防腐剂15%、极压抗磨剂5%、摩擦改进剂10%、金属减活剂15%、防锈剂9%、抗泡剂3%、抗乳化剂5%、基础油19%、清净剂7%、破乳剂5%、稀释剂5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌5%、硫化烯烃10%,此时新型液压油添加剂具有油泥生成量少,不易挥发的优点,但是抗氧化性能较差。
实施例3
一种新型液压油添加剂的配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:抗氧防腐剂10%、极压抗磨剂1.5%、摩擦改进剂5.5%、金属减活剂10%、防锈剂3.9%、抗泡剂2.3%、抗乳化剂1.5%、基础油11.9%、清净剂5.7%、破乳剂3.5%、稀释剂3.5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.5%、硫化烯烃5.10%,此时新型液压油添加剂具有优良的抗氧化性能,油泥生成量少,不易挥发。

1.一种新型液压油添加剂的配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:抗氧防腐剂5-15%、极压抗磨剂1-5%、摩擦改进剂1-10%、金属减活剂5-15%、防锈剂3-9%、抗泡剂2-3%、抗乳化剂1-5%、基础油11-19%、清净剂5-7%、破乳剂3-5%、稀释剂3-5%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-5%、硫化烯烃5-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型液压油添加剂的配方,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:抗氧防腐剂5%、极压抗磨剂1%、摩擦改进剂1%、金属减活剂5%、防锈剂3%、抗泡剂2%、抗乳化剂1%、基础油11%、清净剂5%、破乳剂3%、稀释剂3%、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1%、硫化烯烃5%。
