防腐蚀型轧制油组合物及其用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐蚀型轧制油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
不锈钢硬度高,是难加工合金,不锈钢轧制过程中会产生硬化现象。特别是冷连轧生产工艺因其生产效率高、变形量大,带钢硬化现象更为明显。钢在轧制过程中,各个晶粒顺着轧制方向伸长、压扁、破碎、形成纤维状,当变形程度很大时,在破碎和拉长的晶粒内部将出现许多极细小的碎块和严重的晶格畸变,使晶体的变形抗力大为增加,这是导致加工硬化的重要因素。脱脂退火工艺可以使带钢具有良好力学性能和加工性能。
脱脂退火工艺,首先通过脱脂剂、清水清洗带钢表面残余的轧制油,然后在带钢再结晶温度以上,通常高达1000℃以上,使原子获得足够的扩散动能,消除晶格畸变,使带钢组织和性能发生变化,从而获得良好的加工性能。脱脂退火工艺在消除带钢内应力和加工硬化现象,使带钢恢复塑性的同时也造成了高温高湿的易腐蚀的环境,因此要求配套轧制油不仅要具有良好的润滑、冷却性能、退火清净性,还要具有良好的防腐蚀性能。
目前,相关防腐蚀型轧制油公开的专利主要有:CN102504949A不锈钢轧制油,采用白油64.5~79.9%、新戊基多元醇酯、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、抗氧剂、EDTA二钾盐、抗磨剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂复配而成,但是防锈剂仅为T711,且含有无机盐类添加剂,对退火清净性不利。CN105154186A一种用于冷轧普碳钢板的轧制油组合物及制备方法,采用棕榈油、油酸二乙醇酰胺、椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺、硫化猪油、防锈剂、抗氧化剂,机油组成,具有良好的退火清净性和防锈性,但是该组合物中含有大量的乳化剂,为乳化型产品。CN103275792A环境友好型不锈钢管轧制油,采用复合基础油、抗氧剂、极压剂、油性剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂组成,但是其基础油(含量88~90%)采用蓖麻基癸二酸二辛酯与季戊四醇四辛酯复合而成,且极压剂含有氯化石蜡,对钢板腐蚀不利。
总之,现有技术存在轧制油轧制后不锈钢板遇水或脱脂剂清洗后防腐蚀性能变差,易出现腐蚀的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是现有轧制油防锈性不能满足不锈钢板轧制、脱脂退火工艺对油品防腐蚀性能的要求,提供一种新的轧制油组合物。该组合物通过提高轧制油的防腐蚀性能、有效降低钢板加轧制脱脂退火过程中产生腐蚀的风险。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种防腐蚀型轧制油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
组份a):70~90份深度精制矿物油;
组份b):5~15份选自季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、支链型脂肪酸多元醇酯中的至少一种;
组份c):1~10份选自非活性硫化烯烃、非活性硫化脂肪酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、月桂基磷酸酯、胺中和磷酸酯中的至少一种;
组份d):0.1~5份选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基萘胺、苯三唑十八胺盐或烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;
组份e):0.01~5份选自烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、烷基丁二酸半酯(巴斯夫IRGACOR L12)或咪唑啉中的至少一种;
组份f):0.01~1份选自聚醚、甲基硅油或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为75~90份,组份b)的用量为5~12份,组份c)的用量为1~8份,组份d)的用量为0.1~1份,组份e)的用量为0.1~2份,组份f)的用量为0.01~0.05份。
上述技术方案中,所述组份b)选自季戊四醇油酸酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或硬脂酸异辛酯中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述组份c)选自非活性硫化烯烃、非活性硫化脂肪酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯或亚磷酸二正丁酯中的至少一种。优选非活性硫化烯烃、非活性硫化脂肪酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯或亚磷酸二正丁酯中的至少两种。
本发明还提供一种所述防腐蚀型轧制油组合物的用途。所述防腐蚀型轧制油组合物用于大型多机架连轧产线的不锈钢冷轧轧制润滑,特别是对润滑要求高、有漏水风险的大型多机架连轧产线的不锈钢冷轧轧制、脱脂、退火工艺;或者用于单机架轧机的冷轧轧制润滑,且满足后续脱脂退火工艺对钢板防锈蚀性能的要求,特别是用于单机架轧机的冷轧轧制、脱脂、退火工艺。
本发明防腐蚀型轧制油组合物的制备方法如下:将正确计量的组份a)泵送入调合釜,加入组份b)加热搅拌均匀,温度达到55~60℃时,加入剩余组份,温度维持在55~60℃,恒温搅拌1小时以上直至产品均匀透亮,取样分析,灌装。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。

注:防锈性能测试方法,取待测轧制油采用自来水(硬度约125ppm),配置5%油水混合物,用均质器充分混合均匀;将201钢片打磨、清洗烘干后,浸入上述油水混合物中5分钟。将钢片取出,放入800℃的马弗炉中10min后,取出,观察钢板表面的腐蚀情况。

由表2可以看出,本发明防腐蚀型高润滑型轧制油组合物,防锈性和极压性能优于【对比例1】,能够满足不锈钢冷轧工艺对配套轧制油高润滑和放防腐蚀性能的要求。
此外,本发明的组合物,在实际的工业应用中,效果良好,很好的满足了不锈钢冷轧轧制、脱脂、退火的要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种防腐蚀型轧制油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
组份a):70~90份深度精制矿物油;
组份b):5~15份选自季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、支链型脂肪酸多元醇酯中的至少一种;
组份c):1~10份选自非活性硫化烯烃、非活性硫化脂肪酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、月桂基磷酸酯、胺中和磷酸酯中的至少一种;
组份d):0.1~5份选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基萘胺、苯三唑十八胺盐或烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;
组份e):0.01~5份选自烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、烷基丁二酸半酯或咪唑啉中的至少一种;
组份f):0.01~1份选自聚醚、甲基硅油或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述防腐蚀型轧制油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为75~90份,组份b)的用量为5~12份,组份c)的用量为1~8份,组份d)的用量为0.1~1份,组份e)的用量为0.1~2份,组份f)的用量为0.01~0.05份。
3.根据权利要求1所述防腐蚀型轧制油组合物,其特征在于,所述组份b)选自季戊四醇油酸酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或硬脂酸异辛酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述防腐蚀型轧制油组合物,其特征在于,所述组份c)选自非活性硫化烯烃、非活性硫化脂肪酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯或亚磷酸二正丁酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述防腐蚀型轧制油组合物,其特征在于,所述组份c)选自非活性硫化烯烃、非活性硫化脂肪酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯或亚磷酸二正丁酯中的至少两种。
6.权利要求1~5任一所述的防腐蚀型轧制油组合物用于大型多机架连轧产线的不锈钢冷轧轧制润滑。
7.权利要求1~5任一所述的防腐蚀型轧制油组合物用于单机架轧机的冷轧轧制润滑。
