技术领域
本发明涉及一种高润滑轧制油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
在不锈钢板冷轧轧制过程中,有多辊单机架可逆式轧机工艺,也有多机架连轧轧机的工艺,进行工艺润滑时,有纯油型轧制油和乳化型轧制油,大多数多机架连轧轧机的工艺润滑采用乳化型轧制油,个别连轧工艺对轧后不锈钢板表面要求比较高,因此采用纯油型轧制油。这种连轧工艺对纯油型轧制油的润滑性能要求较高。
若这种连轧工艺使用的纯油型轧制油润滑性能不佳,容易造成冷轧过程的板面划伤,轧机振动、轧制力过大或达不到工况所需压下率。为满足这种连轧工艺润滑的需求,轧制油要满足高润滑性能的同时,不影响冷却性能和退火清净性能。
国内外有关不锈钢轧制油的研究及专利主要有:文献CN102002416A公开了一种冷轧轧制油组合物及其用途,该组合物主要包括:芳香酸二酯3~10份,脂肪酸单酯8~20份,抗雾剂0.5~2份,基础油68~88.5份,极压剂02~4份,抗氧剂0.1~3份,金属减活剂0.01~0.5份。文献CN1334327A公开了一种冷轧不锈钢薄板轧制油组合物,该组合物主要包括:基础油98~99.4%,油酸环氧酯0.3~0.8%,油酸乙二醇酯0.3~0.8%,油酸丁酯0.3~0.8%,硬脂酸丁酯0.3~0.8%,2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚(T501)0.2~1.0%,苯三唑十八胺盐(T551)0.02~0.05%。但这些专利文献配方中未提到适用于连轧工艺的具有高润滑性能的轧制油。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是以往轧制油的润滑性能不足以满足多辊连轧机组的润滑需求,容易造成冷轧过程的板面划伤,轧机振动、轧制力过大或达不到工况所需压下率,提供一种新的高润滑轧制油组合物。该组合物可提高轧制油的润滑性能,满足多辊连轧机组的润滑需求,同时不影响轧制油冷却性能和退火清净性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种高润滑轧制油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
组份a):40~90份深度精制矿物油;
组份b):10~30份选自碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、棕榈酸甲酯或硬脂酸丁酯的至少一种;
组份c):1~5份选自二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少一种;
组份d):0.5~5份选自硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、碳十二~十四酸性磷酸复合酯中的至少一种;
组份e):0.1~5份选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基萘胺、硫醚酚或烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;
组份f):0.01~2份选自苯三唑十八胺盐、噻二唑衍生物、苯并三氮唑中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为40~85份;组份b)的用量为10~25份;组份c)的用量为1~4份;组份d)的用量为1~5份;组份e)的用量为0.1~3份;组份f)的用量为0.01~1份。优选地,组份a)的用量为50~80份;组份b)的用量为10~20份;组份c)的用量为2~4份;组份d)的用量为1~4份;组份e)的用量为0.1~2份;组份f)的用量为0.01~0.5份。
上述技术方案中,组份b)选自碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、棕榈酸甲酯或硬脂酸丁酯的至少两种。
上述技术方案中,组份b)选自碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、棕榈酸甲酯或硬脂酸丁酯的至少三种。
上述技术方案中,组份c)选自二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少两种。
上述技术方案中,组份d)选自硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、碳十二~十四酸性磷酸复合酯中的至少两种。
上述技术方案中,组份d)选自硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、碳十二~十四酸性磷酸复合酯中的至少三种。
本发明还提供一种所述高润滑轧制油组合物的用途。所述高润滑轧制油组合物用于大型多机架连轧轧机的工艺润滑。或者,所述高润滑轧制油组合物用于多辊单机架可逆式轧机的冷轧工艺润滑。本发明组合物可满足不同季节和不同地区的应用。
本发明高润滑轧制油组合物的制备方法如下:将组份a)加热到45~50℃,搅拌中依次加入所需量的组份b)~f),充分搅拌,静置1~2小时后过滤灌装即可。
本发明的高润滑轧制油组合物的评定方法如下:
40℃运动黏度:GB/T 265
皂化值:GB/T 8021
闪点(开口):GB/T 3536
铜片腐蚀:GB/T 5096
极压润滑性能:润滑油的极压润滑性能代表着润滑剂所形成润滑膜的承载能力。因此,极压润滑性能PB值和PD值是衡量润滑剂润滑性能的主要指标。采用四球机试验方法(GB/T3142)测试待测油品的极压润滑性能。
下面实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~6】
将组份a)加热到45~50℃,搅拌中依次加入所需量的组份b)~f),充分搅拌,1.5小时后,停止加热,充分搅拌,0.5小时后,停止搅拌,静置1.5小时后过滤灌装。

【实施例6】
【实施例1~6】各组合物的性能见表2。
【对比例1】
按照文献CN102002416A公开的内容配制组合物,配方具体组分为:HVIⅡ-2基础油73.32份,邻苯二甲酸二正己酯2份,月桂酸丁酯24份,亚磷酸二辛酯0.5份,T502抗氧剂0.05份,T551金属减活剂0.03份、聚已二醇抗雾剂0.1份。按规定的重量份配比在常温下加入全部基础油,搅拌、加热、升温至50℃,再分别加入添加剂,搅拌调和至添加剂全溶其性能见表2。
【对比例2】
按照文献CN1334327A公开的内容配制组合物,配方具体组分为:在合适的基础油中加入0.6%的油酸环氧酯,0.3%的2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚(T501),0.03%的苯三唑十八胺盐(T551),于70-80℃的温度下调和均匀。性能见表2。

由表2可以看出,本发明高润滑轧制油组合物,在理化指标中,运动黏度略高于【对比例1】和【对比例2】,更有利于轧制油的黏附,同时大大提高皂化值,满足钢板轧制过程中油膜厚度,提高低温区轧制油的润滑性能。极压润滑性能指标PB和PD高于【对比例1】和【对比例2】,表明高温区轧制时,本发明产品的润滑性能优良。本发明产品满足现代多辊连轧工艺润滑的需求,优选的高润滑添加剂可以满足高润滑性能的同时,不影响冷却性能和退火清净性能,
此外,本发明的组合物,在实际的工业应用中,【实施例1~6】都具有较好的润滑性能、极压抗磨性能。

Claims (10)

1.一种高润滑轧制油组合物,以重量份数计由以下组份组成:
组份a):40~90份深度精制矿物油;
组份b):10~30份选自碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、棕榈酸甲酯或硬脂酸丁酯的至少一种;
组份c):1~5份选自二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少一种;
组份d):0.5~5份选自硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、碳十二~十四酸性磷酸复合酯中的至少一种;
组份e):0.1~5份选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基萘胺、硫醚酚或烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;
组份f):0.01~2份选自苯三唑十八胺盐、噻二唑衍生物、苯并三氮唑中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述高润滑轧制油组合物,其特征在于以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为40~85份;组份b)的用量为10~25份;组份c)的用量为1~4份;组份d)的用量为1~5份;组份e)的用量为0.1~3份;组份f)的用量为0.01~1份。
3.根据权利要求2所述高润滑轧制油组合物,其特征在于以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为50~80份;组份b)的用量为10~20份;组份c)的用量为2~4份;组份d)的用量为1~4份;组份e)的用量为0.1~2份;组份f)的用量为0.01~0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述高润滑轧制油组合物,其特征在于组份b)选自碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、棕榈酸甲酯或硬脂酸丁酯的至少两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述高润滑轧制油组合物,其特征在于组份b)选自碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、棕榈酸甲酯或硬脂酸丁酯的至少三种。
6.根据权利要求1所述高润滑轧制油组合物,其特征在于组份c)选自二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、硫化烯烃、硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述高润滑轧制油组合物,其特征在于组份d)选自硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、碳十二~十四酸性磷酸复合酯中的至少两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述高润滑轧制油组合物,其特征在于组份d)选自硫代磷酸胺盐、异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、磷酸三丁酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、碳十二~十四酸性磷酸复合酯中的至少三种。
9.权利要求1-8任一所述高润滑轧制油组合物用于大型多机架连轧轧机的工艺润滑。
10.权利要求1-8任一所述高润滑轧制油组合物用于多辊单机架可逆式轧机的冷轧工艺润滑。
