Abstract
本发明涉及一种轧机专用喷雾润滑组合物及其用途,主要解决现有轧机所用油气喷雾润滑油在轧制过程中无法乳化,污染乳化液槽,影响板面质量和乳化液使用性能的问题。本发明通过采用以重量份数计由以下组份组成:a)50~70份基础油,b)10~30份润滑剂,c)1~15份极压剂,d)1~5份表面活性剂,e)0.1~5份抗氧剂;f)0.01~0.1份的消泡剂的技术方案较好地解决了该问题,满足不锈钢冷轧工艺的轧机油气润滑要求,可用于现代大型多机架连轧轧机的油气润滑,也可用于多辊单机架可逆式轧机的油气润滑工艺。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧机专用喷雾润滑组合物及其用途。
背景技术
油气润滑技术在钢板轧制过程中,在相应的设备上应用比干油润滑、稀油润滑和油雾润滑有着明显的优势,在油料消耗、设备完好率、能耗、环境保护等方面都带来了显著的变化,具有极其广泛的发展前景。
在钢板轧制过程中,使用气液两相流体冷却润滑技术即油气润滑技术在轧机轴承上进行润滑,具有润滑效率高,气体对轴承冷却效果好的优点。但是,喷射在轧机轴承上的油气润滑油会混入轧机乳化液体系中,若油气润滑油与乳化液体系不相容,会造成乳化液破乳或附着在轧制钢板上,影响钢板表面质量。
文献CN1710041公开了一种合成油气润滑油组合物,该组合物主要包括:聚醚类合成油90~98%,抗氧剂和金属减活剂0.03~3%,防锈剂0.02~0.2%,油性剂1~3%,挤压抗磨剂1~5%,抗泡沫剂0.001~0.002%,其中聚醚类合成油在40℃下运动粘度范围在15~1500mm2/s或更高。文献CN101921654A公开了一种油气润滑油及其生产方法,该组合物主要包括:(a)75~90%聚醚类基础油,(b)6~20%其他类基础油,(c)0.3~3%抗氧剂,(d)0.01~2%防锈剂,(e)0.5~3%油性剂,(f)1~5%极压抗磨剂,(g)0.01~0.5%抗泡剂。但这些组合物现场使用过程中混入乳化液体系后,会影响乳化液稳定性及板面清洁。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题之一是现有油气润滑油与乳化液系统不兼容,易造成乳化液破乳,影响板面质量,提供一种新的轧机专用喷雾润滑组合物。该组合物易于乳化,与乳化液可以较好兼容,不会造成乳化液破乳或降低乳化液润滑和清净性能,从而在满足轧机轴承润滑的基础上,不影响轧制乳化油的使用性能以及轧制系统的正常循环。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的油气润滑组合物的用途。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种轧机轴承油气润滑组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
a)50~70份基础油;
b)10~30份润滑剂;
c)1~15份极压剂;
d)1~5份表面活性剂;
e)0.1~5份抗氧剂;
f)0.01~0.1份的消泡剂;
所述基础油选自深度精制矿物油;
所述润滑剂选自棕榈油、大豆油、蓖麻油、椰子油、碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯或饱和酸酯中的至少一种;
所述极压剂选自二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、油酸钾、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、硼酸酷、硫化脂肪酸甲基酯、磷酸酯、硫化脂肪、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少一种;
所述表面活性剂选自壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或石油磺酸钠中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基萘胺、苯三唑十八胺盐或烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;

本发明所述轧机轴承油气润滑组合物中添加了表面活性剂,油品不易被乳化,可直接用于采用油气润滑装置的轧机,并且可满足不同季节和不同地区的应用,具有很强的清洗性能。
本发明的轧机专用喷雾润滑油组合物的评定方法如下:
外观:采用目测方法测定。
40℃运动黏度:GB/T 265
皂化值:GB/T 8021。
机械杂质:GB/T 511
铜片腐蚀:GB/T 5096
极压润滑性能:润滑油的极压润滑性能代表着润滑剂所形成润滑膜的承载能力。因此,极压润滑性能PB值和PD值是衡量润滑剂润滑性能的主要指标。采用四球机试验方法(GB/T3142)测试待测油品的极压润滑性能。
乳化稳定性(E.S.I):取适量水和试样分别置于烧杯中,各加热到45℃,配置成3%乳化液400ml于均化器中,开动搅拌均化1分钟。均化结束后立即倒出200ml于分液漏斗中,静置4小时,然后从分液漏斗底部放出下层乳化液80ml于100ml带刻度量筒中,放出下层乳化液40ml于100ml烧杯中。将剩余的乳化液充分摇匀置于100ml带刻度的具塞量筒中至80ml刻度,不足部分可用烧杯中的乳化液补足。在两个100ml的具塞量筒中加入10ml浓盐酸,充分摇匀后放入90℃±1℃烘箱内,烘至油、水分离为止。取出具塞量筒冷却至室温,分别读出V1(下层乳化液分离后体积)或V2(上层乳化液分离后体积)。乳化稳定性为V1/V2(数值越大越稳定)。
下面实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。
具体实施方式
【实施例1~6】
将基础油加热到45~50℃,搅拌中依次加入所需量的润滑剂、极压剂、表面活性剂和抗氧剂,充分搅拌,1.5小时后,停止加热,加入消泡剂,充分搅拌,0.5小时后,停止搅拌,静置1.5小时后过滤灌装。

【实施例1~6】各组合物的性能见表2。
【对比例1】
按照文献CN101921654A公开的内容配制组合物,配方具体组分为:NPE-108聚醚80%,多元醇酯基础油14.98%,2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2%,石油磺酸钠0.01%,噻二唑2%,磷酸三甲酚酯1%、甲基硅油0.01%。按规定的重量份配比在常温下加入全部基础油,搅拌、加热、升温至75℃,再分别加入添加剂,搅拌调和至添加剂全溶其性能见表2。
【对比例2】
按照文献CN101921654A公开的内容配制组合物,配方具体组分为:NPE-108聚醚75%,重烷基苯17%,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌3%,二壬基萘磺酸钡1.95%,棕榈酸1%,亚磷酸二丁酯1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.05%。按规定的重量份配比在常温下加入全部基础油,搅拌、加热、升温至80℃,再分别加入添加剂,继续升温至110℃,在-0.09MPa下脱水,然后降温至65℃,停止抽空、搅拌。性能见表2。

由表2可以看出,本发明轧机专用喷雾润滑油组合物,在极压润滑性与【对比例1】和【对比例2】相当的基础上,易于乳化,并且乳化稳定性均优于【对比例1】和【对比例2】。本发明产品满足现代冷轧轧机轴承油气润滑工艺使用要求,在满足油气润滑的基础上,混入乳化液系统后,其合适的皂化值和乳化稳定性不会影响在用乳化液质量,导致破乳以及润滑性能变差,具有较好的相容性,不会影响轧后板面质量以及退火后的表面质量。此配方在现场使用中,满足轧机轴承润滑,保证板面清净性,延长乳化液的使用寿命。
此外,本发明的组合物,在实际的工业应用中,【实施例1~6】都具有较好的润滑性能、极压抗磨性能和乳化稳定性。
Claims (9)
1.一种润滑组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组分组成:
a)50~70份基础油;
b)10~30份润滑剂;
c)1~15份极压剂;
d)1~5份表面活性剂;
e)0.1~5份抗氧剂;
f)0.01~0.1份的消泡剂;
所述基础油选自深度精制矿物油;
所述润滑剂选自棕榈油、大豆油、蓖麻油、椰子油、碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯或饱和酸酯中的至少一种;
所述极压剂选自二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、油酸钾、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、硼酸酷、硫化脂肪酸甲基酯、磷酸酯、硫化脂肪、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少一种;
所述表面活性剂选自壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或石油磺酸钠中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基萘胺、苯三唑十八胺盐或烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;
所述消泡剂选自聚醚、甲基硅油、羟基硅油、氨基硅油或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述润滑组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,基础油的用量为55~70份;润滑剂的用量为15~30份;极压剂的用量为1~10份;表面活性剂的用量为1~4份;抗氧剂的用量为0.1~3份;消泡剂的用量为0.01~0.08份。
3.根据权利要求2所述润滑组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,基础油的用量为60~70份;润滑剂的用量为15~25份;极压剂的用量为5~10份;表面活性剂的用量为2~4份;抗氧剂的用量为0.1~2份;消泡剂的用量为0.01~0.05份。
4.根据权利要求1所述润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑剂选自棕榈油、大豆油、蓖麻油、椰子油、碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯或饱和酸酯中的至少两种。
5.根据权利要求4所述润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑剂选自棕榈油、大豆油、蓖麻油、椰子油、碳十二十四醇、异十三醇、正辛醇、季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯或饱和酸酯中的至少三种。
6.根据权利要求1所述润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述极压剂选自二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、油酸钾、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、硼酸酷、硫化脂肪酸甲基酯、磷酸酯、硫化脂肪、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少两种。
7.根据权利要求6所述润滑组合物,其特征在于,所述极压剂选自二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、磷酸三甲酚酯、油酸钾、十八烷基硫磷酸锌、硼酸酷、硫化脂肪酸甲基酯、磷酸酯、硫化脂肪、硫化动物油、烷基硫化物或硫磷钼中的至少三种。
8.权利要求1~7任一所述的润滑组合物用于轧机的油气润滑工艺。
9.根据权利要求8所述润滑组合物用于轧机的油气润滑工艺,其特征在于,所述轧机为多机架连轧轧机或多辊单机架可逆式轧机。
