Description

高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物及其用途
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
不锈钢冷连轧生产工艺因其生产效率高、加工周期短、可节约投资(同规模)及生产成本,具有广泛的发展前景,近几年在我国投建了十余条不锈钢冷轧生产线。
轧制油是不锈钢冷轧加工工艺重要的辅助润滑介质,适应冷连轧设备特点和生产工艺的要求,目前市场上主流的产品有水基乳化型轧制液和全油型轧制油两类。其中,水基乳化型轧制液主要适用于压下率大的轧制工艺;全油型轧制油更侧重于压下率大,同时对轧制钢板表面要求更高的轧制工艺。
不锈钢冷连轧压下率大、加工量大,且钢板表面要求高。与单机架轧机相比,对配套的轧制油润滑性和冷却性都有很高的要求。特别是全油型产品,与水基乳化型轧制油相比,其冷却性能不易调节,需要通过进一步提高产品的润滑性减少热量的产生和积累,保证加工的顺利进行。另外,在不锈钢冷连轧工作区有时有蒸汽管道经过,轧制油槽或加工区有进水的风险,因此配套轧制油应有较好的分水性能,少量水漏入后,轧制油能较好把水分开,排水处理后仍可继续使用。
目前,在我国投产配套使用全油型轧制油的连轧产线共2条,尚未公开文献或专利探讨冷连轧产品配套用轧制油产品。相关高抗水型轧制油公开的专利主要有:CN103666705A一种蓖麻基防锈无渍液压油,采用蓖麻油制成的癸二酸二辛酯与III类基础油复合作为基础油,配合多种添加剂复配而成,但是其组成中含有10%低温流动改进剂,0.5-2.0%金属减活剂、0.1-1.0%防锈剂,作为有色金属薄板或箔轧机的液压系统用油。CN103627481A铪及其合金板带温轧润滑剂,采用100号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合各种添加剂组成,但是其抗磨剂采用胶体石墨、油性剂采用了60-50%的十六醇,抗氧剂采用硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐,采用高碱值和石油磺酸钙和低碱值石油磺酸钙复合的清净剂,且用于铪及其合金板带温轧工艺。
总之,现有技术存在高润滑轧制油使用过程中遇水不易分离,影响轧制油使用性能和轧制后板面质量的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是现有轧制油润滑性不能满足连轧产线大压下、加工量大、钢板表面要求高,且有进水风险的工艺要求,提供一种新的轧制油组合物。该组合物润滑剂通过提高轧制油的润滑性能、有效的降低连轧过程中摩擦热的产生和累积,保证加工顺利进行;同时通过提高分水性能,有效的降低产品遇水不易油水分离的风险。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物,以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
组份a):70~92份深度精制矿物油;
组份b):5~20份选自季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或支链型脂肪酸多元醇酯中的至少一种;
组份c):1~5份选自非活性硫化烯烃、非活性硫化脂肪酸酯、硫化动物油或烷基硫化物中的至少一种;
组份d):1~10份选自磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯或亚磷酸二正丁酯中的至少一种;
组份e):0.1~5份选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基萘胺、苯三唑十八胺盐或烷基二苯胺中的至少一种;
组份f):0.01~1份选自聚醚、甲基硅油或聚二甲基硅氧烷中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,以重量份数计,组份a)的用量为75~90份,组份b)的用量为5-15份,组份c)的用量为1~4份,组份d)的用量为2~8份,组份e)的用量为0.1~2份,组份f)的用量为0.01~0.05份。
上述技术方案中,组份b)选自季戊四醇油酸酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或支链型脂肪酸多元醇酯中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,组份b)选自季戊四醇油酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、棕榈酸异辛酯、硬脂酸异辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或支链型脂肪酸多元醇酯中的至少两种。
上述技术方案中,组份d)选自磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三甲酚酯或亚磷酸二正丁酯中的至少两种。
本发明还提供一种所述高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物的用途。所述高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物用于大型多机架连轧产线的不锈钢冷轧轧制润滑,特别适用于对润滑要求高、有漏水风险的大型多机架连轧产线的不锈钢冷轧轧制润滑工艺;或者用于所述高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物用于单机架轧机的冷轧轧制润滑。
本发明高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物的制备方法如下:将正确计量的组份a)泵送入调合釜,加入组份b)加热搅拌均匀,温度达到55~60℃时,加入剩余添加剂,温度维持在55~60℃,恒温搅拌1小时以上直至产品均匀透亮,取样分析,灌装。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。

注:分水性能测试方法,取10ml去离子水和90mL轧制油置于具塞量筒中,上下摇晃60次,充分混合均匀,静置2h,观察分层情况,记录下层水的体积。
由表2可以看出,本发明高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物,在抗乳化性能方面与【对比例1】相当,但是PB和PD值更高,润滑性能更优,更适合不锈钢冷连轧产线大压量对配套轧制油高润滑的要求。
此外,本发明的组合物,在实际的工业应用中,效果良好,很好的满足了不锈钢冷连轧产线的工艺要求。

Claims (1)

1.一种高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物用于大型多机架连轧产线的不锈钢冷轧轧制润滑、以及用于单机架轧机的冷轧轧制润滑的用途,所述高抗水高润滑型轧制油组合物以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:
组份a):72.97份深度精制矿物油;
组份b):7.5份硬脂酸异辛酯和8份支链型脂肪酸多元醇酯;
组份c):6.5份非活性硫化脂肪酸;
组份d):4份磷酸三甲酚酯;
组份e):1份烷基二苯胺;
