背景技术
润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
粘度指数是指油品粘度随温度变化的程度,粘度指数越高,表示油品粘度受温度的影响越小,其粘温性能越好,反之越差;粘度指数是润滑油性能的重要指标,因此,如何提高润滑油的粘度指数成为目前润滑油研究领域的热点。
润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种润滑油,解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种润滑油,其创新点在于:所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成 :机油 70-75 份、山梨醇 2-3 份、聚氨酯 2-3 份、烷基磷酸酯 5-8 份、氯仿 0.2-0.3 份、苯并三氮唑 0.2-0.3 份、二异辛基二苯胺 0.5-0.8份;亚磷酸脂 5-9 份,增粘剂 2-3 份,滑石粉 4-7 份,磷酸 10-13 份,抗氧抗腐剂 0.2-0.8 份。

(2)加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌 15-20min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明的润滑油可以解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,本发明的润滑油对机器设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用。冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小。

加入苯并三氮唑 0.25kg、二异辛基二苯胺 0.7kg;亚磷酸脂 7kg,增粘剂2.5kg,滑石粉6kg,磷酸 12kg,抗氧抗腐剂 0.5kg;搅拌15min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
实施例3:
机油 75kg、山梨醇 3kg、聚氨酯 3kg、烷基磷酸酯 8kg、氯仿 0.3kg、苯并三氮唑0.3kg、二异辛基二苯胺 0.8kg;亚磷酸脂 9kg,增粘剂3kg,滑石粉7kg,磷酸 13kg,抗氧抗腐剂 0.8kg。
本发明的润滑油制备方法如下:
机油 75kg、山梨醇 3kg、聚氨酯 3kg、烷基磷酸酯 8kg、氯仿 0.3kg混合,加热至55℃;搅拌35min;
加入苯并三氮唑 0.3kg、二异辛基二苯胺 0.8kg;亚磷酸脂 9kg,增粘剂3kg,滑石粉7kg,磷酸 13kg,抗氧抗腐剂 0.8kg;搅拌20min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
