本发明提供一种润滑油,由下列重量份的原料制成:基础油82‑100份,亚硝酸脂5‑9份,增粘剂2‑3份,镁粉4‑7份,硝酸10‑13份,山梨醇1.5‑2.5份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2‑0.8份。本发明的润滑油可以解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小。

技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
粘度指数是指油品粘度随温度变化的程度,粘度指数越高,表示油品粘度受温度的影响越小,其粘温性能越好,反之越差;粘度指数是润滑油性能的重要指标,因此,如何提高润滑油的粘度指数成为目前润滑油研究领域的热点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种润滑油,可以解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种润滑油所采用的技术方案是:一种润滑油,由下列重量份的原料制成:基础油82-100份,亚硝酸脂5-9份,增粘剂23份,镁粉4-7份,硝酸10-13份,山梨醇1.5-2.5份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2-0.8份。
进一步地,由下列最优配比原料制成:基础油88份,亚硝酸脂7份,增粘剂2.3份,镁粉5份,硝酸11.6份,山梨醇2份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5份。
进一步地,基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的I、II、III类基础油。
进一步地,增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
进一步地,其制备方法是:
步骤1:将配方量的基础油、亚硝酸脂、硝酸、山梨醇及镁粉混合,加热至40-50度,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤2:加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌10-12分钟,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的润滑油可以解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,冷却、润滑效果好,使用时摩擦力小。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
本发明一种润滑油,由下列重量份的原料制成:基础油82份,亚硝酸脂5份,增粘剂2份,镁粉4份,硝酸10份,山梨醇1.5份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2份。
其中,基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的I、II、III类基础油,增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
本发明一种润滑油的制备方法,按以下步骤制得:
步骤1:将配方量的基础油、亚硝酸脂、硝酸、山梨醇及镁粉混合,加热至40度,搅拌20分钟;
步骤2:加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌10分钟,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
实施例2:
本发明一种润滑油,由下列重量份的原料制成:基础油100份,亚硝酸脂9份,增粘剂3份,镁粉7份,硝酸13份,山梨醇2.5份,抗氧抗腐剂0.8份。
其中,基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的I、II、III类基础油,增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
本发明一种润滑油的制备方法,按以下步骤制得:
步骤1:将配方量的基础油、亚硝酸脂、硝酸、山梨醇及镁粉混合,加热至50度,搅拌30分钟;
步骤2:加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌12分钟,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
实施例3,为本发明的最优实施例:
本发明一种润滑油,由下列重量份的原料制成:基础油88份,亚硝酸脂7份,增粘剂2.3份,镁粉5份,硝酸11.6份,山梨醇2份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5份。
其中,基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的I、II、III类基础油,增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
本发明一种润滑油的制备方法,按以下步骤制得:

步骤2:加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌11分钟,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
综上所述,本发明的润滑油可以解决现有润滑油粘度指数低的问题,对设备具有良好的冷却、密封、防腐、防锈、绝缘作用,使用时摩擦力小,润滑效果好。

1.一种润滑油,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:基础油82-100份,亚硝酸脂5-9份,增粘剂2-3份,镁粉4-7份,硝酸10-13份,山梨醇1.5-2.5份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2-0.8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的润滑油,其特征在于由下列最优配比原料制成:基础油88份,亚硝酸脂7份,增粘剂2.3份,镁粉5份,硝酸11.6份,山梨醇2份,抗氧抗腐剂0.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的润滑油,其特征在于:基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的I、II、III类基础油。
4.如权利要求1所述的润滑油,其特征在于:增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的润滑油,其特征在于:按以下步骤制得:
步骤1:将配方量的基础油、亚硝酸脂、硝酸、山梨醇及镁粉混合,加热至40-50度,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤2:加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌10-12分钟,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
