Abstract
本发明公开了一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂,它是由以下重量份数的原料组成的:基础油50‑70份,脂肪酸钙20‑30份,氢氧化锂10‑14份,异丙醇铝16‑20份,十四羟基硬脂酸16‑18份,硅油8‑10份,二氧化硅粉末4‑8份,抗氧剂为1‑3份。该润滑脂中加入各种性能的添加剂用于提高产品的性能指标,且具备优异的耐腐蚀性和耐高温性,将会有更长的使用寿命,而且成本低,不仅节约了生产成本,减轻了工人劳动量,同时也减少了操作失误。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂。
背景技术
随着我国经济的不断发展,工业化水平不断提高,先进装备技术的大量使用和国外先进设备的大量引进,许多润滑部位工作温度越来越高,机械设备要求润滑脂在高温工况下起到良好的润滑作用。润滑脂一般包括高温、耐磨和抗水淋等基本性能指标,但是对于日渐提高的生产工艺水平和机械设备,普通的润滑脂已经满足不了高尖端设备的耐高温要求,研制新的阻燃耐高温润滑脂,提高产品的耐高温性能,以满足市场需求迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂,它是由以下重量份数的原料组成的:基础油50-70份,脂肪酸钙20-30份,氢氧化锂10-14份,异丙醇铝16-20份,十四羟基硬脂酸16-18份,硅油8-10份,二氧化硅粉末4-8份,抗氧剂为1-3份。
进一步的,所述的基础油包括石蜡基矿物油、聚α烯烃油、酯类油、烷基二苯基醚中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述的二氧化硅粉末为气相法生产的亲油纳米级的二氧化硅。
本发明的有益效果是:该润滑脂中加入各种性能的添加剂用于提高产品的性能指标,且具备优异的耐腐蚀性和耐高温性,将会有更长的使用寿命,而且成本低,不仅节约了生产成本,减轻了工人劳动量,同时也减少了操作失误。

实施例1
一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂,由下列重量份数的组分组成:基础油50份,脂肪酸钙20份,氢氧化锂10份,异丙醇铝16份,十四羟基硬脂酸16份,硅油8份,二氧化硅粉末4份,抗氧剂为1份。
实施例2
一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂,由下列重量份数的组分组成:基础油70份,脂肪酸钙30份,氢氧化锂14份,异丙醇铝20份,十四羟基硬脂酸18份,硅油10份,二氧化硅粉末8份,抗氧剂为3份。
实施例3
一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂,由下列重量份数的组分组成:基础油60份,脂肪酸钙25份,氢氧化锂12份,异丙醇铝18份,十四羟基硬脂酸17份,硅油9份,二氧化硅粉末6份,抗氧剂为2份。

1.一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份数的原料组成的:基础油50-70份,脂肪酸钙20-30份,氢氧化锂10-14份,异丙醇铝16-20份,十四羟基硬脂酸16-18份,硅油8-10份,二氧化硅粉末4-8份,抗氧剂为1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的基础油包括石蜡基矿物油、聚α烯烃油、酯类油、烷基二苯基醚中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型耐高温润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的二氧化硅粉末为气相法生产的亲油纳米级的二氧化硅。
