技术领域
本发明涉及一种增强型抽油机专用齿轮油及其制备方法,属工业润滑油研究领域。
背景技术
随着油田的开发,抽油机的投入量日益增加。发展高效节能、可靠性高的抽油机是石油机械装备工业的当务之急,也是生产厂家始终追求的目标。国外在抽油机的开发商投入精力比较多,研究的时间也比较早。除大量开发生产游梁式抽油机外,一些科研和制造公司正在研制和推出各种非传统型号的抽油机。随着抽油机的不断发展,对抽油机齿轮油也提出了更高的要求,各方面的性能均需提升。
我国大陆性季风气候显著、雨热同期、气候类型复杂多变;大部分油气田分布在盆地、浅海、戈壁、荒漠,尤其是戈壁和荒漠,夏天极热、冬天极寒,对润滑油的低温性能和高温性能要求高,而且多变的气候环境很容易使润滑油变质,产生胶质、水分、油泥等,因此普通的工业齿轮油很难满足抽油机对润滑油节能和可靠性的要求。
抽油机齿轮油的使用现状大部分都只是补加油不换油,齿轮箱运行过程中产生的有害物质逐渐的积累,导致齿轮磨损加剧、甚至产生形变。

本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种增强型抽油机专用齿轮油,按重量分数计算包括以下组分:150BS基础油60~75%、500N基础油20~35%、多元醇酯8~25%、分散型粘度指数改进剂:1~3%、降凝剂0.8~1.0%、抗乳化剂:0.01~0.05%、复合抗氧剂0.6~1.5%、纳米级摩擦改进剂0.25~1.0%、复合剂1.5~4.0%。
上述技术方案中,所述150BS基础油为美孚公司生产的光亮基础油,500N基础油为SK公司生产的APIⅡ类加氢精制基础油。
上述技术方案中,所述多元醇酯为TM108,TM118,TM143中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述分散型粘度指数改进剂为雅富顿添加剂公司的HiTEC5777。
上述技术方案中,所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯1-368和聚甲基丙烯酸酯LZ7749B中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述复合抗氧剂由酚型抗氧剂和胺型抗氧剂复合而成,按重量比计算,酚型抗氧剂:胺型抗氧剂为1:2,其中酚型抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,胺型抗氧剂为烷基二苯胺。
上述技术方案中,所述复合剂为路博润添加剂公司的Lubrizol 5060。

将150BS基础油、500N基础油和多元醇酯投入调和釜中,在55~65℃搅拌下依次投入、分散型粘度指数改进剂、降凝剂、复合抗氧剂、抗乳化剂、复合剂,搅拌均匀,投入纳米级摩擦改进剂,保持55~65℃继续搅拌120分钟,然后静置60分钟,过滤后即得增强型抽油机专用齿轮油。
