本发明具体涉及一种石墨润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要组成成分,可以决定润滑油的基本性质,但添加剂可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是合成润滑油的重要组成部分,在添加剂中石墨是很好的选择,石墨是传统的固体润滑材料,由于它特殊的层状晶体结构决定了石墨材料具有良好的润滑性能。因为近几年随着工业的发展,润滑油需求量越来越大,可是单纯用基础油作为润滑油成本太高,石墨可以解决这一问题,在润滑油中加入超微细石墨,使石墨悬浮在润滑油中所形成的一种节能型润滑油。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种石墨润滑油,,提供一种高稳定性石墨润滑油,具有良好的化学稳定性,耐热性和耐腐蚀性极佳;增加薄荷香精,气味清新。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种石墨润滑油,包括以下重量份的原料:
中性基础油150-250份、脂肪胺3-5份、磷酸22-31份、硫化烷基酚钙2-8份、全氟壬基乙基苯1.0-4份、氨基硫代酯2-5份、甲基硅油2-4份、纳米石墨0.5-6份、极压抗磨剂0.5-1.2份、分散剂1.5-3份、降凝剂0.1-0.15份、抗氧剂0.2-0.8份、增粘剂6-10份、粘度指数改进剂2.5-6.5份、表面活性剂0.1-0.2份、表面改性剂1.5-3.5份和薄荷香精1-3份。
