一种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法。
背景技术
润滑剂在工业生产中有极其重要的作用,它可以减小摩擦从而减少不必要的能量损失并保护机械延长其使用寿命。锂基润滑脂作为多效润滑脂已经在工业领域广泛应用,但随着现代工业的飞速发展,重载、高温、高速设备的使用,普通锂基润滑脂已不能满足设备的润滑要求。复合锂基润滑脂除具备锂基润滑脂优良的机械安定性、胶体安定性、氧化安定性外,还具有滴点高等高温使用性能,因此越来越受到人们的重视和关注,在耐高温润滑脂中已占有相当大的比重。
复合锂基润滑脂由基础油、稠化剂和添加剂构成,其中基础油占80%以上,因此基础油的各项指标对润滑脂的性能有着显著影响。硅油为无色、无味、无毒及无刺激性产品,而且具有好的化学稳定性、耐热耐寒性、润滑性、高折射性等优良性能。硅油可以作为比较理想的润滑脂基础油,但由于硅油与矿物油的互溶性较差,以硅油为基础油合成复合锂基润滑脂的难度比较大。目前,含硅油的复合锂基润滑脂制备与性能研究报道还很少。
发明内容
本发明提出一种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法。
本发明所述种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取以下原料备用,硅油,工业品,环烷基橡胶油,工业品;羟基硬脂酸,工业品;氢氧化锂,工业品;己二酸,分析纯,上海市国药集团化学试剂有限公司;
(2)将硅油、基础油、羟基硬脂酸、己二酸按配方称量,加入三口烧瓶中,启动升温控制仪和搅拌装置,升温至80摄氏度搅拌保温溶解1小时,使有机酸全部溶解在基础油中;
(3)加入氢氧化锂水溶液,升温至90-110℃,保温3-9小时,进行皂化反应;
(4)皂化反应完成后,升温至170℃,保温3小时并加快搅拌速度进行脱水,确保脱水完全;
(5)脱水完成后加入剩余基础油与硅油,缓慢升温至195-210℃,在最高炼制温度时保持0-5分钟;
(6)将产物倒入不锈钢杯中,急冷,完全冷却后研磨,即得复合锂基润滑脂。
优选地,基础油与硅油加入量为总量的50%。
优选地,所述硅油95份、基础油90份、羟基硬脂酸85份、己二酸80份。
优选地,升温至100℃,保温6小时。
优选地,缓慢升温至198℃,保持5分钟。
本发明所述方法制备的含硅油复合锂基润滑脂,具有更高的滴点、钢较小的网分油量和蒸发度,加入适量的硅油不仅可以提高复合锂基润滑脂的滴点,还降低了复合锂基润滑脂的摩擦因数。
实施方式
实施例1。
本发明所述种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取以下原料备用,硅油,工业品,环烷基橡胶油,工业品;羟基硬脂酸,工业品;氢氧化锂,工业品;己二酸,分析纯,上海市国药集团化学试剂有限公司;
(2)将硅油、基础油、羟基硬脂酸、己二酸按配方称量,加入三口烧瓶中,启动升温控制仪和搅拌装置,升温至80摄氏度搅拌保温溶解1小时,使有机酸全部溶解在基础油中;
(3)加入氢氧化锂水溶液,升温至90-110℃,保温3-9小时,进行皂化反应;

(4)皂化反应完成后,升温至170℃,保温3小时并加快搅拌速度进行脱水,确保脱水完全;
(5)脱水完成后加入剩余基础油与硅油,缓慢升温至195-210℃,在最高炼制温度时保持0-5分钟;
(6)将产物倒入不锈钢杯中,急冷,完全冷却后研磨,即得复合锂基润滑脂。
本发明所述基础油与硅油加入量为总量的50%;所述硅油95份、基础油90份、羟基硬脂酸85份、己二酸80份。所述步骤(3)升温至100℃,保温6小时。所述步骤(5)缓慢升温至198℃,保持5分钟。

1.一种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)取以下原料备用,硅油,工业品,环烷基橡胶油,工业品;羟基硬脂酸,工业品;氢氧化锂,工业品;己二酸,分析纯,上海市国药集团化学试剂有限公司;
(2)将硅油、基础油、羟基硬脂酸、己二酸按配方称量,加入三口烧瓶中,启动升温控制仪和搅拌装置,升温至80摄氏度搅拌保温溶解1小时,使有机酸全部溶解在基础油中;
(3)加入氢氧化锂水溶液,升温至90-110℃,保温3-9小时,进行皂化反应;
(4)皂化反应完成后,升温至170℃,保温3小时并加快搅拌速度进行脱水,确保脱水完全;
(5)脱水完成后加入剩余基础油与硅油,缓慢升温至195-210℃,在最高炼制温度时保持0-5分钟;

2.如权利要求1所述一种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法,其特征在于基础油与硅油加入量为总量的50%。
3.如权利要求1所述一种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法,其特征在于所述硅油95份、基础油90份、羟基硬脂酸85份、己二酸80份。
4.如权利要求1所述一种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(3)升温至100℃,保温6小时。
5.如权利要求1所述一种含硅油复合锂基润滑脂制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤(5)缓慢升温至198℃,保持5分钟。
