本发明涉及润滑脂行业技术领域,特别涉及抗氧化的润滑脂及其制备工艺,所述润滑脂由下述重量百分含量的组分组成,磷酸酯为55~70份,食用麻油20~25份,氢氧化钙为0.3~1份,苯甲酸为5~15份,高纯水为8~15份,硼酸为0.5~2份,抗氧抗腐剂为0.5~2份,极压抗磨剂为0.1~4份,乙二胺为2~3份,环烷基异氰酸酯为1~5份。本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:优异的抗剪切性、抗水性、极低的摩擦系数,能有效降低噪音;良好的抗氧化、防腐蚀性。

本发明涉及润滑脂行业技术领域,特别涉及抗氧化的润滑脂。
背景技术
运动机构的摩擦点除了用液体润滑油润滑外,有许多部位还需要采用润滑脂润滑,由于润滑部位的不同对润滑脂提出极压抗磨性、耐温性、长寿命等不同性能的要求。现有润滑脂很容易出现氧化、变质等现象,这样便需要频繁的更换润滑脂,这样必然会影响运动机构的使用寿命,同时也会给用户带来极大的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种具有抗氧化、防腐蚀等特点的润滑脂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的抗氧化的润滑脂,所述润滑脂由下述重量百分含量的组分组成,磷酸酯为55~70份,食用麻油20~25份,氢氧化钙为0.3~1份,苯甲酸为5~15份,高纯水为8~15份,硼酸为0.5~2份,抗氧抗腐剂为0.5~2份,极压抗磨剂为0.1~4份, 乙二胺为2~3份,环烷基异氰酸酯为1~5份。

本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
1、优良的高低温性能,极佳的材料适应性;
2、优异的抗剪切性、抗水性、极低的摩擦系数,能有效降低噪音;
3、良好的抗氧化、防腐蚀、润滑性和胶体安定性。

实施例1:
配备本发明抗氧化的润滑脂,由以下重量的组分配制而成:磷酸酯为55份,食用麻油20份,氢氧化钙为0.3份,苯甲酸为15份,高纯水为15份,硼酸为1份,抗氧抗腐剂为0.5份,极压抗磨剂为0.1份, 乙二胺为2份,环烷基异氰酸酯为4份,每份为1Kg。
实施例2:
配备本发明抗氧化的润滑脂,由以下重量的组分配制而成:磷酸酯为67份,食用麻油23份,氢氧化钙为1份,苯甲酸为10份,高纯水为8份,硼酸为0.5份,抗氧抗腐剂为1份,极压抗磨剂为2份, 乙二胺为2份,环烷基异氰酸酯为5份,每份为1Kg。
实施例3:
配备本发明抗氧化的润滑脂,由以下重量的组分配制而成:磷酸酯为70份,食用麻油25份,氢氧化钙为0.6份,苯甲酸为5份,高纯水为10份,硼酸为2份,抗氧抗腐剂为2份,极压抗磨剂为4份, 乙二胺为3份,环烷基异氰酸酯为1份,每份为1Kg。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
1、优良的高低温性能,极佳的材料适应性;
2、优异的抗剪切性、抗水性、极低的摩擦系数,能有效降低噪音;
3、良好的润滑性、防护性、热稳定性和胶体安定性。

1.抗氧化的润滑脂,其特征在于:所述润滑脂由下述重量百分含量的组分组成,磷酸酯为55~70份,食用麻油20~25份,氢氧化钙为0.3~1份,苯甲酸为5~15份,高纯水为8~15份,硼酸为0.5~2份,抗氧抗腐剂为0.5~2份,极压抗磨剂为0.1~4份, 乙二胺为2~3份,环烷基异氰酸酯为1~5份。
