本发明公开了一种阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,由低密度聚乙烯、增强剂、抗氧剂、增韧剂、阻燃剂和耐磨剂组成,所述阻燃剂为三聚氰胺或者红磷阻燃剂,所述耐磨剂为二硫化钼或者石英,所述阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料中各成分所占的重量份数为低密度聚乙烯56~60份、增强剂15~20份、抗氧剂1~3份、增韧剂5~8份、阻燃剂5~15份和耐磨剂3~5份。通过上述方式,本发明所述的阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,二硫化钼有效提高塑料的耐磨性,三聚氰胺提升塑料的阻燃性,使得塑料制成的电缆保护套阻燃又耐磨,而且抗氧化效果好,经久耐用,使用安全性更高,提高线路的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料领域,特别是涉及一种阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料。
背景技术
电线和电缆的市场需求大,行业的发展迅速,特别是我国的经济高速发展带动了基础设施的建设和产业的升级,而基础设施的建设和产业的升级对电线和电缆的需求大,使得我国的电线和电缆产量已跃居世界第一位。
为了应对恶劣的使用条件,电缆的外部通常设置有保护套而对内部导体进行保护,普通的电缆保护套阻燃性差,而且没有耐磨的作用,电缆在震动或者摆动过程中与周围的物体摩擦而容易产生磨损,严重的甚至引起线路的短路或者断路问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,提高塑料的阻燃性和耐磨性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,由低密度聚乙烯、增强剂、抗氧剂、增韧剂、阻燃剂和耐磨剂组成,所述阻燃剂为三聚氰胺或者红磷阻燃剂,所述耐磨剂为二硫化钼或者石英,所述阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料中各成分所占的重量份数为低密度聚乙烯56~60份、增强剂15~20份、抗氧剂1~3份、增韧剂5~8份、阻燃剂5~15份和耐磨剂3~5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃剂为三聚氰胺。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐磨剂为二硫化钼。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述增强剂为玻璃纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料中各成分所占的重量份数为低密度聚乙烯56份、增强剂15份、抗氧剂1份、增韧剂5份、阻燃剂5份和耐磨剂3份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料中各成分所占的重量份数为低密度聚乙烯60份、增强剂20份、抗氧剂3份、增韧剂8份、阻燃剂15份和耐磨剂5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,二硫化钼有效提高塑料的耐磨性,三聚氰胺提升塑料的阻燃性,使得塑料制成的电缆保护套阻燃又耐磨,而且抗氧化效果好,经久耐用,使用安全性更高,提高线路的稳定性。

本发明实施例包括:
一种阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,由低密度聚乙烯、增强剂、抗氧剂、增韧剂、阻燃剂和耐磨剂组成,所述阻燃剂为三聚氰胺或者红磷阻燃剂,所述耐磨剂为二硫化钼或者石英,所述阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料中各成分所占的重量份数为低密度聚乙烯56~60份、增强剂15~20份、抗氧剂1~3份、增韧剂5~8份、阻燃剂5~15份和耐磨剂3~5份。
所述阻燃剂为三聚氰胺,三聚氰胺不适合食品的加工,但是添加在塑料中可以提高其阻燃性。
所述耐磨剂为二硫化钼。二硫化钼的耐磨性好,而且不导电,提升保护套的绝缘性。
所述增强剂为玻璃纤维。玻璃纤维可以有效提高塑料的强度和抗拉能力,制成的电缆保护套强度有保障。
实施例1:取低密度聚乙烯56kg、增强剂15 kg、抗氧剂1 kg、增韧剂5 kg、阻燃剂5 kg和耐磨剂3 kg,搅拌混合后导入切粒机,得到粒状或者杆状的阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料。
实施例2:取低密度聚乙烯60 kg、增强剂20 kg、抗氧剂3 kg、增韧剂8 kg、阻燃剂15 kg和耐磨剂5 kg,搅拌混合后导入切粒机,得到粒状或者杆状的阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,增加了低密度聚乙烯塑料的阻燃性和耐磨性,制成的保护套结构强度高,抗氧化性能好,提高了对环境的适应能力,适用范围广泛。

1.一种阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,由低密度聚乙烯、增强剂、抗氧剂、增韧剂、阻燃剂和耐磨剂组成,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为三聚氰胺或者红磷阻燃剂,所述耐磨剂为二硫化钼或者石英,所述阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料中各成分所占的重量份数为低密度聚乙烯56~60份、增强剂15~20份、抗氧剂1~3份、增韧剂5~8份、阻燃剂5~15份和耐磨剂3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为三聚氰胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,其特征在于,所述耐磨剂为二硫化钼。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,其特征在于,所述增强剂为玻璃纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,其特征在于,所述阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料中各成分所占的重量份数为低密度聚乙烯56份、增强剂15份、抗氧剂1份、增韧剂5份、阻燃剂5份和耐磨剂3份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料,其特征在于,所述阻燃耐磨的电缆保护套塑料中各成分所占的重量份数为低密度聚乙烯60份、增强剂20份、抗氧剂3份、增韧剂8份、阻燃剂15份和耐磨剂5份。
