本发明涉及一种电缆配料,尤其涉及一种混合型电缆护套配料。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,电缆的用量越来越多,因此人们对电缆的要求也越来越高,传统的电缆护套材料因其搭配不合适,在电缆的使用过程中很容易出现老化的情况,造成电缆本体内部结构被腐蚀,使导体暴露在空气中,给人们后期的使用带来很大的不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种混合型电缆护套配料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种混合型电缆护套配料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:三型树脂40~50份、PVC树脂35~45份、填充剂5~9份、固体石蜡6~8份、抗冲击改性剂4~6份、碘化钠3~7份、抗氧化剂4~6份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷10~12份、润滑剂8~10份。
上述的一种混合型电缆护套配料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:三型树脂45份、PVC树脂40份、填充剂7份、固体石蜡7份、抗冲击改性剂5份、碘化钠5份、抗氧化剂5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷11份、润滑剂9份。
上述的一种混合型电缆护套配料,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有防腐蚀效果好、耐拉伸和抗氧化等性能,所述抗冲击改性剂可以使电缆护套具有耐冲击和抗拉伸等性能,防止护套因受外力而出现断裂等情况。

一种混合型电缆护套配料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:三型树脂40~50份、PVC树脂35~45份、填充剂5~9份、固体石蜡6~8份、抗冲击改性剂4~6份、碘化钠3~7份、抗氧化剂4~6份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷10~12份、润滑剂8~10份;上述的一种混合型电缆护套配料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:三型树脂45份、PVC树脂40份、填充剂7份、固体石蜡7份、抗冲击改性剂5份、碘化钠5份、抗氧化剂5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷11份、润滑剂9份。
所述抗冲击改性剂可以使电缆护套具有耐冲击和抗拉伸等性能,防止护套因受外力而出现断裂等情况。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合型电缆护套配料,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:三型树脂45份、PVC树脂40份、填充剂7份、固体石蜡7份、抗冲击改性剂5份、碘化钠5份、抗氧化剂5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷11份、润滑剂9份。
