本发明涉及一种配方,尤其涉及一种电缆用绝缘层配方。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,电缆的用量越来越多,因此人们对电缆的要求也越来越高,传统的电缆绝缘层材料因其搭配不合适,在电缆的使用过程中很容易出现老化的情况,造成电缆本体内部结构被腐蚀,使导体暴露在空气中,给人们后期的使用带来很大的不便。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种电缆用绝缘层配方。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电缆用绝缘层配方,该配方中各组分的重量份数如下:树脂40~50份、稳定剂10~16份、增塑剂50~60份、填充剂10~14份、润滑剂12~20份、抗氧化剂10~20份、抗老剂20~30份、抗水解剂10~20份、硫化剂5~10份、硫化助剂6~8份。
上述的一种电缆用绝缘层配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂45份、稳定剂12份、增塑剂55份、填充剂12份、润滑剂15份、抗氧化剂15份、抗老剂25份、抗水解剂15份、硫化剂8份、硫化助剂7份。
上述的一种电缆用绝缘层配方,所述增塑剂中添加偏苯三酸三辛酯。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有抗氧化效果好和使用寿命长等优点,所述抗氧化剂可以有效的防止电缆本体内部结构被腐蚀和氧化,有效的延长了电缆本体的使用寿命。

一种电缆用绝缘层配方,该配方中各组分的重量份数如下:树脂40~50份、稳定剂10~16份、增塑剂50~60份、填充剂10~14份、润滑剂12~20份、抗氧化剂10~20份、抗老剂20~30份、抗水解剂10~20份、硫化剂5~10份、硫化助剂6~8份;上述的一种电缆用绝缘层配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:树脂45份、稳定剂12份、增塑剂55份、填充剂12份、润滑剂15份、抗氧化剂15份、抗老剂25份、抗水解剂15份、硫化剂8份、硫化助剂7份;上述的一种电缆用绝缘层配方,所述增塑剂中添加偏苯三酸三辛酯。
所述抗氧化剂可以有效的防止电缆本体内部结构被腐蚀和氧化,有效的延长了电缆本体的使用寿命。
