本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种阻燃电缆绝缘层材料。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,电缆的用量越来越多,因此人们对电缆的要求也越来越高,传统的电缆绝缘层材料因其搭配不合适,在电缆的使用过程中很容易出现老化的情况,造成电缆本体内部结构被腐蚀,使导体暴露在空气中,给人们后期的使用带来很大的不便。

本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃电缆绝缘层材料,解决上述技术缺陷。

一种阻燃电缆绝缘层材料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:树脂40-50份、稳定剂10-16份、增塑剂50-60份、、氢氧化硅12-22份、硫酸钡粉7-15份、填充剂10-14份、碳酸钙6-18份、石蜡5-25份、抗老剂1-5份、分散剂3-8份、抗水解剂1-5份、润滑剂16-30 份和氯化橡胶10-18份。
上述一种阻燃电缆绝缘层材料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:树脂40-48份、稳定剂10-15份、增塑剂50-58份、、氢氧化硅12-20份、硫酸钡粉7-13份、填充剂10-13份、碳酸钙6-17份、石蜡5-23份、抗老剂1-4份、分散剂3-7份、抗水解剂1-4份、润滑剂16-28 份和氯化橡胶10-17份。
上述一种阻燃电缆绝缘层材料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:树脂45份、稳定剂13份、增塑剂55份、、氢氧化硅17份、硫酸钡粉11份、填充剂12份、碳酸钙12份、石蜡15份、抗老剂3份、分散剂5份、抗水解剂3份、润滑剂22 份和氯化橡胶14份。

一种阻燃电缆绝缘层材料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:树脂45份、稳定剂13份、增塑剂55份、、氢氧化硅17份、硫酸钡粉11份、填充剂12份、碳酸钙12份、石蜡15份、抗老剂3份、分散剂5份、抗水解剂3份、润滑剂22 份和氯化橡胶14份。
