本发明公开了一种防冻抗裂乳胶漆,按重量份包括下列原料:环氧乳液10-15份、丙二醇5-10份、环保树脂20-40份、防潮抗裂剂6-15份5-10份、助剂5-10份、水性硅油2-6份、去离子水5-10份。环保树脂为萜烯树脂、己酸烯丙酯的混合物;屏防潮抗裂剂为钠质膨润土和硅藻泥的混合物;助剂为钛白粉、超细二氧化硅、甲基三辛基氯化铵、四水三氟化铬、2-氯乙氧基乙醇、三氟乙酰丙酮镥以任意比例混合的混合物。本发明所述的防冻抗裂乳胶漆,硅藻泥和钠质膨润土具有优异的防潮、耐化学性能,同时具有良好的抗冻性能。

一种防冻抗裂乳胶漆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冻抗裂乳胶漆,主要用于室内墙面,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
目前,在日常装修中使用的涂料的种类很多,乳胶漆是目前使用最广泛的墙壁装  饰材料之一,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对装饰材料的要求也就随之增加,现有的涂料品种繁多,但重点在于开发环保、无污染的室内乳胶漆,这些乳胶漆,有的不利于施工,有的性能不能满足需要,还有的对人体的伤害比较大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防冻抗裂乳胶漆,绿色环保、无污染,应用于室内墙面上,具有与防冻抗裂的功效。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防冻抗裂乳胶漆,按按重量份包括下列原料:环氧乳液10-15份、丙二醇5-10份、环保树脂20-40份、防潮抗裂剂6-15份、助剂5-10份、水性硅油 2-6 份、去离子水5-10份。
优选的,所述的环保树脂为萜烯树脂、己酸烯丙酯的混合物,重量比为2:5。
优选的,所述的防潮抗裂剂为钠质膨润土和硅藻泥的混合物,其重量比为1-3:2-5。
优选的,所述的钠质膨润土和硅藻泥的重量比为1:2。
优选的,所述的助剂为钛白粉、超细二氧化硅、甲基三辛基氯化铵、四水三氟化铬、2-氯乙氧基乙醇、三氟乙酰丙酮镥以任意比例混合的混合物。
本发明所述的防冻抗裂乳胶漆,涂抹后不起泡;硅藻泥和钠质膨润土具有优异的防潮、耐化学性能,腻子刷于内墙后,具有防冻抗裂功能,并且具有优异的耐磨性和耐水洗。

一种防辐射乳胶漆,按按重量份包括下列原料:环氧乳液10份、丙二醇5份、萜烯树脂6份、己酸烯丙酯15份、钠质膨润土2份、硅藻泥4份、水性硅油 2份、去离子水5份、钛白粉1份、超细二氧化硅1份、甲基三辛基氯化铵1份、四水三氟化铬1份、2-氯乙氧基乙醇1份、三氟乙酰丙酮镥1份。
实施例2:
一种防辐射乳胶漆,按按重量份包括下列原料:环氧乳液15份、丙二醇10份、萜烯树脂10份、己酸烯丙酯25份、钠质膨润土5份、硅藻泥10份、水性硅油 6份、去离子水10份、钛白粉1份、超细二氧化硅1份、甲基三辛基氯化铵1份、四水三氟化铬1份、2-氯乙氧基乙醇1份、三氟乙酰丙酮镥1份。
实施例3:
一种防辐射乳胶漆,按按重量份包括下列原料:环氧乳液12份、丙二醇7份、萜烯树脂7份、己酸烯丙酯18份、钠质膨润土3份、硅藻泥6份、水性硅油 3份、去离子水7份、钛白粉1份、超细二氧化硅1份、甲基三辛基氯化铵1份、四水三氟化铬1份、2-氯乙氧基乙醇1份、三氟乙酰丙酮镥1份。
实施例4:
一种防辐射乳胶漆,按按重量份包括下列原料:环氧乳液13份、丙二醇8份、萜烯树脂8份、己酸烯丙酯20份、钠质膨润土4份、硅藻泥8份、水性硅油 4份、去离子水8份、钛白粉1份、超细二氧化硅1份、甲基三辛基氯化铵1份、四水三氟化铬1份、2-氯乙氧基乙醇1份、三氟乙酰丙酮镥1份。
实施例5:
一种防辐射乳胶漆,按按重量份包括下列原料:环氧乳液14份、丙二醇9份、萜烯树脂9份、己酸烯丙酯23份、钠质膨润土4份、硅藻泥8份、水性硅油 5份、去离子水9份、钛白粉1份、超细二氧化硅1份、甲基三辛基氯化铵1份、四水三氟化铬1份、2-氯乙氧基乙醇1份、三氟乙酰丙酮镥1份。

1.一种防冻抗裂乳胶漆,按按重量份包括下列原料:环氧乳液10-15份、丙二醇5-10份、环保树脂20-40份、防潮抗裂剂6-15份、助剂5-10份、水性硅油 2-6 份、去离子水5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶漆,其特征在于,所述的环保树脂为萜烯树脂、己酸烯丙酯的混合物,重量比为2:5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶漆,其特征在于,所述的防潮抗裂剂为钠质膨润土和硅藻泥的混合物,其重量比为1-3:2-5。
4.根据权利要求3所述的乳胶漆,其特征在于,所述的钠质膨润土和硅藻泥的重量比为1:2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乳胶漆,其特征在于,所述的助剂为钛白粉、超细二氧化硅、甲基三辛基氯化铵、四水三氟化铬、2-氯乙氧基乙醇、三氟乙酰丙酮镥以任意比例混合的混合物。
