本发明公开了一种泵体冬季维护用防冻涂料,涉及防冻涂料技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧树脂80-90份、聚氨酯橡胶20-25份、矿物粉15-20份、硬脂酸15-20份、米糠蜡10-15份、聚二甲基硅氧烷10-15份、海藻酸钠8-13份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚6-11份、甲乙酮肟6-11份、棕榈油5-8份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-4份、正丁醇150-200份。本发明所制涂料喷涂于泵体后能快速形成致密而坚硬的涂层,涂层不仅附着力强、机械性能好,而且防冻效果优异,能保证泵在冬季低温情况下正常运作,延长泵体使用寿命,从而降低更换成本。

技术领域:
本发明涉及防冻涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种泵体冬季维护用防冻涂料。
背景技术:
泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械,它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬浮液和液态金属等液体,也可输送液气混合物及含悬浮固体物的液体。在严寒冬季,需要对泵体进行防冻处理,喷涂防冻涂料是其中一种方式。但普通建筑用防冻涂料无法用于泵体,存在涂料附着力差的问题,因此需要开发一种泵体冬季维护专用防冻涂料。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防冻效果好且机械性能优异的泵体冬季维护用防冻涂料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种泵体冬季维护用防冻涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂80-90份、聚氨酯橡胶20-25份、矿物粉15-20份、硬脂酸15-20份、米糠蜡10-15份、聚二甲基硅氧烷10-15份、海藻酸钠8-13份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚6-11份、甲乙酮肟6-11份、棕榈油5-8份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-4份、正丁醇150-200份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氨酯橡胶和硬脂酸加入正丁醇中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入环氧树脂和纳米二氧化钛,充分混合后继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将米糠蜡加热至80-85℃保温混合,待完全融化后加入矿物粉和海藻酸钠,继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)趁热将物料II加入物料I中,混合均匀后静置,待温度自然降至40-50℃后加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲乙酮肟、棕榈油和二月桂酸二丁基锡,充分混合后将混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
所述矿物粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:煅烧高岭土20-25份、马来酸酐10-15份、羧甲基淀粉钠10-15份、硅藻泥8-12份、凹凸棒土6-10份、海泡石粉5-8份、石膏粉3-6份、纳米胶粉3-6份、苏打粉2-4份、硼砂1-2份,其制备方法为:将煅烧高岭土加入5倍重量份的乙醇中,浸泡30min后加入马来酸酐和羧甲基淀粉钠,混合均匀后加热至回流状态保温回流30min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,然后加入苏打粉和硼砂,继续超声处理20min,所得混合物经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,最后加入硅藻泥、凹凸棒土、海泡石粉、石膏粉和纳米胶粉,充分混合均匀。
所述硅藻泥由如下重量份数的原料制成:硅藻土70-80份、羟丙基-β-环糊精8-10份、珍珠母粉6-8份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、芒硝3-5份、烟秆灰2-3份、水200-300份,其制备方法为:将硅藻土和羟丙基-β-环糊精加入水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入聚乙烯醇和烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入珍珠母粉和芒硝,充分混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以环氧树脂和聚氨酯橡胶为主要原料,辅以多种功能助剂制得泵体冬季维护用防冻涂料,该涂料喷涂于泵体后能快速形成致密而坚硬的涂层,涂层不仅附着力强、机械性能好,而且防冻效果优异,能保证泵在冬季低温情况下正常运作,延长泵体使用寿命,从而降低更换成本。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将20份聚氨酯橡胶和15份硬脂酸加入170份正丁醇中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入85份环氧树脂和4份纳米二氧化钛,充分混合后继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将10份米糠蜡加热至80-85℃保温混合,待完全融化后加入20份矿物粉和8份海藻酸钠,继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)趁热将物料II加入物料I中,混合均匀后静置,待温度自然降至40-50℃后加入10份聚二甲基硅氧烷、6份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、10份甲乙酮肟、6份棕榈油和2份二月桂酸二丁基锡,充分混合后将混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
矿物粉的制备:将20份煅烧高岭土加入5倍重量份的乙醇中,浸泡30min后加入10份马来酸酐和12份羧甲基淀粉钠,混合均匀后加热至回流状态保温回流30min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,然后加入3份苏打粉和1份硼砂,继续超声处理20min,所得混合物经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,最后加入10份硅藻泥、6份凹凸棒土、5份海泡石粉、5份石膏粉和3份纳米胶粉,充分混合均匀。
硅藻泥的制备:将70份硅藻土和8份羟丙基-β-环糊精加入250份水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入6份聚乙烯醇和2份烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入6份珍珠母粉和5份芒硝,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将25份聚氨酯橡胶和20份硬脂酸加入200份正丁醇中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入80份环氧树脂和6份纳米二氧化钛,充分混合后继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将15份米糠蜡加热至80-85℃保温混合,待完全融化后加入15份矿物粉和10份海藻酸钠,继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)趁热将物料II加入物料I中,混合均匀后静置,待温度自然降至40-50℃后加入15份聚二甲基硅氧烷、9份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、8份甲乙酮肟、8份棕榈油和3份二月桂酸二丁基锡,充分混合后将混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
矿物粉的制备:将25份煅烧高岭土加入5倍重量份的乙醇中,浸泡30min后加入15份马来酸酐和10份羧甲基淀粉钠,混合均匀后加热至回流状态保温回流30min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,然后加入4份苏打粉和2份硼砂,继续超声处理20min,所得混合物经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,最后加入8份硅藻泥、8份凹凸棒土、6份海泡石粉、3份石膏粉和4份纳米胶粉,充分混合均匀。
硅藻泥的制备:将80份硅藻土和10份羟丙基-β-环糊精加入300份水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入4份聚乙烯醇和3份烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入8份珍珠母粉和3份芒硝,充分混合均匀。

Claims (3)

1.一种泵体冬季维护用防冻涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧树脂80-90份、聚氨酯橡胶20-25份、矿物粉15-20份、硬脂酸15-20份、米糠蜡10-15份、聚二甲基硅氧烷10-15份、海藻酸钠8-13份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚6-11份、甲乙酮肟6-11份、棕榈油5-8份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、二月桂酸二丁基锡2-4份、正丁醇150-200份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将聚氨酯橡胶和硬脂酸加入正丁醇中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入环氧树脂和纳米二氧化钛,充分混合后继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将米糠蜡加热至80-85℃保温混合,待完全融化后加入矿物粉和海藻酸钠,继续加热至100-110℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)趁热将物料II加入物料I中,混合均匀后静置,待温度自然降至40-50℃后加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、甲乙酮肟、棕榈油和二月桂酸二丁基锡,充分混合后将混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵体冬季维护用防冻涂料,其特征在于,所述矿物粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:煅烧高岭土20-25份、马来酸酐10-15份、羧甲基淀粉钠10-15份、硅藻泥8-12份、凹凸棒土6-10份、海泡石粉5-8份、石膏粉3-6份、纳米胶粉3-6份、苏打粉2-4份、硼砂1-2份,其制备方法为:将煅烧高岭土加入5倍重量份的乙醇中,浸泡30min后加入马来酸酐和羧甲基淀粉钠,混合均匀后加热至回流状态保温回流30min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,然后加入苏打粉和硼砂,继续超声处理20min,所得混合物经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,最后加入硅藻泥、凹凸棒土、海泡石粉、石膏粉和纳米胶粉,充分混合均匀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的泵体冬季维护用防冻涂料,其特征在于,所述硅藻泥由如下重量份数的原料制成:硅藻土70-80份、羟丙基-β-环糊精8-10份、珍珠母粉6-8份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、芒硝3-5份、烟秆灰2-3份、水200-300份,其制备方法为:将硅藻土和羟丙基-β-环糊精加入水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入聚乙烯醇和烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入珍珠母粉和芒硝,充分混合均匀。
