Abstract

本发明公开了一种泵用防锈剂及其制备方法,涉及防锈剂技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:芦苇秸秆30-40份、棕榈叶20-25份、菜籽粕10-13份、矿物粉8-11份、海藻酸钠6-9份、氢化蓖麻油5-8份、乳化硅油4-6份、环氧大豆油3-5份、米糠蜡3-5份、凡士林2-3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1-2份、正丁醇30-40份、水200-250份。本发明防锈剂可直接涂覆于未上漆的泵体表面,涂覆后能快速形成一层致密而坚硬的防锈层,从而对泵体起到防锈作用,并且该防锈层与后续喷涂涂料结合性好,能够提高涂料在泵体上的附着力,从而进一步保护泵体,延长其使用寿命。

一种泵用防锈剂及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及防锈剂技术领域,具体涉及一种泵用防锈剂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械,它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬浮液和液态金属等液体,也可输送液气混合物及含悬浮固体物的液体。在进行泵制造时,需要对尚未安装好的泵在未上漆的表面涂覆一层合适的防锈剂,以起到防锈作用,从而延长泵的使用寿命。普通的防锈剂涂覆于泵表面后虽然能起到防锈作用,但对后续的上漆有影响,涂料不能有效附着于泵表面,需要另外涂刷一层底漆,增加了工艺操作,从而提高生产成本。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防锈效果优异且所形成的防锈层与后续喷涂涂料结合性好的泵用防锈剂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种泵用防锈剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
芦苇秸秆30-40份、棕榈叶20-25份、菜籽粕10-13份、矿物粉8-11份、海藻酸钠6-9份、氢化蓖麻油5-8份、乳化硅油4-6份、环氧大豆油3-5份、米糠蜡3-5份、凡士林2-3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1-2份、正丁醇30-40份、水200-250份。
所述矿物粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:煅烧高岭土20-25份、马来酸酐10-15份、羧甲基淀粉钠10-15份、硅藻泥8-12份、凹凸棒土6-10份、海泡石粉5-8份、石膏粉3-6份、纳米胶粉3-6份、苏打粉2-4份、硼砂1-2份,其制备方法为:将煅烧高岭土加入5倍重量份的乙醇中,浸泡30min后加入马来酸酐和羧甲基淀粉钠,混合均匀后加热至回流状态保温回流30min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,然后加入苏打粉和硼砂,继续超声处理20min,所得混合物经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,最后加入硅藻泥、凹凸棒土、海泡石粉、石膏粉和纳米胶粉,充分混合均匀。
所述硅藻泥由如下重量份数的原料制成:硅藻土70-80份、羟丙基-β-环糊精8-10份、珍珠母粉6-8份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、芒硝3-5份、烟秆灰2-3份、水200-300份,其制备方法为:将硅藻土和羟丙基-β-环糊精加入水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入聚乙烯醇和烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入珍珠母粉和芒硝,充分混合均匀。
一种泵用防锈剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将芦苇秸秆和棕榈叶经冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,再加入菜籽粕,混合均匀后加入水中,浸泡1h后将混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm,即得物料I;
(2)将矿物粉和海藻酸钠加入正丁醇中,搅拌形成均匀浆体后再加入米糠蜡和凡士林,然后加热至50-55℃保温混合15min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、氢化蓖麻油、乳化硅油、环氧大豆油和二月桂酸二丁基锡,混合均匀后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以芦苇秸秆和棕榈叶为主要原料,辅以多种功能助剂制得泵用防锈剂,该防锈剂可直接涂覆于未上漆的泵体表面,涂覆后能快速形成一层致密而坚硬的防锈层,从而对泵体起到防锈作用,并且该防锈层与后续喷涂涂料结合性好,能够提高涂料在泵体上的附着力,从而进一步保护泵体,延长其使用寿命。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将30份芦苇秸秆和25份棕榈叶经冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,再加入10份菜籽粕,混合均匀后加入200份水中,浸泡1h后将混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm,即得物料I;
(2)将8份矿物粉和8份海藻酸钠加入40份正丁醇中,搅拌形成均匀浆体后再加入3份米糠蜡和3份凡士林,然后加热至50-55℃保温混合15min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、5份氢化蓖麻油、5份乳化硅油、3份环氧大豆油和1份二月桂酸二丁基锡,混合均匀后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
矿物粉的制备:将20份煅烧高岭土加入5倍重量份的乙醇中,浸泡30min后加入10份马来酸酐和12份羧甲基淀粉钠,混合均匀后加热至回流状态保温回流30min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,然后加入3份苏打粉和1份硼砂,继续超声处理20min,所得混合物经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,最后加入10份硅藻泥、6份凹凸棒土、5份海泡石粉、5份石膏粉和3份纳米胶粉,充分混合均匀。
硅藻泥的制备:将70份硅藻土和8份羟丙基-β-环糊精加入250份水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入6份聚乙烯醇和2份烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入6份珍珠母粉和5份芒硝,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将40份芦苇秸秆和20份棕榈叶经冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,再加入12份菜籽粕,混合均匀后加入250份水中,浸泡1h后将混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm,即得物料I;
(2)将10份矿物粉和6份海藻酸钠加入30份正丁醇中,搅拌形成均匀浆体后再加入5份米糠蜡和2份凡士林,然后加热至50-55℃保温混合15min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、7份氢化蓖麻油、4份乳化硅油、5份环氧大豆油和2份二月桂酸二丁基锡,混合均匀后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
矿物粉的制备:将25份煅烧高岭土加入5倍重量份的乙醇中,浸泡30min后加入15份马来酸酐和10份羧甲基淀粉钠,混合均匀后加热至回流状态保温回流30min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,然后加入4份苏打粉和2份硼砂,继续超声处理20min,所得混合物经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,最后加入8份硅藻泥、8份凹凸棒土、6份海泡石粉、3份石膏粉和4份纳米胶粉,充分混合均匀。
硅藻泥的制备:将80份硅藻土和10份羟丙基-β-环糊精加入300份水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入4份聚乙烯醇和3份烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入8份珍珠母粉和3份芒硝,充分混合均匀。

1.一种泵用防锈剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
芦苇秸秆30-40份、棕榈叶20-25份、菜籽粕10-13份、矿物粉8-11份、海藻酸钠6-9份、氢化蓖麻油5-8份、乳化硅油4-6份、环氧大豆油3-5份、米糠蜡3-5份、凡士林2-3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡1-2份、正丁醇30-40份、水200-250份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵用防锈剂,其特征在于,所述矿物粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:煅烧高岭土20-25份、马来酸酐10-15份、羧甲基淀粉钠10-15份、硅藻泥8-12份、凹凸棒土6-10份、海泡石粉5-8份、石膏粉3-6份、纳米胶粉3-6份、苏打粉2-4份、硼砂1-2份,其制备方法为:将煅烧高岭土加入5倍重量份的乙醇中,浸泡30min后加入马来酸酐和羧甲基淀粉钠,混合均匀后加热至回流状态保温回流30min,再于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,然后加入苏打粉和硼砂,继续超声处理20min,所得混合物经真空干燥后粉碎成粉末,最后加入硅藻泥、凹凸棒土、海泡石粉、石膏粉和纳米胶粉,充分混合均匀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的泵用防锈剂,其特征在于,所述硅藻泥由如下重量份数的原料制成:硅藻土70-80份、羟丙基-β-环糊精8-10份、珍珠母粉6-8份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、芒硝3-5份、烟秆灰2-3份、水200-300份,其制备方法为:将硅藻土和羟丙基-β-环糊精加入水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入聚乙烯醇和烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入珍珠母粉和芒硝,充分混合均匀。
4.一种泵用防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将芦苇秸秆和棕榈叶经冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,再加入菜籽粕,混合均匀后加入水中,浸泡1h后将混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm,即得物料I;
(2)将矿物粉和海藻酸钠加入正丁醇中,搅拌形成均匀浆体后再加入米糠蜡和凡士林,然后加热至50-55℃保温混合15min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、氢化蓖麻油、乳化硅油、环氧大豆油和二月桂酸二丁基锡,混合均匀后加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于30μm。
