Abstract

本发明公开了一种离心泵叶轮用粉末涂料,涉及粉末涂料技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:酚醛树脂80-90份、丁基橡胶15-20份、钠基膨润土13-18份、聚苯醚10-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、硅藻泥8-12份、棕榈蜡6-10份、羟乙基纤维素6-10份、烷基糖苷5-8份、卡拉胶4-6份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、甲乙酮肟2-3份、异丙醇200-300份。本发明粉末涂料颗粒均匀,喷涂后在180℃下固化15min即可形成致密而坚硬的涂层,从而对叶轮起保护作用,并且该涂层具有优异的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和耐高低温性,不会出现涂层剥离和腐蚀现象,从而延长叶轮的使用寿命和保证传送介质不受污染。

一种离心泵叶轮用粉末涂料
技术领域:
本发明涉及粉末涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种离心泵叶轮用粉末涂料。
背景技术:
离心泵是利用叶轮旋转而使介质发生离心运动来工作的。离心泵泵在启动前,必须使泵壳和吸管内充满介质,然后启动电机,使泵轴带动叶轮和介质做高速旋转运动,介质发生离心运动,被甩向叶轮外缘,经蜗形泵壳的流道流入离心泵的压水管路。叶轮是离心泵的重要组件,与传送介质直接接触,为了延长叶轮的使用寿命,需要在叶轮上喷涂一层涂料。而目前所用涂料在叶轮使用一段时间后经常出现剥落和腐蚀现象,从而污染传送介质和降低叶轮的使用寿命。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种机械性能好、使用寿命长的离心泵叶轮用粉末涂料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种离心泵叶轮用粉末涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
酚醛树脂80-90份、丁基橡胶15-20份、钠基膨润土13-18份、聚苯醚10-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、硅藻泥8-12份、棕榈蜡6-10份、羟乙基纤维素6-10份、烷基糖苷5-8份、卡拉胶4-6份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、甲乙酮肟2-3份、异丙醇200-300份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将酚醛树脂和纳米二氧化钛加入异丙醇中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入丁基橡胶和聚苯醚,充分混合后继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将棕榈蜡加热至60-70℃保温混合,待完全融化后加入钠基膨润土、海泡石粉和卡拉胶,继续加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)趁热将物料II加入物料I中,混合均匀后静置,待温度自然降至40-50℃后加入硅藻泥、羟乙基纤维素、烷基糖苷和甲乙酮肟,充分混合后送入喷雾干燥机,所得颗粒经粉碎机制成粉末,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于30μm。
所述硅藻泥由如下重量份数的原料制成:硅藻土70-80份、羟丙基-β-环糊精8-10份、珍珠母粉6-8份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、芒硝3-5份、烟秆灰2-3份、水200-300份,其制备方法为:将硅藻土和羟丙基-β-环糊精加入水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入聚乙烯醇和烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入珍珠母粉和芒硝,充分混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以酚醛树脂为主要原料,通过改性和辅以多种功能助剂制得离心泵叶轮用粉末涂料,该粉末涂料颗粒均匀,喷涂后在180℃下固化15min即可形成致密而坚硬的涂层,从而对叶轮起保护作用,并且该涂层具有优异的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和耐高低温性,不会出现涂层剥离和腐蚀现象,从而延长叶轮的使用寿命和保证传送介质不受污染。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将80份酚醛树脂和4份纳米二氧化钛加入250份异丙醇中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入15份丁基橡胶和12份聚苯醚,充分混合后继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将8份棕榈蜡加热至60-70℃保温混合,待完全融化后加入13份钠基膨润土、12份海泡石粉和4份卡拉胶,继续加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)趁热将物料II加入物料I中,混合均匀后静置,待温度自然降至40-50℃后加入8份硅藻泥、6份羟乙基纤维素、7份烷基糖苷和2份甲乙酮肟,充分混合后送入喷雾干燥机,所得颗粒经粉碎机制成粉末,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于30μm。
硅藻泥的制备:将70份硅藻土和8份羟丙基-β-环糊精加入200份水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入6份聚乙烯醇和2份烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入6份珍珠母粉和3份芒硝,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将90份酚醛树脂和6份纳米二氧化钛加入300份异丙醇中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入20份丁基橡胶和10份聚苯醚,充分混合后继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将10份棕榈蜡加热至60-70℃保温混合,待完全融化后加入15份钠基膨润土、10份海泡石粉和6份卡拉胶,继续加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)趁热将物料II加入物料I中,混合均匀后静置,待温度自然降至40-50℃后加入10份硅藻泥、8份羟乙基纤维素、5份烷基糖苷和3份甲乙酮肟,充分混合后送入喷雾干燥机,所得颗粒经粉碎机制成粉末,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于30μm。
硅藻泥的制备:将80份硅藻土和10份羟丙基-β-环糊精加入300份水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入4份聚乙烯醇和3份烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入8份珍珠母粉和4份芒硝,充分混合均匀。

1.一种离心泵叶轮用粉末涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
酚醛树脂80-90份、丁基橡胶15-20份、钠基膨润土13-18份、聚苯醚10-15份、海泡石粉10-15份、硅藻泥8-12份、棕榈蜡6-10份、羟乙基纤维素6-10份、烷基糖苷5-8份、卡拉胶4-6份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、甲乙酮肟2-3份、异丙醇200-300份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将酚醛树脂和纳米二氧化钛加入异丙醇中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入丁基橡胶和聚苯醚,充分混合后继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理30min,即得物料I;
(2)将棕榈蜡加热至60-70℃保温混合,待完全融化后加入钠基膨润土、海泡石粉和卡拉胶,继续加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)趁热将物料II加入物料I中,混合均匀后静置,待温度自然降至40-50℃后加入硅藻泥、羟乙基纤维素、烷基糖苷和甲乙酮肟,充分混合后送入喷雾干燥机,所得颗粒经粉碎机制成粉末,最后经球磨机球磨至细度小于30μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心泵叶轮用粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述硅藻泥由如下重量份数的原料制成:硅藻土70-80份、羟丙基-β-环糊精8-10份、珍珠母粉6-8份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、芒硝3-5份、烟秆灰2-3份、水200-300份,其制备方法为:将硅藻土和羟丙基-β-环糊精加入水中,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入聚乙烯醇和烟秆灰,充分混合后继续微波处理5min,待混合物冷却至室温后送入冷冻干燥机,冷冻浓缩至含水量达到20-25%,最后加入珍珠母粉和芒硝,充分混合均匀。
