Abstract

本发明公开了一种烟气脱硫泵用内壁涂料及其制备方法,涉及涂料生产技术领域,由如下质量份数的原料制成:酚醛环氧树脂80-90份、氟碳树脂20-25份、纳米陶瓷粉12-15份、沸石粉10-13份、玻璃鳞片8-12份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、羧甲基壳聚糖5-8份、氧化铜粉4-6份、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-3份、桐油8-10份、乙醇50-60份、水100-120份。本发明采用纳米陶瓷粉对酚醛环氧树脂进行改性,从而提高了涂料的综合应用性能;使用方法简单,一次喷涂即可形成一层坚硬致密的涂层,涂层附着力好、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性强,从而延长使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及涂料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种烟气脱硫泵用内壁涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术:
我国是以燃煤为主的国家,为世界二氧化硫排放第一大国。62%以上的城市二氧化硫浓度超过国家环境质量二级标准,占全国面积40%左右的地区受到酸雨污染,因此控制二氧化硫污染势在必行。一般采用湿法进行烟气的脱硫处理,在此过程中存在污液处理问题。为杜绝二次污染和节约用水,洗涤剂必须循环使用,因此需要选配具有较强防腐耐磨性的污水泵作为循环水泵。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种投入成本低、性能优异的烟气脱硫泵用内壁涂料及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种烟气脱硫泵用内壁涂料,由如下质量份数的原料制成:
酚醛环氧树脂80-90份、氟碳树脂20-25份、纳米陶瓷粉12-15份、沸石粉10-13份、玻璃鳞片8-12份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、羧甲基壳聚糖5-8份、氧化铜粉4-6份、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-3份、桐油8-10份、乙醇50-60份、水100-120份。
所述纳米陶瓷粉使用前先在2-5倍量的质量浓度5-10%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2h,然后过滤,水洗,所得固体置于烘干机烘干,最后经球磨机球磨成微细粉末后即可使用。
一种烟气脱硫泵用内壁涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将酚醛环氧树脂和纳米陶瓷粉加入到乙醇中,分散均匀后静置20-30min,再加入羧甲基壳聚糖,混合物于超声频率22kHz、功率50-100W下超声处理30-45min,得到物料I;
(2)将物料I、氟碳树脂和桐油加入到高速混合机中,混合10-15min后加入氢化蓖麻油和氧化聚乙烯蜡,然后升温至100-110℃混合15-20min,降温冷却后即得物料II;
(3)先将沸石粉和氧化铜粉均匀分散于水中,再于超声频率22kHz、功率50-100W下超声处理15-20min,然后将其加入球磨机中,并加入物料II和玻璃鳞片,球磨至物料粒度小于10μm,过滤即得目标涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)采用纳米陶瓷粉对酚醛环氧树脂进行改性,从而提高了涂料的综合应用性能;
(2)使用方法简单,一次喷涂即可形成一层坚硬致密的涂层,涂层附着力好、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性强,从而延长使用寿命;
(3)所用原料无毒无害,是一种环境友好型泵用涂料。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)先将12kg纳米陶瓷粉在5倍量的质量浓度10%盐酸溶液中浸泡1h,然后过滤,水洗,所得固体置于烘干机烘干,最后经球磨机球磨成微细粉末;
(2)将80kg酚醛环氧树脂和步骤(1)处理过的纳米陶瓷粉加入到50kg乙醇中,分散均匀后静置30min,再加入6kg羧甲基壳聚糖,混合物于超声频率22kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,得到物料I;
(3)将物料I、20kg氟碳树脂和8kg桐油加入到高速混合机中,混合10min后加入7kg氢化蓖麻油和2kg氧化聚乙烯蜡,然后升温至100-110℃混合15min,降温冷却后即得物料II;
(4)先将10kg沸石粉和4kg氧化铜粉均匀分散于100kg水中,再于超声频率22kHz、功率100W下超声处理15min,然后将其加入球磨机中,并加入物料II和8kg玻璃鳞片,球磨至物料粒度小于10μm,过滤即得目标涂料。
实施例2
(1)先将15kg纳米陶瓷粉在5倍量的质量浓度10%盐酸溶液中浸泡1h,然后过滤,水洗,所得固体置于烘干机烘干,最后经球磨机球磨成微细粉末;
(2)将85kg酚醛环氧树脂和步骤(1)处理过的纳米陶瓷粉加入到55kg乙醇中,分散均匀后静置30min,再加入7kg羧甲基壳聚糖,混合物于超声频率22kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,得到物料I;
(3)将物料I、25kg氟碳树脂和9kg桐油加入到高速混合机中,混合10min后加入8kg氢化蓖麻油和3kg氧化聚乙烯蜡,然后升温至100-110℃混合15min,降温冷却后即得物料II;
(4)先将12kg沸石粉和5kg氧化铜粉均匀分散于110kg水中,再于超声频率22kHz、功率100W下超声处理15min,然后将其加入球磨机中,并加入物料II和10kg玻璃鳞片,球磨至物料粒度小于10μm,过滤即得目标涂料。
实施例3
(1)先将15kg纳米陶瓷粉在5倍量的质量浓度10%盐酸溶液中浸泡1h,然后过滤,水洗,所得固体置于烘干机烘干,最后经球磨机球磨成微细粉末;
(2)将90kg酚醛环氧树脂和步骤(1)处理过的纳米陶瓷粉加入到60kg乙醇中,分散均匀后静置30min,再加入8kg羧甲基壳聚糖,混合物于超声频率22kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,得到物料I;
(3)将物料I、25kg氟碳树脂和10kg桐油加入到高速混合机中,混合10min后加入10kg氢化蓖麻油和3kg氧化聚乙烯蜡,然后升温至100-110℃混合15min,降温冷却后即得物料II;
(4)先将13kg沸石粉和6kg氧化铜粉均匀分散于120kg水中,再于超声频率22kHz、功率100W下超声处理15min,然后将其加入球磨机中,并加入物料II和12kg玻璃鳞片,球磨至物料粒度小于10μm,过滤即得目标涂料。
将实施例1-3制得的涂料分别喷涂在泵体密封面上,然后在160℃下烘烤15min,涂层厚度60μm,对涂层进行一系列性能测试,结果如表1所示:

1.一种烟气脱硫泵用内壁涂料,其特征在于,由如下质量份数的原料制成:
酚醛环氧树脂80-90份、氟碳树脂20-25份、纳米陶瓷粉12-15份、沸石粉10-13份、玻璃鳞片8-12份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、羧甲基壳聚糖5-8份、氧化铜粉4-6份、氧化聚乙烯蜡2-3份、桐油8-10份、乙醇50-60份、水100-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟气脱硫泵用内壁涂料,其特征在于:所述纳米陶瓷粉使用前先在2-5倍量的质量浓度5-10%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2h,然后过滤,水洗,所得固体置于烘干机烘干,最后经球磨机球磨成微细粉末后即可使用。
3.一种如权利要求1所述烟气脱硫泵用内壁涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将酚醛环氧树脂和纳米陶瓷粉加入到乙醇中,分散均匀后静置20-30min,再加入羧甲基壳聚糖,混合物于超声频率22kHz、功率50-100W下超声处理30-45min,得到物料I;
(2)将物料I、氟碳树脂和桐油加入到高速混合机中,混合10-15min后加入氢化蓖麻油和氧化聚乙烯蜡,然后升温至100-110℃混合15-20min,降温冷却后即得物料II;
(3)先将沸石粉和氧化铜粉均匀分散于水中,再于超声频率22kHz、功率50-100W下超声处理15-20min,然后将其加入球磨机中,并加入物料II和玻璃鳞片,球磨至物料粒度小于10μm,过滤即得目标涂料。
