雨伞是一种遮阳或遮蔽雨、雪的工具。伞杆属于雨伞的重要部件,为支撑主体,通常由钢管制成。在雨伞使用过程中我们会经常发现,伞杆表面容易生锈,致使雨伞无法撑开,若执意撑开容易破坏雨伞。雨伞生锈的原因是人们经常在使用完雨伞后,直接将带有雨水的雨伞合上并用固定带绑紧,这样雨伞上的雨水就会进入雨伞内部。由于雨伞被绑紧,进入内部的雨水在短时间内不易挥发,就会使伞杆生锈。针对上述情况,本公司开发出一种雨伞伞杆钢管维护剂,定期使用该维护剂涂抹伞杆,使进入雨伞内部的雨水不能润湿伞杆,从而起到防锈作用。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种使用方便、防锈效果显著,有利于延长雨伞使用寿命的雨伞伞杆钢管维护剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种雨伞伞杆钢管维护剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
乳化硅油10-15份、蓖麻油10-15份、菜籽油6-10份、巴西棕榈蜡5-8份、氢化松香4-6份、卡波树脂3-5份、海藻酸钠3-5份、十八醇2-3份、聚丙烯酸钠2-3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、松节油1-2份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先将巴西棕榈蜡、氢化松香和十八醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入蓖麻油、松节油和纳米钛白粉,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,待自然冷却降温至50-60℃后加入乳化硅油、菜籽油、卡波树脂、海藻酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,研磨使其充分混合均匀。
所述乳化硅油使用前经过改性处理,其处理方法为:向15-20份乳化硅油中加入2-3份交联羧甲基纤维素钠和1-2份鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚硬脂酸酯,分散均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入2-3份聚乙烯醇和0.5-1份钛酸酯偶联剂,继续微波处理5min,待所得混合物自然冷却降温至25-30℃后转入0-5℃下静置8-12h即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以乳化硅油和蓖麻油为主要原料,辅以多种助剂制得雨伞伞杆钢管维护剂,该维护剂呈膏状,直接均匀涂抹于伞杆表面,不仅起到润滑作用,便于撑开和合上雨伞,还能在伞杆上快速形成一层透明隔离膜,该隔离膜能够防止雨水润湿伞杆,避免伞杆发生生锈现象,从而延长伞杆的使用寿命。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
先将6份巴西棕榈蜡、6份氢化松香和2份十八醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入10份蓖麻油、1份松节油和0.5份纳米钛白粉,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,待自然冷却降温至50-60℃后加入10份乳化硅油、6份菜籽油、3份卡波树脂、3份海藻酸钠、2份聚丙烯酸钠和3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,研磨使其充分混合均匀。
乳化硅油的改性处理:向20份乳化硅油中加入2份交联羧甲基纤维素钠和1份鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚硬脂酸酯,分散均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入3份聚乙烯醇和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,继续微波处理5min,待所得混合物自然冷却降温至25-30℃后转入0-5℃下静置12h即可。

乳化硅油的改性处理:向15份乳化硅油中加入2份交联羧甲基纤维素钠和2份鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚硬脂酸酯,分散均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入2份聚乙烯醇和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,继续微波处理5min,待所得混合物自然冷却降温至25-30℃后转入0-5℃下静置12h即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种雨伞伞杆钢管维护剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:乳化硅油10-15份、蓖麻油10-15份、菜籽油6-10份、巴西棕榈蜡5-8份、氢化松香4-6份、卡波树脂3-5份、海藻酸钠3-5份、十八醇2-3份、聚丙烯酸钠2-3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、松节油1-2份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先将巴西棕榈蜡、氢化松香和十八醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入蓖麻油、松节油和纳米钛白粉,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,待自然冷却降温至50-60℃后加入乳化硅油、菜籽油、卡波树脂、海藻酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,研磨使其充分混合均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雨伞伞杆钢管维护剂,其特征在于:所述乳化硅油使用前经过改性处理,其处理方法为:向15-20份乳化硅油中加入2-3份交联羧甲基纤维素钠和1-2份鲸蜡醇聚氧乙烯醚硬脂酸酯,分散均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入2-3份聚乙烯醇和0.5-1份钛酸酯偶联剂,继续微波处理5min,待所得混合物自然冷却降温至25-30℃后转入0-5℃下静置8-12h即可。
