本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种阀门润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术:
阀门润滑脂是一种橡胶、塑料润滑剂,即使应用在温度、湿度变化很大的场合,也可长效润滑,专用于阀门的润滑及密封。在高温下不会碳化也不会蒸发,暴露在高温下也不会熔化或硬化。不溶于水、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇及,耐水合物、无机盐、稀酸及碱性物质,不受矿物油、植物油、有机化合物及多种气体的影响。目前,所使用的大多为密封润滑脂,主要用于各种气体、液体介质的密封,同时也进行润滑,但不及阀门润滑脂的用途广泛。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种耐腐蚀性、稳定性强且兼具润滑密封效果的阀门润滑脂及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种阀门润滑脂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡油50-60份、羊毛醇15-20份、凹凸棒土10-15份、萜烯树脂8-12份、蜡助剂6-10份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯6-10份、海藻酸钠5-8份、顺丁橡胶4-6份、石棉粉3-5份、田菁胶3-5份、聚丙烯酸钠2-4份、肥皂粉1-2份、尿素1-2份、稀土0.1-0.2份。
所述蜡助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:巴西棕榈蜡15-20份、微晶蜡10-15份、乳化硅油10-15份、羟乙基纤维素7-10份、卡波树脂5-8份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚4-7份、鲸蜡醇3-5份、硫化猪油2-3份、丁苯橡胶1-2份、聚乙二醇5-10份、丙三醇10-15份,其制备方法为:先将巴西棕榈蜡和微晶蜡混合加热至完全熔化,再加入卡波树脂、丁苯橡胶和丙三醇,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入乳化硅油和鲸蜡醇,继续微波处理5min,待混合物自然冷却至室温后加入羟乙基纤维素、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、硫化猪油和聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
一种阀门润滑脂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将蜡助剂加入石蜡油中,分散均匀后再加入羊毛醇和顺丁橡胶,然后加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)将凹凸棒土和石棉粉充分混合,先置于100-110℃中干燥12h,再于300-350℃下煅烧3h,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、萜烯树脂和田菁胶,然后加热至120-130℃保温混合20min,再加入松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、海藻酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、肥皂粉、尿素和稀土,充分混合均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以石蜡油和羊毛醇为主要原料,辅以多种助剂制得阀门润滑脂,该润滑脂粘度适宜、稳定性好,可对阀门起到密封、润滑、防腐蚀的作用,延长使用寿命,适用于阀门中一些冲击振动部位和旋转密封部位,可起到其它材料无法比拟的作用。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将7份蜡助剂加入50份石蜡油中,分散均匀后再加入15份羊毛醇和4份顺丁橡胶,然后加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)将10份凹凸棒土和5份石棉粉充分混合,先置于100-110℃中干燥12h,再于300-350℃下煅烧3h,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、10份萜烯树脂和3份田菁胶,然后加热至120-130℃保温混合20min,再加入6份松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、5份海藻酸钠、3份聚丙烯酸钠、2份肥皂粉、1份尿素和0.1份稀土,充分混合均匀即可。
蜡助剂的制备:先将15份巴西棕榈蜡和10份微晶蜡混合加热至完全熔化,再加入5份卡波树脂、1份丁苯橡胶和10份丙三醇,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入12份乳化硅油和3份鲸蜡醇,继续微波处理5min,待混合物自然冷却至室温后加入8份羟乙基纤维素、4份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、3份硫化猪油和6份聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
(1)将10份蜡助剂加入60份石蜡油中,分散均匀后再加入20份羊毛醇和6份顺丁橡胶,然后加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)将15份凹凸棒土和3份石棉粉充分混合,先置于100-110℃中干燥12h,再于300-350℃下煅烧3h,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份萜烯树脂和5份田菁胶,然后加热至120-130℃保温混合20min,再加入8份松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、6份海藻酸钠、2份聚丙烯酸钠、1份肥皂粉、2份尿素和0.2份稀土,充分混合均匀即可。

Claims (3)
1.一种阀门润滑脂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡油50-60份、羊毛醇15-20份、凹凸棒土10-15份、萜烯树脂8-12份、蜡助剂6-10份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯6-10份、海藻酸钠5-8份、顺丁橡胶4-6份、石棉粉3-5份、田菁胶3-5份、聚丙烯酸钠2-4份、肥皂粉1-2份、尿素1-2份、稀土0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门润滑脂,其特征在于,所述蜡助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:巴西棕榈蜡15-20份、微晶蜡10-15份、乳化硅油10-15份、羟乙基纤维素7-10份、卡波树脂5-8份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚4-7份、鲸蜡醇3-5份、硫化猪油2-3份、丁苯橡胶1-2份、聚乙二醇5-10份、丙三醇10-15份,其制备方法为:先将巴西棕榈蜡和微晶蜡混合加热至完全熔化,再加入卡波树脂、丁苯橡胶和丙三醇,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入乳化硅油和鲸蜡醇,继续微波处理5min,待混合物自然冷却至室温后加入羟乙基纤维素、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、硫化猪油和聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
3.一种阀门润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将蜡助剂加入石蜡油中,分散均匀后再加入羊毛醇和顺丁橡胶,然后加热至80-90℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)将凹凸棒土和石棉粉充分混合,先置于100-110℃中干燥12h,再于300-350℃下煅烧3h,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、萜烯树脂和田菁胶,然后加热至120-130℃保温混合20min,再加入松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、海藻酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、肥皂粉、尿素和稀土,充分混合均匀即可。
