本发明公开了一种PU皮革边油及其制备方法,涉及皮革加工技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:微晶蜡15‑20份、米糠蜡10‑15份、萜烯树脂8‑13份、火山灰6‑11份、松香甘油酯5‑9份、石油焦5‑9份、聚乙二醇60004‑8份、乳化硅油4‑8份、颜料3‑6份、羊毛脂2‑4份、聚丙烯酰胺2‑4份、附着力促进剂2‑4份、聚合氯化铝1‑2份、硫化猪油1‑2份、纳米胶粉1‑2份、纳米钛白粉1‑2份。本发明边油使用在PU皮革制品上能够形成色牢度与均匀性好、表面光滑度高的封边,并且封边具有优异的耐高低温性、耐水性、耐磨性和耐候性,在使用过程中不会出现剥落和粉化现象,从而大大提高PU皮革制品的外观和使用质量。

技术领域:
本发明涉及皮革加工技术领域,具体涉及一种PU皮革边油及其制备方法。
背景技术:
PU皮革,就是聚氨酯成份的表皮,现在广泛适用于做箱包、服装、鞋、车辆和家具的装饰。在其加工过程中需要对裁剪的边角进行封边,用来掩盖皮料切口以及组合后的边缘裸露的问题,使产品更美观耐用。边油的选择是封边工艺的关键,目前市售边油存在气泡、色牢度差、不耐高低温、易开裂和粉化等问题,因此亟需开发新的PU皮革边油,以提高PU皮革制品的外观和使用质量。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种色牢度好、表面光滑度高且具有优异耐高低温性、耐磨性和耐候性的PU皮革边油及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种PU皮革边油,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
微晶蜡15-20份、米糠蜡10-15份、萜烯树脂8-13份、火山灰6-11份、松香甘油酯5-9份、石油焦5-9份、聚乙二醇60004-8份、乳化硅油4-8份、颜料3-6份、羊毛脂2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺2-4份、附着力促进剂2-4份、聚合氯化铝1-2份、硫化猪油1-2份、纳米胶粉1-2份、纳米钛白粉1-2份。
所述附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧煤沥青10-15份、C9石油树脂7-12份、聚氧化乙烯5-8份、橡胶粉5-8份、超细氧化镁4-7份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯4-7份、疏水型纳米二氧化硅3-5份、三油酸甘油酯2-3份、石棉绒1-2份、玻纤粉1-2份、尿素0.5-1份、纳米氧化锌0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先向环氧煤沥青中加入C9石油树脂、聚氧化乙烯和纳米氧化锌,并加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,再加入橡胶粉、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和疏水型纳米二氧化硅,继续保温混合10min,然后在冰水浴下以10℃/min降温,待温度降至50-60℃后加入超细氧化镁、三油酸甘油酯、石棉绒、玻纤粉和尿素,充分混合均匀。
所述疏水型纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入等量以体积比1:1乙醇和水配制的混合溶剂中,搅拌形成均匀溶液后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份β-环糊精和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,然后静置30min,并于100-105℃下干燥8h,所得固体研磨成粉末,最后于550-600℃下焙烧3h。
一种PU皮革边油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将微晶蜡和米糠蜡加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,再加入萜烯树脂、松香甘油酯和石油焦,继续加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向乳化硅油中加入羊毛脂、附着力促进剂和纳米胶粉,充分分散后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入颜料、聚合氯化铝和纳米钛白粉,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、火山灰和硫化猪油,充分分散后静置30min,最后加入聚乙二醇6000和聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以微晶蜡和米糠蜡为主要原料,辅以多种助剂制得PU皮革边油,所制边油使用在PU皮革制品上能够形成色牢度与均匀性好、表面光滑度高的封边,并且封边具有优异的耐高低温性、耐水性、耐磨性和耐候性,在使用过程中不会出现剥落和粉化现象,从而大大提高PU皮革制品的外观和使用质量。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将15份微晶蜡和15份米糠蜡加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,再加入8份萜烯树脂、5份松香甘油酯和5份石油焦,继续加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向8份乳化硅油中加入2份羊毛脂、3份附着力促进剂和1份纳米胶粉,充分分散后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入4份颜料、1份聚合氯化铝和1份纳米钛白粉,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、6份火山灰和1份硫化猪油,充分分散后静置30min,最后加入6份聚乙二醇6000和2份聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合均匀。
附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:先向15份环氧煤沥青中加入9份C9石油树脂、5份聚氧化乙烯和0.5份纳米氧化锌,并加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,再加入5份橡胶粉、4份松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和3份疏水型纳米二氧化硅,继续保温混合10min,然后在冰水浴下以10℃/min降温,待温度降至50-60℃后加入4份超细氧化镁、2份三油酸甘油酯、1份石棉绒、1份玻纤粉和0.5份尿素,充分混合均匀。
疏水型纳米二氧化硅的制备:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入等量以体积比1:1乙醇和水配制的混合溶剂中,搅拌形成均匀溶液后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份β-环糊精和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,然后静置30min,并于100-105℃下干燥8h,所得固体研磨成粉末,最后于550-600℃下焙烧3h。
实施例2
(1)将20份微晶蜡和12份米糠蜡加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,再加入10份萜烯树脂、5份松香甘油酯和5份石油焦,继续加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向8份乳化硅油中加入2份羊毛脂、3份附着力促进剂和1份纳米胶粉,充分分散后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入5份颜料、1份聚合氯化铝和1份纳米钛白粉,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、8份火山灰和1份硫化猪油,充分分散后静置30min,最后加入6份聚乙二醇6000和2份聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合均匀。
附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入等量以体积比1:1乙醇和水配制的混合溶剂中,并加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,再加入7份橡胶粉、4份松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和3份疏水型纳米二氧化硅,继续保温混合10min,然后在冰水浴下以10℃/min降温,待温度降至50-60℃后加入5份超细氧化镁、3份三油酸甘油酯、1份石棉绒、1份玻纤粉和0.5份尿素,充分混合均匀。
疏水型纳米二氧化硅的制备:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入体积比1:1乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,搅拌形成均匀溶液后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份β-环糊精和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,然后静置30min,并于100-105℃下干燥8h,所得固体研磨成粉末,最后于550-600℃下焙烧3h。

微晶蜡15-20份、米糠蜡10-15份、萜烯树脂8-13份、火山灰6-11份、松香甘油酯5-9份、石油焦5-9份、聚乙二醇60004-8份、乳化硅油4-8份、颜料3-6份、羊毛脂2-4份、聚丙烯酰胺2-4份、附着力促进剂2-4份、聚合氯化铝1-2份、硫化猪油1-2份、纳米胶粉1-2份、纳米钛白粉1-2份。
2.一种PU皮革边油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将微晶蜡和米糠蜡加热至90-100℃保温混合10min,再加入萜烯树脂、松香甘油酯和石油焦,继续加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向乳化硅油中加入羊毛脂、附着力促进剂和纳米胶粉,充分分散后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入颜料、聚合氯化铝和纳米钛白粉,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、火山灰和硫化猪油,充分分散后静置30min,最后加入聚乙二醇6000和聚丙烯酰胺,充分混合均匀。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的PU皮革边油,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧煤沥青10-15份、C9石油树脂7-12份、聚氧化乙烯5-8份、橡胶粉5-8份、超细氧化镁4-7份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯4-7份、疏水型纳米二氧化硅3-5份、三油酸甘油酯2-3份、石棉绒1-2份、玻纤粉1-2份、尿素0.5-1份、纳米氧化锌0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先向环氧煤沥青中加入C9石油树脂、聚氧化乙烯和纳米氧化锌,并加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,再加入橡胶粉、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和疏水型纳米二氧化硅,继续保温混合10min,然后在冰水浴下以10℃/min降温,待温度降至50-60℃后加入超细氧化镁、三油酸甘油酯、石棉绒、玻纤粉和尿素,充分混合均匀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PU皮革边油,其特征在于,所述疏水型纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入等量以体积比1:1乙醇和水配制的混合溶剂中,搅拌形成均匀溶液后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份β-环糊精和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,然后静置30min,并于100-105℃下干燥8h,所得固体研磨成粉末,最后于550-600℃下焙烧3h。
