本发明公开了一种PU皮具金属标牌粘贴剂,涉及皮具加工技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯20‑25份、聚醋酸乙烯酯15‑20份、活性白土10‑15份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10‑15份、米糠蜡6‑11份、歧化松香5‑9份、海藻酸丙二醇酯5‑9份、氢化蓖麻油4‑8份、微晶粉3‑6份、聚丙烯酸钠3‑6份、附着力促进剂2‑4份、聚合硫酸铁2‑4份、茶籽粉1‑2份、松油醇1‑2份、羊毛脂1‑2份、钛白粉0.5‑1份、正丁醇25‑30份。本发明粘结剂的粘结性强,能将金属标牌牢固粘贴在PU皮具上,并且该粘结剂具有优异的耐水性、耐高低温性和耐候性,从而进一步提高金属标牌在PU皮具上的粘结牢固性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及皮具加工技术领域,具体涉及一种PU皮具金属标牌粘贴剂。
背景技术:
PU皮具是目前广泛十分使用的一类皮具制品,具有颜色鲜艳和价格低廉的显著特点。金属标牌是PU皮具的logo形式之一,通过粘贴剂粘附在PU皮具的显眼位置,以便消费者识别品牌。但在PU皮具的使用过程中,经常出现金属标牌粘贴不稳甚至剥离现象,主要是由于粘结剂的粘结性、耐水性和耐高低温性差而引起。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有优异粘结性、耐水性和耐高低温性的PU皮具金属标牌粘贴剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种PU皮具金属标牌粘贴剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
氯磺化聚乙烯20-25份、聚醋酸乙烯酯15-20份、活性白土10-15份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10-15份、米糠蜡6-11份、歧化松香5-9份、海藻酸丙二醇酯5-9份、氢化蓖麻油4-8份、微晶粉3-6份、聚丙烯酸钠3-6份、附着力促进剂2-4份、聚合硫酸铁2-4份、茶籽粉1-2份、松油醇1-2份、羊毛脂1-2份、钛白粉0.5-1份、正丁醇25-30份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向正丁醇中加入氯磺化聚乙烯和歧化松香,搅拌下加热至回流状态保温15min,再加入聚醋酸乙烯酯和米糠蜡,继续保温搅拌10min,即得物料I;
(2)将米糠蜡加热至75-85℃保温混合5min,再加入氢化蓖麻油、附着力促进剂和松油醇,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、活性白土、微晶粉、聚合硫酸铁和钛白粉,混合均匀后静置1h,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,处理结束后自然冷却,待温度降至70-80℃后加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、海藻酸丙二醇酯、聚丙烯酸钠、茶籽粉和羊毛脂,充分混合形成均匀膏体。
所述附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧煤沥青10-15份、C9石油树脂7-12份、聚氧化乙烯5-8份、橡胶粉5-8份、超细氧化镁4-7份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯4-7份、疏水型纳米二氧化硅3-5份、三油酸甘油酯2-3份、石棉绒1-2份、玻纤粉1-2份、尿素0.5-1份、纳米氧化锌0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先向环氧煤沥青中加入C9石油树脂、聚氧化乙烯和纳米氧化锌,并加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,再加入橡胶粉、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和疏水型纳米二氧化硅,继续保温混合10min,然后在冰水浴下以10℃/min降温,待温度降至50-60℃后加入超细氧化镁、三油酸甘油酯、石棉绒、玻纤粉和尿素,充分混合均匀。
所述疏水型纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入等量以体积比1:1乙醇和水配制的混合溶剂中,搅拌形成均匀溶液后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份β-环糊精和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,然后静置30min,并于100-105℃下干燥8h,所得固体研磨成粉末,最后于550-600℃下焙烧3h。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以氯磺化聚乙烯为主要原料,辅以聚醋酸乙烯酯及多种助剂制得PU皮具金属标牌粘贴剂,该粘结剂的粘结性强,能将金属标牌牢固粘贴在PU皮具上,同时不会对PU皮具表面造成损伤,并且该粘结剂具有优异的耐水性、耐高低温性和耐候性,从而进一步提高金属标牌在PU皮具上的粘结牢固性。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向30份正丁醇中加入20份氯磺化聚乙烯和5份歧化松香,搅拌下加热至回流状态保温15min,再加入15份聚醋酸乙烯酯和10份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,继续保温搅拌10min,即得物料I;
(2)将6份米糠蜡加热至75-85℃保温混合5min,再加入5份氢化蓖麻油、3份附着力促进剂和2份松油醇,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、10份活性白土、5份微晶粉、2份聚合硫酸铁和0.5份钛白粉,混合均匀后静置1h,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,处理结束后自然冷却,待温度降至70-80℃后加入7份海藻酸丙二醇酯、3份聚丙烯酸钠、2份茶籽粉和1份羊毛脂,充分混合形成均匀膏体。
附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:先向15份环氧煤沥青中加入9份C9石油树脂、5份聚氧化乙烯和0.5份纳米氧化锌,并加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,再加入5份橡胶粉、4份松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和3份疏水型纳米二氧化硅,继续保温混合10min,然后在冰水浴下以10℃/min降温,待温度降至50-60℃后加入4份超细氧化镁、2份三油酸甘油酯、1份石棉绒、1份玻纤粉和0.5份尿素,充分混合均匀。
疏水型纳米二氧化硅的制备:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入等量以体积比1:1乙醇和水配制的混合溶剂中,搅拌形成均匀溶液后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份β-环糊精和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,然后静置30min,并于100-105℃下干燥8h,所得固体研磨成粉末,最后于550-600℃下焙烧3h。
实施例2
(1)向30份正丁醇中加入25份氯磺化聚乙烯和5份歧化松香,搅拌下加热至回流状态保温15min,再加入20份聚醋酸乙烯酯和10份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,继续保温搅拌10min,即得物料I;
(2)将8份米糠蜡加热至75-85℃保温混合5min,再加入4份氢化蓖麻油、4份附着力促进剂和1份松油醇,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、12份活性白土、3份微晶粉、2份聚合硫酸铁和1份钛白粉,混合均匀后静置1h,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,处理结束后自然冷却,待温度降至70-80℃后加入5份海藻酸丙二醇酯、4份聚丙烯酸钠、1份茶籽粉和1份羊毛脂,充分混合形成均匀膏体。

疏水型纳米二氧化硅的制备:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入等量以体积比1:1乙醇和水配制的混合溶剂中,搅拌形成均匀溶液后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份β-环糊精和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,然后静置30min,并于100-105℃下干燥8h,所得固体研磨成粉末,最后于550-600℃下焙烧3h。

1.一种PU皮具金属标牌粘贴剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:氯磺化聚乙烯20-25份、聚醋酸乙烯酯15-20份、活性白土10-15份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10-15份、米糠蜡6-11份、歧化松香5-9份、海藻酸丙二醇酯5-9份、氢化蓖麻油4-8份、微晶粉3-6份、聚丙烯酸钠3-6份、附着力促进剂2-4份、聚合硫酸铁2-4份、茶籽粉1-2份、松油醇1-2份、羊毛脂1-2份、钛白粉0.5-1份、正丁醇25-30份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向正丁醇中加入氯磺化聚乙烯和歧化松香,搅拌下加热至回流状态保温15min,再加入聚醋酸乙烯酯和米糠蜡,继续保温搅拌10min,即得物料I;
(2)将米糠蜡加热至75-85℃保温混合5min,再加入氢化蓖麻油、附着力促进剂和松油醇,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合5min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、活性白土、微晶粉、聚合硫酸铁和钛白粉,混合均匀后静置1h,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,处理结束后自然冷却,待温度降至70-80℃后加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、海藻酸丙二醇酯、聚丙烯酸钠、茶籽粉和羊毛脂,充分混合形成均匀膏体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PU皮具金属标牌粘贴剂,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:环氧煤沥青10-15份、C9石油树脂7-12份、聚氧化乙烯5-8份、橡胶粉5-8份、超细氧化镁4-7份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯4-7份、疏水型纳米二氧化硅3-5份、三油酸甘油酯2-3份、石棉绒1-2份、玻纤粉1-2份、尿素0.5-1份、纳米氧化锌0.5-1份,其制备方法为:先向环氧煤沥青中加入C9石油树脂、聚氧化乙烯和纳米氧化锌,并加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,再加入橡胶粉、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯和疏水型纳米二氧化硅,继续保温混合10min,然后在冰水浴下以10℃/min降温,待温度降至50-60℃后加入超细氧化镁、三油酸甘油酯、石棉绒、玻纤粉和尿素,充分混合均匀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的PU皮具金属标牌粘贴剂,其特征在于,所述疏水型纳米二氧化硅的制备方法为:将15份正硅酸四乙酯加入等量以体积比1:1乙醇和水配制的混合溶剂中,搅拌形成均匀溶液后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,再加入1份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份β-环糊精和0.5份钛酸酯偶联剂,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,然后静置30min,并于100-105℃下干燥8h,所得固体研磨成粉末,最后于550-600℃下焙烧3h。
