本发明公开了一种塑料制品装配用粘合剂,涉及塑料制品加工技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚氯乙烯糊树脂10‑15份、氢化松香甘油酯10‑15份、松节油4‑8份、活性白土3‑6份、巴西棕榈蜡3‑6份、双季戊四醇2‑4份、柔韧助剂2‑4份、硬脂酸1‑2份、月桂酸单甘油酯1‑2份、己内酰胺0.5‑1份、硫酸化蓖麻油0.5‑1份、三聚磷酸钠0.5‑1份、正丁醇15‑20份、水80‑100份。本发明粘合剂在粘合时能实现各部件的无缝粘合,粘合后的稳定性好,在使用过程中不会出现开裂和受力后分离的现象,从而保证粘合质量和塑料制品的正常使用。

技术领域:
本发明涉及塑料制品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种塑料制品装配用粘合剂。
背景技术:
塑料制品是采用塑料为主要原料加工而成的生活、工业等用品的统称。包括以塑料为原料的注塑、吸塑等所有工艺的制品。部分塑料制品由于结构复杂,不能一次性注塑或吸塑制成,需要将其各部件分别加工后通过粘合剂装配起来。这样就对所用粘合剂的粘合性能要求很高,在粘合时能实现各部件的无缝粘合,且要保证不影响塑料制品的正常使用,在使用过程中不会出现开裂和受力后分离的现象。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种粘合性强、稳定性好以保证塑料制品正常使用的塑料制品装配用粘合剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种塑料制品装配用粘合剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
聚氯乙烯糊树脂10-15份、氢化松香甘油酯10-15份、松节油4-8份、活性白土3-6份、巴西棕榈蜡3-6份、双季戊四醇2-4份、柔韧助剂2-4份、硬脂酸1-2份、月桂酸单甘油酯1-2份、己内酰胺0.5-1份、硫酸化蓖麻油0.5-1份、三聚磷酸钠0.5-1份、正丁醇15-20份、水80-100份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入聚氯乙烯糊树脂和松节油,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入氢化松香甘油酯和巴西棕榈蜡,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向活性白土中加入双季戊四醇和柔韧助剂,加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入月桂酸单甘油酯和硫酸化蓖麻油,继续在110-120℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入硬脂酸和三聚磷酸钠,充分混合后静置30min,再加入物料II、己内酰胺和正丁醇,加热至回流状态保温混合10min,即得粘合剂。
所述柔韧助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:C9石油树脂5-8份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3-5份、聚氧化乙烯3-5份、氢化棕榈油2-3份、羊毛醇2-3份、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、气相二氧化硅1-2份、超细聚四氟乙烯粉末0.5-1份、硫化猪油0.5-1份,其制备方法为:将氢化棕榈油和羊毛醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入C9石油树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,然后加入聚氧化乙烯和超细聚四氟乙烯粉末,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,所得混合物转入0-5℃环境中静置3h,随后加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,并加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、气相二氧化硅和硫化猪油,继续在120-130℃保温混合10min,最后以10-15℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至室温即可。
所述气相二氧化硅使用前经过改性处理,其处理方法为:向10-15份气相二氧化硅中加入0.5-1份1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮和0.5-1份三乙烯四胺,并加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,再加入0.5-1份萜烯树脂和1-2份乳化硅油,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,所得混合物转入-5-0℃环境中密封静置3h,最后经超微粉碎机制成粉末。
气相二氧化硅经过上述处理,增强其亲脂性,从而利于提高其与高分子聚合物的共混性。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以聚氯乙烯糊树脂和氢化松香甘油酯为主要原料,辅以多种助剂制得粘合剂,该粘合剂适用于塑料制品的装配,在粘合时能实现各部件的无缝粘合,粘合后的稳定性好,在使用过程中不会出现开裂和受力后分离的现象,从而保证粘合质量和塑料制品的正常使用。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向80份水中加入10份聚氯乙烯糊树脂和4份松节油,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入10份氢化松香甘油酯和3份巴西棕榈蜡,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向5份活性白土中加入2份双季戊四醇和4份柔韧助剂,加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入2份月桂酸单甘油酯和0.5份硫酸化蓖麻油,继续在110-120℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入1份硬脂酸和0.5份三聚磷酸钠,充分混合后静置30min,再加入物料II、0.5份己内酰胺和15份正丁醇,加热至回流状态保温混合10min,即得粘合剂。
柔韧助剂的制备:将3份氢化棕榈油和2份羊毛醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入5份C9石油树脂和5份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,然后加入3份聚氧化乙烯和0.5份超细聚四氟乙烯粉末,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,所得混合物转入0-5℃环境中静置3h,随后加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,并加入1份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、1份气相二氧化硅和1份硫化猪油,继续在120-130℃保温混合10min,最后以10-15℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至室温即可。
气相二氧化硅的改性处理:向15份气相二氧化硅中加入0.5份1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮和0.5份三乙烯四胺,并加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,再加入1份萜烯树脂和1份乳化硅油,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,所得混合物转入-5-0℃环境中密封静置3h,最后经超微粉碎机制成粉末。
实施例2
(1)向80份水中加入15份聚氯乙烯糊树脂和4份松节油,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入10份氢化松香甘油酯和5份巴西棕榈蜡,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向4份活性白土中加入2份双季戊四醇和3份柔韧助剂,加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入1份月桂酸单甘油酯和1份硫酸化蓖麻油,继续在110-120℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入1份硬脂酸和0.5份三聚磷酸钠,充分混合后静置30min,再加入物料II、1份己内酰胺和15份正丁醇,加热至回流状态保温混合10min,即得粘合剂。
柔韧助剂的制备:将2份氢化棕榈油和3份羊毛醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入8份C9石油树脂和3份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,然后加入5份聚氧化乙烯和0.5份超细聚四氟乙烯粉末,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,所得混合物转入0-5℃环境中静置3h,随后加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,并加入2份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、1份气相二氧化硅和0.5份硫化猪油,继续在120-130℃保温混合10min,最后以10-15℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至室温即可。
气相二氧化硅的改性处理:向15份气相二氧化硅中加入0.5份1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮和0.5份三乙烯四胺,并加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,再加入0.5份萜烯树脂和1份乳化硅油,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,所得混合物转入-5-0℃环境中密封静置3h,最后经超微粉碎机制成粉末。
实施例3
将实施例1和实施例2所制粘合剂用于塑料制品的装配,经试验研究发现,其粘合成功率高达99.95%以上,且粘合后塑料制品正常使用时其粘缝的断裂和脱离率低至0.05%。

1.一种塑料制品装配用粘合剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚氯乙烯糊树脂10-15份、氢化松香甘油酯10-15份、松节油4-8份、活性白土3-6份、巴西棕榈蜡3-6份、双季戊四醇2-4份、柔韧助剂2-4份、硬脂酸1-2份、月桂酸单甘油酯1-2份、己内酰胺0.5-1份、硫酸化蓖麻油0.5-1份、三聚磷酸钠0.5-1份、正丁醇15-20份、水80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料制品装配用粘合剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向水中加入聚氯乙烯糊树脂和松节油,加热至回流状态保温混合15min,再加入氢化松香甘油酯和巴西棕榈蜡,继续回流保温混合15min,即得物料I;
(2)向活性白土中加入双季戊四醇和柔韧助剂,加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,然后加入月桂酸单甘油酯和硫酸化蓖麻油,继续在110-120℃保温混合10min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入硬脂酸和三聚磷酸钠,充分混合后静置30min,再加入物料II、己内酰胺和正丁醇,加热至回流状态保温混合10min,即得粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料制品装配用粘合剂,其特征在于,所述柔韧助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:C9石油树脂5-8份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛3-5份、聚氧化乙烯3-5份、氢化棕榈油2-3份、羊毛醇2-3份、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺1-2份、气相二氧化硅1-2份、超细聚四氟乙烯粉末0.5-1份、硫化猪油0.5-1份,其制备方法为:将氢化棕榈油和羊毛醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,再加入C9石油树脂和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理5min,然后加入聚氧化乙烯和超细聚四氟乙烯粉末,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,所得混合物转入0-5℃环境中静置3h,随后加热至120-130℃保温混合15min,并加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、气相二氧化硅和硫化猪油,继续在120-130℃保温混合10min,最后以10-15℃/min的冷却速度降温,待温度降至室温即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的塑料制品装配用粘合剂,其特征在于:所述气相二氧化硅使用前经过改性处理,其处理方法为:向10-15份气相二氧化硅中加入0.5-1份1,3-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮和0.5-1份三乙烯四胺,并加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,再加入0.5-1份萜烯树脂和1-2份乳化硅油,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,所得混合物转入-5-0℃环境中密封静置3h,最后经超微粉碎机制成粉末。
