背景技术:
电动车,即电力驱动车,是一种环保型出行工具。以电池作为能量来源,通过控制器、电机等部件,将电能转化为机械能运动,以控制电流大小改变速度的车辆。链条和链轮是电动车的关键驱动部件,为了保证电动车的正常使用以及延长其使用寿命,需要对其进行定期保养。通常的保养措施是利用润滑脂来减小链条和链轮之间的磨擦阻力,降低链条和链轮的结构磨损。目前,普遍使用的润滑脂都存在散热效果差的问题,且易吸附灰尘而使润滑脂黏度增大,从而增大磨擦阻力,起不到润滑效果。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种散热效果好、润滑效果佳且润滑周期长的电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧改性硅油15-20份、聚乙酸乙烯酯5-10份、聚氧化乙烯5-10份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯3-6份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶2-4份、C5加氢石油树脂2-4份、米糠蜡2-4份、聚四氟乙烯超细粉2-4份、氢化棕榈油1-2份、石油焦微粉1-2份、纳米胶粉1-2份、双环戊二烯树脂0.5-1份、硫酸化蓖麻油0.5-1份、纳米硼酸锌0.5-1份、钼酸铋0.1-0.2份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向聚乙酸乙烯酯中加入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和C5加氢石油树脂,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至110-115℃保温混合30min,再加入环氧改性硅油、纳米胶粉和钼酸铋,继续升温至130-135℃保温混合15min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得物料I;
(2)向聚氧化乙烯中加入氯化聚乙烯橡胶和聚四氟乙烯超细粉,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至125-130℃保温混合30min,再加入氢化棕榈油、石油焦微粉和双环戊二烯树脂,继续在125-130℃保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、米糠蜡、硫酸化蓖麻油和纳米硼酸锌,充分混合后于0-5℃环境中静置2h,再以10℃/min的升温速度升温至120-130℃保温混合15min,最后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,即得润滑脂。
所述米糠蜡使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:向米糠蜡中加入交联聚维酮和氢化松香甘油酯,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,转入10-15℃环境中静置30min后继续微波处理3min,再加入六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和2-咪唑烷酮,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,最后将所得混合物转入0-5℃环境中静置1h,即完成米糠蜡的预处理。
所述米糠蜡、交联聚维酮、氢化松香甘油酯、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和2-咪唑烷酮的质量用量比为15-20:1-2:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.1-0.3。
所述微波处理器的额定微波频率为2450MHz、输出功率为700W。
米糠蜡经过上述预处理后,不仅能显著增强其与环氧改性硅油的共混相容性,还能提高其耐热性和柔滑性。
所述纳米胶粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:松香改性酚醛树脂5-10份、气相白炭黑3-5份、活性白土3-5份、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、石棉粉2-3份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯2-3份、海泡石纤维1-2份、环氧大豆油1-2份、玻纤粉0.5-1份,其制备方法为:向松香改性酚醛树脂中加入活性白土和环氧大豆油,充分混合,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至125-130℃保温混合15min,再加入气相白炭黑、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,继续在125-130℃下保温混合15min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至55-60℃密封保温静置30min,并加入石棉粉、海泡石纤维和玻纤粉,再以10℃/min的升温速度升温至115-125℃保温混合10min,最后趁热将所得混合物送入纳米研磨机中,经研磨制得纳米胶粉。
上述所制纳米胶粉渗透性极强,能均匀渗透到润滑脂制备原料中,起到增强润滑脂润滑性、耐磨性和耐候性的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂的颜色透明、粘度适中,将其涂抹于链条链轮上能起到优异的润滑作用,散热效果好,能显著降低链条与链轮之间的磨擦力,减轻两者因摩擦力而导致的结构损耗;同时润滑周期长,不易吸附灰尘;并且耐高低温性和耐候性好,不会出现因成分变质而导致润滑脂粘度变大、润滑效果消失甚至增加磨擦的问题。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向10份聚乙酸乙烯酯中加入5份甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和2份C5加氢石油树脂,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至110-115℃保温混合30min,再加入20份环氧改性硅油、1份纳米胶粉和0.2份钼酸铋,继续升温至130-135℃保温混合15min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得物料I;
(2)向5份聚氧化乙烯中加入2份氯化聚乙烯橡胶和2份聚四氟乙烯超细粉,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至125-130℃保温混合30min,再加入2份氢化棕榈油、1份石油焦微粉和0.5份双环戊二烯树脂,继续在125-130℃保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、2份米糠蜡、0.5份硫酸化蓖麻油和0.5份纳米硼酸锌,充分混合后于0-5℃环境中静置2h,再以10℃/min的升温速度升温至120-130℃保温混合15min,最后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,即得润滑脂。
米糠蜡的预处理:向20份米糠蜡中加入1份交联聚维酮和0.5份氢化松香甘油酯,充分混合后利用额定微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W的微波处理器微波处理5min,转入10-15℃环境中静置30min后继续微波处理3min,再加入0.5份六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和0.2份2-咪唑烷酮,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,最后将所得混合物转入0-5℃环境中静置1h,即完成米糠蜡的预处理。
纳米胶粉的制备:向10份松香改性酚醛树脂中加入3份活性白土和1份环氧大豆油,充分混合,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至125-130℃保温混合15min,再加入3份气相白炭黑、5份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和2份三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,继续在125-130℃下保温混合15min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至55-60℃密封保温静置30min,并加入2份石棉粉、1份海泡石纤维和0.5份玻纤粉,再以10℃/min的升温速度升温至115-125℃保温混合10min,最后趁热将所得混合物送入纳米研磨机中,经研磨制得纳米胶粉。
实施例2
(1)向10份聚乙酸乙烯酯中加入3份甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和2份C5加氢石油树脂,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至110-115℃保温混合30min,再加入20份环氧改性硅油、2份纳米胶粉和0.2份钼酸铋,继续升温至130-135℃保温混合15min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得物料I;
(2)向5份聚氧化乙烯中加入2份氯化聚乙烯橡胶和2份聚四氟乙烯超细粉,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至125-130℃保温混合30min,再加入1份氢化棕榈油、1份石油焦微粉和1份双环戊二烯树脂,继续在125-130℃保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、3份米糠蜡、0.5份硫酸化蓖麻油和0.5份纳米硼酸锌,充分混合后于0-5℃环境中静置2h,再以10℃/min的升温速度升温至120-130℃保温混合15min,最后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,即得润滑脂。
米糠蜡的预处理:向20份米糠蜡中加入1份交联聚维酮和1份氢化松香甘油酯,充分混合后利用额定微波频率2450MHz、输出功率700W的微波处理器微波处理5min,转入10-15℃环境中静置30min后继续微波处理3min,再加入1份六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和0.2份2-咪唑烷酮,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,最后将所得混合物转入0-5℃环境中静置1h,即完成米糠蜡的预处理。
纳米胶粉的制备:向8份松香改性酚醛树脂中加入3份活性白土和2份环氧大豆油,充分混合,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至125-130℃保温混合15min,再加入3份气相白炭黑、3份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和3份三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,继续在125-130℃下保温混合15min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至55-60℃密封保温静置30min,并加入2份石棉粉、2份海泡石纤维和0.5份玻纤粉,再以10℃/min的升温速度升温至115-125℃保温混合10min,最后趁热将所得混合物送入纳米研磨机中,经研磨制得纳米胶粉。
实施例3
对实施例1和实施例2所制润滑脂进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (6)
1.一种电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
环氧改性硅油15-20份、聚乙酸乙烯酯5-10份、聚氧化乙烯5-10份、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯3-6份、氯化聚乙烯橡胶2-4份、C5加氢石油树脂2-4份、米糠蜡2-4份、聚四氟乙烯超细粉2-4份、氢化棕榈油1-2份、石油焦微粉1-2份、纳米胶粉1-2份、双环戊二烯树脂0.5-1份、硫酸化蓖麻油0.5-1份、纳米硼酸锌0.5-1份、钼酸铋0.1-0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向聚乙酸乙烯酯中加入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和C5加氢石油树脂,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至110-115℃保温混合30min,再加入环氧改性硅油、纳米胶粉和钼酸铋,继续升温至130-135℃保温混合15min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得物料I;
(2)向聚氧化乙烯中加入氯化聚乙烯橡胶和聚四氟乙烯超细粉,并以5℃/min的升温速度升温至125-130℃保温混合30min,再加入氢化棕榈油、石油焦微粉和双环戊二烯树脂,继续在125-130℃保温混合10min,然后自然冷却至室温,即得物料II;
(3)向物料I中加入物料II、米糠蜡、硫酸化蓖麻油和纳米硼酸锌,充分混合后于0-5℃环境中静置2h,再以10℃/min的升温速度升温至120-130℃保温混合15min,最后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至室温,即得润滑脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述米糠蜡使用前经过预处理,其处理方法为:向米糠蜡中加入交联聚维酮和氢化松香甘油酯,充分混合后利用微波处理器微波处理5min,转入10-15℃环境中静置30min后继续微波处理3min,再加入六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和2-咪唑烷酮,混合均匀后继续微波处理5min,最后将所得混合物转入0-5℃环境中静置1h,即完成米糠蜡的预处理。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述米糠蜡、交联聚维酮、氢化松香甘油酯、六羟甲基三聚氰胺六甲醚和2-咪唑烷酮的质量用量比为15-20:1-2:0.5-1:0.5-1:0.1-0.3。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述微波处理器的额定微波频率为2450MHz、输出功率为700W。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车链条链轮保养用润滑脂,其特征在于,所述纳米胶粉由如下重量份数的原料制成:松香改性酚醛树脂5-10份、气相白炭黑3-5份、活性白土3-5份、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、石棉粉2-3份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯2-3份、海泡石纤维1-2份、环氧大豆油1-2份、玻纤粉0.5-1份,其制备方法为:向松香改性酚醛树脂中加入活性白土和环氧大豆油,充分混合,以5℃/min的升温速度升温至125-130℃保温混合15min,再加入气相白炭黑、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯,继续在125-130℃下保温混合15min,然后以5℃/min的降温速度降温至55-60℃密封保温静置30min,并加入石棉粉、海泡石纤维和玻纤粉,再以10℃/min的升温速度升温至115-125℃保温混合10min,最后趁热将所得混合物送入纳米研磨机中,经研磨制得纳米胶粉。
