Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺旋焊管加工用钢带开卷机齿轮箱润滑油,涉及设备润滑油技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:石蜡油30‑40份、环氧煤沥青10‑15份、米糠蜡8‑13份、聚乙二醇400 6‑11份、鲸蜡醇5‑9份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯5‑9份、线性低密度聚乙烯4‑7份、松香甘油酯3‑5份、氢化蓖麻油3‑5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3‑5份、硬脂酸异辛酯2‑3份、聚丙烯酰胺2‑3份、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺1‑2份、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵1‑2份、分子筛原粉0.5‑1份、纳米钛白粉0.5‑1份。本发明润滑油能够降低齿轮箱零部件之间的磨擦阻力,并且在零部件上形成一层超薄的润滑膜,有效保护零部件,防止生锈腐蚀现象的发生,从而有效延长齿轮箱的使用寿命。

技术领域:
本发明涉及设备润滑油技术领域,具体涉及一种螺旋焊管加工用钢带开卷机齿轮箱润滑油。
背景技术:
在螺旋焊管加工过程中,需要钢带开卷机将钢带卷成管坯。而齿轮箱是钢带开卷机的重要部件,其正常工作将直接影响开卷机的开卷质量和效率。为了延长齿轮箱的使用寿命,降低其零部件的更换成本,本公司开发出一种螺旋焊管加工用钢带开卷机齿轮箱润滑油,该润滑油的润滑效果显著,能充分保护齿轮箱的零部件,保证开卷机的正常运作。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种制备成本低、润滑效果显著且利于延长齿轮箱使用寿命的螺旋焊管加工用钢带开卷机齿轮箱润滑油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种螺旋焊管加工用钢带开卷机齿轮箱润滑油,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡油30-40份、环氧煤沥青10-15份、米糠蜡8-13份、聚乙二醇4006-11份、鲸蜡醇5-9份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯5-9份、线性低密度聚乙烯4-7份、松香甘油酯3-5份、氢化蓖麻油3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份、硬脂酸异辛酯2-3份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺1-2份、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵1-2份、分子筛原粉0.5-1份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向石蜡油中加入环氧煤沥青和线性低密度聚乙烯,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入聚乙二醇400和氢化蓖麻油,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)将米糠蜡和鲸蜡醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,然后加入季戊四醇硬脂酸酯和松香甘油酯,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,待温度自然降至60-70℃后再加入分子筛原粉和纳米钛白粉,充分混合后于0-5℃下静置3h,即得物料II;
(3)趁热向物料I中加入物料II,混合均匀后室温静置1h,然后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、硬脂酸异辛酯、聚丙烯酰胺、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺和十六烷基三甲基氯化铵,所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所制钢带开卷机齿轮箱润滑油的制备成本低、工艺简单,具有用量小、润滑效果显著的特点,节省润滑油用量和更换成本,降低齿轮箱零部件之间的磨擦阻力,并且能够在零部件上形成一层超薄的润滑膜,有效保护零部件,防止生锈腐蚀现象的发生,从而有效延长齿轮箱的使用寿命。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向40份石蜡油中加入10份环氧煤沥青和4份线性低密度聚乙烯,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入8份聚乙二醇400和3份氢化蓖麻油,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)将8份米糠蜡和8份鲸蜡醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,然后加入5份季戊四醇硬脂酸酯和3份松香甘油酯,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,待温度自然降至60-70℃后再加入0.5份分子筛原粉和0.5份纳米钛白粉,充分混合后于0-5℃下静置3h,即得物料II;
(3)趁热向物料I中加入物料II,混合均匀后室温静置1h,然后加入3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2份硬脂酸异辛酯、2份聚丙烯酰胺、1份亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺和1份十六烷基三甲基氯化铵,所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。
实施例2
(1)向40份石蜡油中加入15份环氧煤沥青和4份线性低密度聚乙烯,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理10min,再加入6份聚乙二醇400和3份氢化蓖麻油,继续微波处理10min,即得物料I;
(2)将10份米糠蜡和5份鲸蜡醇加热至熔融状态保温混合5min,然后加入5份季戊四醇硬脂酸酯和3份松香甘油酯,继续加热至110-120℃保温混合10min,待温度自然降至60-70℃后再加入1份分子筛原粉和0.5份纳米钛白粉,充分混合后于0-5℃下静置3h,即得物料II;
(3)趁热向物料I中加入物料II,混合均匀后室温静置1h,然后加入5份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、2份硬脂酸异辛酯、3份聚丙烯酰胺、2份亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺和1份十六烷基三甲基氯化铵,所得混合物加入球磨机中,球磨至细度小于50μm。

石蜡油30-40份、环氧煤沥青10-15份、米糠蜡8-13份、聚乙二醇4006-11份、鲸蜡醇5-9份、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯5-9份、线性低密度聚乙烯4-7份、松香甘油酯3-5份、氢化蓖麻油3-5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3-5份、硬脂酸异辛酯2-3份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺1-2份、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵1-2份、分子筛原粉0.5-1份、纳米钛白粉0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋焊管加工用钢带开卷机齿轮箱润滑油,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
