轴类零件是五金配件中经常遇到的典型零件之一,主要用来支撑传动零部件、传递扭矩和承受载荷。轴类零件的加工主要包括铸造和精加工,经精加工的轴类零件即可进行包装或直接与其他零部件一起组成机械设备。由于轴类零件为圆柱形结构,使用时表面要求光滑平整,而精加工后的轴类零件表面形成新的切面,长时间暴露于空气中容易生锈。因此,在包装时需要在轴类零件表面涂抹一层防锈油,以防止表面腐蚀生锈。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防锈效果好且使用时间长的轴类零件包装用防锈油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种轴类零件包装用防锈油,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡油80-90份、废机油15-20份、蜡助剂10-15份、钠基膨润土10-15份、海藻酸钠8-13份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚6-11份、卡波树脂5-10份、顺丁橡胶4-7份、磷酸脂基甜菜碱3-5份、明胶3-5份、水杨酸钠2-4份、硬脂酸镁2-4份、纳米氧化锆1-2份、硫磺1-2份。
所述蜡助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:米糠蜡20-25份、聚乙烯蜡10-15份、羊毛脂8-11份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、羧甲基淀粉钠5-8份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、聚乙二醇2-3份、纳米氧化铝1-2份、乙醇50-60份,其制备方法为:将聚乙烯蜡加热至完全融化,再加入聚丙烯酰胺、纳米氧化铝和乙醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入米糠蜡和羊毛脂,混合使其完全融化后继续微波处理5min,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,最后加入氢化蓖麻油、羧甲基淀粉钠、聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
利用聚丙烯酰胺和纳米氧化铝对聚乙烯蜡进行改性,从而提高其润滑效果,增强耐寒性、耐热性、耐化学性和耐磨性;并利用微波协助手段,缩短改性时间和提高改性效果。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以石蜡油为主要原料,辅以废机油、蜡助剂以及多种功能助剂制得轴类零件包装用防锈油,该防锈油外观澄清透亮、粘度适中,涂抹于轴类零件表面后能快速形成一层保护膜,避免氧气和水分与零件表面接触,从而防止生锈,延长轴的使用寿命,并且该防锈油使用时间长,耐磨耐腐蚀,稳定性好,不易变质。

实施例1
向80份石蜡油中加入15份废机油、10份蜡助剂、12份钠基膨润土、8份海藻酸钠、6份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、5份卡波树脂、6份顺丁橡胶、3份磷酸脂基甜菜碱、3份明胶、3份水杨酸钠、2份硬脂酸镁、2份纳米氧化锆和1份硫磺,充分混合均匀即得防锈油。
蜡助剂的制备:将10份聚乙烯蜡加热至完全融化,再加入2份聚丙烯酰胺、2份纳米氧化铝和50份乙醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入20份米糠蜡和10份羊毛脂,混合使其完全融化后继续微波处理5min,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,最后加入8份氢化蓖麻油、5份羧甲基淀粉钠、3份聚乙烯醇和3份聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
实施例2
向90份石蜡油中加入20份废机油、15份蜡助剂、10份钠基膨润土、10份海藻酸钠、8份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、8份卡波树脂、4份顺丁橡胶、5份磷酸脂基甜菜碱、4份明胶、2份水杨酸钠、3份硬脂酸镁、1份纳米氧化锆和2份硫磺,充分混合均匀即得防锈油。

Claims (2)

1.一种轴类零件包装用防锈油,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
石蜡油80-90份、废机油15-20份、蜡助剂10-15份、钠基膨润土10-15份、海藻酸钠8-13份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚6-11份、卡波树脂5-10份、顺丁橡胶4-7份、磷酸脂基甜菜碱3-5份、明胶3-5份、水杨酸钠2-4份、硬脂酸镁2-4份、纳米氧化锆1-2份、硫磺1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴类零件包装用防锈油,其特征在于,所述蜡助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:米糠蜡20-25份、聚乙烯蜡10-15份、羊毛脂8-11份、氢化蓖麻油6-10份、羧甲基淀粉钠5-8份、聚乙烯醇3-6份、聚丙烯酰胺2-3份、聚乙二醇2-3份、纳米氧化铝1-2份、乙醇50-60份,其制备方法为:将聚乙烯蜡加热至完全融化,再加入聚丙烯酰胺、纳米氧化铝和乙醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,然后加入米糠蜡和羊毛脂,混合使其完全融化后继续微波处理5min,处理结束后自然冷却至室温,最后加入氢化蓖麻油、羧甲基淀粉钠、聚乙烯醇和聚乙二醇,充分混合均匀。
